14: Mental Load - Dividing up the mental load & household tasks the Fair Play way

The mental load... it's exhausting but nothing changes, if nothing changes.

In this episode, I share one of my favourite books, Eve Rodsky's "Fair Play" which highlighting the challenges families face in sharing domestic responsibilities.

Eve gamifies the process of dividing up the conception, planning and execution of 100 common family tasks. This game-changing approach involves a card system, symbolising commitment to tasks with regular check-ins and flexibility.
