I’m Jason Paul - a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
My life has been anything but linear. I’ve been a police officer, cabin crew, a magician, and later the founder of a multimillion-turnover recruitment company built from nothing but my savings and stubborn belief. I’ve risen, fallen, rebuilt, unravelled… and awakened.
For years, I tried to fix the feeling of not fitting in - something I’d often tie to being gay - with success, money, and constant reinvention. But none of it touched the deeper ache. I didn’t realise that what I was really repressing was my sensitivity, my intuition, my essence. As Ram Dass said, the spacesuit didn’t fit.
Everything changed when I returned to the roots I’d been running from:
the grandson of a working medium, guided by teachers who showed me that the world of spirit is both real and profoundly simple — and that everything starts with presence.
Soul Sync is the unfolding of that journey.
Each episode explores the threads that weave us back to ourselves:
mediumship, consciousness, psychedelics, healing, grief, synchronicity, energy, identity, intuition.
Some episodes are me - raw, in the chair, reflecting on life and the signs Spirit leaves on the path.
Others are deep, unfiltered conversations with thought leaders, seekers, and those who have lived through their own awakenings.

I Am a Medium: Stepping Into My Power, Grief, Spirit, and the Unlimited Self
In this deeply personal solo episode of Soul Sync, I open up about the past few weeks of my life - grief, healing, and the extraordinary ways the spirit world shows up when we least expect it.
I share the story of my dad’s passing, the unexpected birthday email he somehow sent to an address he never knew existed, and the memories it stirred — from childhood magic shows to the moments that shaped who I am today. I talk about growing up, surviving some of my darkest years, rediscovering my sensitivity, and the long journey that brought me home to mediumship.
And today, I finally say it out loud: I am a medium. Not “developing,” not “trying,” not “unfolding.” I am a medium.
Because every time I diminished that truth, I robbed myself — and you — of the power that makes mediumship possible.
