I’m Jason Paul — a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
My path hasn’t been linear. From struggling at school with ADHD, to careers in magic, aviation, and the police… to building a multimillion-pound business — and nearly losing it all. Including periods of addiction that forced me to confront myself in ways I never had before.
My journey into this work didn’t start with belief.
It started with questions.
With fear of death.
With a need to understand what happens beyond this life.
And that search led me here.
Soul Sync is the unfolding of that journey.
Each episode explores what brings us back to ourselves — mediumship, the spirit world, intuition, grief, healing, consciousness, and connection.

Intro
SPEAKER_00I guess if you're first on joining us on one of these for me meditations comes in every month. Which is a word meditation. You can be a full meditation of the full moon, but not just to be used on the night of the full moon, but it can be used for the whole month, which is what a lot of people tend to do. The flower moon came.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, the flower moon. Um it's a it's a time where we've we've got through uh the winter, we've got through the energy of the spring, and as we can see um the world out in the green, the green is returning, the energy life forces returning, and hopefully, uh some hope is returning through the dark times through the challenges. And we certainly had more than half a share of those over the last little while. So in this meditation, we'll be going to one of my favorite energetic spaces, which is the secret garden. And it's a kind of Victorian wall garden, which has sort of been forgotten a little bit, left to do its own thing. And it kind of reflects our own hopes and intentions around the new year. We can be very full of hopes and dreams and intentions and trying to set things going in emotion. We can sometimes follow through with those things but sometimes lose our weight a little bit. So in this meditation, we're going to be focusing on a bit of some type of self-reflection and seeing where those projects that we've hoped would sort of take the lead and move forward have got to, and if there's anything to be laid out of the way. Because especially at this kind of time, our positive intentions grow quickly because of the energy and the life force are going there. But so can the doubts and the fears and insecurities they can spiral as well, especially given the current circumstances around the world. So it's about taking some time to consciously focus on the positive, which can be a bit challenging, can be difficult, but in this space, um, we can really tap into that energy and that life force and get some help focusing on that positive energy.
SPEAKER_00Just looking at some of the other things that people can expect in the manual moon. Um moments of emotional clarity um people have been having becoming and awareness of warm uh anointing with you versus what isn't so it sounds like a month of uh transformational clarity and things coming together. It feels like to me from what I can see here.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely outside of the energy of the full moon, um the the sun returning, the warm weather. If you get the opportunity to take some time out, to go out and sit in the sun, just to close your eyes and let the sun really energize your whole energy system. Um and in that little space, take some time, appreciate the the clarity and the beauty of of the blue skies or the sunshine when we have it, but also don't forget to to enjoy the rain because we need both. We need instability, we need the rain, we need the sunshine. And all winter people, especially in this part of the world, are winter claims it rains too much, you know, in Somerset we've had floods and all kinds of things. But all too quickly the ground here is already starting to crack because we haven't had rain for you know, really for ten days. So we need that balance. So some of those sort of challenging thoughts we need to motivate us to help move us forward. So we don't need to be afraid of fear, we need to understand it, we need to move forward and take positive action because it can spiral out of control. Um yeah, and things will be coming to fruition, little uh flowers popping up in you know, emotional clarity, like you said, uh um in and all different uh uh types of things. So there's lots of opportunities here, and um we can, as I said, not just with the full-minute meditation, but anytime we get five minutes, take some time to get outside and soak up that that positive energy which is coming down from the sun, but also coming up from the earth as you blossoms and balloons again.
SPEAKER_00So lovely this time of year. I love it as soon as the sun starts shining down on my face. I feel a million times better. I feel like a million dollars once the sun starts shining down. So it sounds beautiful. So Kira, without further ado, please lead us into your main full moon meditation.
