So, what I want you to do to start with is just relax. Okay. Just find a comfortable position of where you are, sitting within the chair. And I just want you to be aware of your surroundings. Just bring what we call mindful awareness into the experience. What do you hear? What do you see around you? What do you start to feel? And I just want you now to just gently start to close your eyes. And we're going to focus on relaxing the body. Just focus on the in and the out of the breath. We don't need to change the breath. Simply just be aware of everything that is naturally happening at this moment. The breath, the sounds around you, the thoughts that perhaps are coming and going at this moment. And just say to yourself, I can let go and relax. And as we start to let go, and as we start to relax the muscles within the body, we start to feel that we are sinking into the chair. We're enjoying this process of relaxing. Enjoy being. For that state of being helps us to learn to be in the moment. And so you may find that you're focusing on your thoughts. And I want you to just be gentle. And all we're going to do is just change our awareness. Just start to feel yourself. Thinking about the other world. Just start to send that thought out to those that work with you. Focus your awareness on love. Focus your awareness on the spirit. Feel how connected you already are. And just let go with each breath that you take. Just start to feel the presence of the spirit world joining you. How is that being felt? What do you start to become aware of through your clear sentience? And you start to feel the presence of your guide within your space. For they are already connected to you through the power of the soul. And so just allow this gentle merging and feeling of their presence being felt, being experienced. As you recognize that you are already one, there is a loving embrace between the two of you. And I want you now to just focus on the breath. And as you start to focus on the breath, just let go as you invite them in to come and blend with you within a deeper experience. And so just use the breath to help you stay within the blending, this merging of soul to soul. Just feel their presence, opening into your awareness. With each breath, they start to energetically embody the soul of you and just be one. Just use the breath to let go, to enhance the blending. They will only come as close as you feel comfortable. And so just relax the less you try, the more you experience the blending between two worlds. And if your mind wanders it moves upon the physical, we just gently acknowledge and we move back to the breath to refocus our awareness on the guide's presence. And so it is a change in within the perspective. The less I try, the more I experience just be. And so I'm going to leave you here for you to experience this beautiful blend of soul to soul just for a few moments, and I will bring you back very soon. And just be aware that within these moments of inviting the spirit world closer to be one, there may have been an experience taken place for you on a soul-to-soul awareness, and so just give yourself love and be grateful for the experience that has unfolded, giving gratitude to the spirit world and those that work with you, knowing that this is a sacred bond between you both that can be unfolded over time, and the more we enjoy the more we keep it simple, the further the blending will go, and so for now just start to feel that the other world are gently starting to just move their awareness as you start to move yours to be more upon the physical of life. Remember you are always in control. It is just a change in within your awareness, and so just start to feel that sense of life, of that grounding energy, of earth, of where you belong, and where you are. Just start to feel with each breath that you are slowly starting to move the consciousness to be more upon the physical and just feel the spirit world slowly withdrawing from you. They are always there, but you are simply just changing the awareness to be now more upon the physical, contemplating upon your experience, taking your time with moving out of that consciousness, slowly awakening the body, connecting mind and body together as we start to be aware of the sounds around us once more, as we start to slowly return to this world, but feeling more empowered every time we sit with the spirit, we are touched by their love and their presence, and in doing so, we are enriched by the experience.

And so as you go forward upon your life's journey and your unfoldment, be kind to yourself with that relationship that you build with those in the spirit side of life.

And so just being aware of your feet now on the ground, starting to move your hands and your toes, which just helps to bring you back. Taking some deeper breaths. Perhaps you may want to move the body to just connect you back to the physical. And when you are ready, just gently starting to open your eyes and coming back into the room.
