In this episode, we reflect on the truth that God deals with nations according to His perfect plan, as clearly demonstrated in Scripture through His dealings with the Moabites and Amorites. The command rings out through history: “Hear, O Israel… love the Lord thy God,” and let His words dwell first and foremost in the heart. Obedience to God’s Word has always been the foundation of blessing.
We also consider how America has been uniquely blessed because godly preachers stood firm, faithfully proclaiming and preserving the Word of God. As a result, citizens have enjoyed the freedom to worship God openly and to pursue their God‑given talents without coercion. Under a system of limited government, established by the consent of the governed, no other people have lived with such liberty.
This episode reminds us that God’s Word is true, His promises never fail, and His perfect plan brings blessing to individuals and nations that honor Him. True freedom flows from faithfulness—and history bears witness to that enduring truth.
