Prayers to the Young Girl
“Never stop praying!” —Thessalonians 5:17
Life is a rollercoaster and although it can be scary at times, it can also be a fun and thriving adventure! If we trust Jesus, he will open our eyes to the beauty that our stories truly are. Prayers to the Young Girl encourages and motivates you to be free, vulnerable, powerful, and honest about life’s adversities; whether good, bad or indifferent. As I share how my life as a young woman has changed over the last few years, and talk to the little girl inside of me; I will reveal how using my superpowers of intercession and my relationship with Christ has brought about a life full of healing, blessings, and peace—to both Ciara, the little girl & Ciara, the adult & mother.
This journey is for you my sister; to talk to the little girl inside and remind her that God loves every part of her. That he hears every thought, & every cry, and sees all her pain and efforts, and is with her through it all. And as you grow into a place of understanding and loving God; you will know how to call on him & know when you hear his voice. Praying is more than talking to the air, but rather having some of the greatest, most challenging, and yet freeing conversations with your best friend.
I pray this journey blesses you in more ways than one. Don’t hesitate to write me and reach out; WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER! Share this podcast with another sister as it blesses you and let’s continue to be a light, and spread the joy & love of Jesus Christ everywhere we go. I love you my sister, but God loves you best!

Episode 10 - Love vs. Lust (Part 2)
The beauty of relationship with Christ is that He sees us beyond how we see ourselves. He sees the beauty of the heart—-the human He created in His image.
Psalms 139:14;
“Thank you for making me so beautifully complex (wonderful and beautifully-KJV)! Your workmanship is marvelous—-how well I know it.”
Sis, it took me until I got to 28 years old unfortunately to understand the fullness of that scripture & to be confident in it; to not measure myself based on man’s opinion and idea of what beauty is but recognize that I AM beauty, simply because God made me and He said I am! I was caught up in fairytale & fantasy living and when real life happened (sex, perversion, emotional & physical trauma) I started confusing what real love was meant to be and worse, I lost the lessons I learned the God and my mom of what self worth looked like.
This episode is about redefining our beauty, what loving self looks like and taking that power as a woman to build ourselves in the full image of Christ. To be perfect, as He is.. not based on what’s on the outside but the spirit of God that is inside of us. That Spirit that teaches us how to love ourselves & one another. That doesn’t confuse lust of self, items, and/or people for what love from Christ gives… “Love gives, Lust takes!”
