Soul Sync with Jason Paul
What if you’re not lost… you’ve just forgotten who you really are?
Raw, honest conversations on awakening, the soul, the spirit world, healing, and consciousness itself.
No fluff. No preaching. Just truth, curiosity, and lived experience.
This podcast is for those who feel there’s more.
Those questioning their purpose.
Those who’ve asked themselves… is this really it?
Those learning to trust themselves again.
Those navigating the messy, beautiful middle of becoming.
I’m Jason Paul — a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
My path hasn’t been linear. From struggling at school with ADHD, to careers in magic, aviation, and the police… to building a multimillion-pound business — and nearly losing it all. Including periods of addiction that forced me to confront myself in ways I never had before.
My journey into this work didn’t start with belief.
It started with questions.
With fear of death.
With a need to understand what happens beyond this life.
And that search led me here.
Soul Sync is the unfolding of that journey.
Each episode explores what brings us back to ourselves — mediumship, the spirit world, intuition, grief, healing, consciousness, and connection.
If this resonates, leave a review — it helps these conversations reach those who need them.

The Only Addiction is Suffering | Healing Trauma & Breaking Emotional Patterns with Robin H. Clare
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if the only real addiction isn’t alcohol, drugs, or even relationships…
…but suffering?
In this powerful and honest conversation, I’m joined by Robin H. Clare, trauma recovery advocate and author of Feast & Famine: Healing Addiction with Grace. Robin shares her deeply personal journey through childhood trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and ultimately profound emotional and spiritual healing.
We explore the radical idea that addiction is not about substances — it’s about unresolved pain. That we can become unconsciously attached to familiar suffering. And that true recovery begins not with force or control… but compassion.
Robin speaks openly about:
• Childhood trauma and survival patterns
• Addiction as a response to emotional wounding
• The body’s role in holding trauma
• The illusion of control
• Shame, self-judgment, and the nervous system
• Why healing requires gentleness, not punishment
• How grace becomes the turning point
This episode is honest, raw, and deeply hopeful.
If you’ve ever struggled with addiction — to substances, food, validation, control, or even painful thoughts — this conversation may shift the way you see yourself.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Your nervous system was protecting you.
And healing is possible.
