In this episode I talk about how I first realised I was autistic and ADHD and what my motherhood journey was like that lead to that realisation.

I wanted to give more context as to why this podcast will highlight both motherhood and neurodivergence as the main points. For me the two are so intertwined because becoming a mother made me realise I am neurodivergent.