The Meditation
SPEAKER_01Okay, everyone, so take a little bit of time, settle yourself in, grab yourself a drink, uh time to unplug, turn your phone onto silent, relax and take some time for yourself with the full moon meditation for May, the flower moon. Close your eyes then. Take a few long, slow, deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth. As you breathe, give yourself permission to be here in this space at this time. Your body find its own natural breathing rhythm. As you breathe, feel your muscles relax. The tension that you have held throughout the day slowly fade away. Softly and gently, acknowledge any thoughts that pop into your mind. Do not try to keep them at bay. Acknowledge them. Thank them for their presence and let them know that you will attend to them later. But for now, we rest in this space. The gentle melody slowly erases the walls and ceiling and floor around you. A spiraling, swirling mist takes its place, and we are drawn up, supported by this mist, up into the clouds. A sense of movement, a sense of flight, being taken from the humdrum, from the everyday, from the work, into a soft and gentle space. You are drawn downwards now, back down towards Mother Earth, but in a different time, space, and place. You gently land and feel the grass beneath your feet. The spiraling, swirling mist recedes, and you find yourself upon a forest path. The beech trees all around you are in full spring leaf. The effervescent, spiraling, dancing light of Mother Moon shines through the leaves. She is full in the sky, overseeing us as always. The leaves upon the trees glow with magic, with emerald green. They are so vibrant and strong. Around you on the forest floor, a carpet of bluebells. Their incredible violet light again shimmering magically in the moonlight. There are other forest flowers here, and they gently glow, seeming to light the path before you. You gently walk upon it, guided by these flowers and the soft, gentle bird song. The path takes you softly and gently around and up the hill. Here and there patches of nettles grow. They are in bloom, so will not sting. The goose grass still growing and gently flowing. The pathway takes you up, up and around, up and around, to a wall, old and overgrown with ivy. Hidden, almost hidden, within this ivy, an old wooden door. A latch rusted but still functioning. You press your thumb to the latch, it opens, and you push against the doorway. The doorway gives, and you step through into an old, abandoned Victorian garden. You can still see the ancient geometry of the shapes of the flower beds, the raised gardens, the spirals and swirls. But Mother Nature has taken back control of much of this place. You walk along the pathway to the center of the garden. And here there is a fountain. The fountain does not dance and move like it once did, but the water is still cleansed and clear, it is still healthy. You dangle your hand in the waters, they are cool but not cold. And the water seems to stick to your fingers again with effervescent silver blue magical energy of Mother Moon. You taste the water, it is sweet and delicious. And you feel this effervescent glow of magic expand down your throat into your stomach and then up and down to fill your whole body. Lights the way. Starting to grow now, starting to be part of the world, to manifest in your reality. The air is thick with the scent of night-blooming jasmine and sweet honeysuckle. Even under the moonlight, there is a sense of hope, a sense of growth, a sense of love. And with the magic of the sacred waters of this space, and with the love and light of Mother Moon, and with the expanding energy of the green, of Mother Earth who wakes and dances and moves, your heart expands with hope, with joy. Take some time to walk. Take some time to explore this garden. Every once in a while you will be drawn to stay with a plant or flower for a while. To take a trowel and tend and clear the weeds around it. To make space for new growth, to prune or trim, to focus the intent of that plant or flower into a focus of intent for that which it represents. All the tools you need are here. And all the flowers and plants that you wish and will are in this space. Pruning them. A statue of you. The best version of you. Strong, tall, powerful, beautiful, sleek, however you wish to be. Parts of the best version of you are hidden from view. Take some time now to clear that space. You may wish to leave some of the blossom it may suit you. It may suit your energy at the moment. But other parts can be cleared, cleansed, and released. As you take this time, take some time to run your fingers over the marbled skin. To hold your own face in your hands, to maybe even rest your brow against the statued version of it. The statue will not be cool, it will be warm to the touch. And if you rest your head against your own brow, a transmission of energy, a message of hope, a remembrance. And the statue themselves will move their hand over your heart. In the magical moonlight, dancing and moving, butterflies will come. This seemingly random flight path will dance and move between the two of you, forming an infinity loop and a heart shape combined, reminding you of the infinite love that your soul has for this incarnation of you, that Mother Earth has for us all, that Mother Moon has for the love and light, for the best version that you are, for all that you are trying to be. For in the eyes of these beautiful energetic beings, all that you are is enough. All that you wish to be, you can be. Something to be remembered and may be referred to after your time in the garden has passed. Take a moment then to absorb this energy, this love, this light, this message. And again, in a short while I will return, you can see that. Softly and gently, the butterfly dances around the garden once more, taking in the final sights of the final flowers and plants. The last inhalation of the scent of the garden. You walk back out through the old wooden door, closing it behind you. The butterfly guides you along the path through the forest, through the green of the leaves and the violet of the bluebells. Back to the swirling mist. Before you lose sight of this place, before we leave here, the butterfly rests upon your heart and slowly melts into the heart center, the symbol of hope, of joy, of childlike awe and wonder, and the beauty all around us. The spiraling swirling mist returns, and you're drawn back softly and gently, back towards the physical world, back towards your body, back towards the here and now, back towards the sound of my voice. Softly and gently you return, becoming more aware of your physical body. Breathe long, slow, deep breaths. As you do, the mist will slowly disappear and dissipate. The walls and ceiling and floor of the world around you will return. The chair beneath you will take your full weight again. Your body now yours again. You can move your fingers and toes gently. So ground yourself and bring yourself back into the here and now, fully, completely. Grounded, protected, calm and relaxed. As soon as you're ready, but without rushing, open your eyes and return.
