A simple Constitution Day visit turned into an unexpected opportunity to witness. When a customer noticed my We the People cap, he proudly showed me an impressive We the People tattoo covering his forearm. That opened the door to a much bigger conversation.
In this episode of Today’s Biblical Alert, we consider what Scripture says about tattoos and, more importantly, about our bodies belonging to God. We’ll look at Leviticus 19:28 and 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 and consider why professing believers need to understand the will of the Lord.
As Constitution Week reminds us of the blessings and responsibilities of American citizenship, may we never forget an even greater truth: those who belong to Christ have a higher citizenship and are called to walk as children of light.
