As humans we have a job to do. In fact, we have four jobs: to earn and manage money, to attain and maintain health and fitness, to build and sustain personal relationships and to find meaning and make a difference. Your host, Dr. Jade Teta, is an integrative physician, entrepreneur and author in metabolism and personal development.

The Human Game: Why Habits Aren’t the Problem (and What Really Keeps You Stuck)- Ep. 299
What if the strangest experiences of your life—those inexplicable premonitions, those moments of just "knowing" something you couldn't possibly know—weren't coincidences but glimpses into a deeper reality?
The source field, as quantum physicists call it, is a vast ocean of consciousness that we're all connected to, though most of us have forgotten this connection. Through a personal story about a prophetic dream that accurately predicted my sister's pregnancy years ago, I explore how these moments of intuition reveal our true nature as spiritual beings having a temporary human experience.
The Human Game operates in two distinct phases. First comes the conditioning phase, where childhood experiences and traumas create what I call MUD—Misguided Unconscious Decisions—that cloud our vision and keep us operating from instinct rather than intuition. Then comes the awakening phase, where we recognize our unique purpose and the specific work only we can do based on our particular combination of experiences, talents, and perspectives.
Understanding the difference between instinct and intuition is crucial. Instinct feels familiar but leads to repeating the same patterns and struggles. Intuition initially feels uncomfortable but leads to synchronicities, growth, and fulfillment. The intellect serves whichever of these we choose to follow.
True transformation requires more than just habit change. We must rewrite our limiting stories, rewire our emotional patterns, and then retrain our behaviors—in that order. Most approaches focus only on retraining while neglecting the deeper work of rewriting and rewiring, which is why they often produce limited results.
Whether you interpret this framework literally or metaphorically doesn't matter as much as its utility in helping you clear away the mud, reconnect with source consciousness, and discover the unique contribution only you can make. The Human Game isn't just about personal growth—it's about participating in the evolution of consciousness itself.

All right, everybody, welcome to the Next Level Human show. I apologize about the audio today If you hear that. I'm actually riding in the car and thought I would knock this out. And I know that some people are all about the professional quality audio and all that kind of stuff, and I love that stuff too, but I also like to just do these shows. You know shows when I have the time and when it strikes me. I didn't get one in earlier this week, so I'm going to get it in now. Hopefully you're getting good, crisp audio, and that's okay with you.
Speaker 1:What are we going to talk about today? I want to talk about something that I have really been talking about a lot lately, and it's on my mind because I've just launched a new program called the Human Game, and the Human Game is what we're going to discuss. What exactly is it, how can you understand it and how can you interact with it and what are the rules? And so I want to start by telling you a story that happened to me in one of my last years in medical school, and so I graduated from medical school back in 2004. So this is over 20 years ago, and it would have been around 1999, early 2000. And I know that because it had to do with my sister, and I was sound asleep and sleeping and had a dream, and in that dream my grandmother, who had passed, walked into my room, gently, put her hand on my back and in my dream I turned over and began to have a conversation with her. And in that dream she told me lots of things. I only remember two of them, though, because they became apparent to me after the fact. She said a lot of things, but the two things I remember were the following Number one your sister is pregnant with a boy. And number two, she said, in these particular words and I think it stuck with me just because of the oddness of the choice of words, she said stay out of the civil war that's coming within the family.
Speaker 1:And as it so happens, the next morning my sister, who at the time was living in New York City and I was in Seattle, called me. And at that time I didn't have a cell phone. I had, you know, one of those answer machines and landlines and anyway, it was just weird because I picked up the phone, it would have been late in, maybe afternoon her time, early morning my time. I forget why she was calling. But I said oh, how come you didn't tell me you were pregnant?
Speaker 1:I'm kind of the jokester in the family. I was just going along with this dream, I was remembering. She started laughing. I was like what the hell are? I was remembering and she started laughing. I was like what the hell are you talking about? I am not pregnant. I have no desire to have children right now. I'm on the pill and we have no plans of having kids.
Speaker 1:She had just been about nine months in a relationship with her now husband and so I just kept the joke going. Of course I didn't know, I was just joking around. I said well, you're pregnant, so good luck with that. I had this dream and you're pregnant. So, and she laughed and said, whatever. Then we had our discussion and hung up the phone and about two weeks later she calls me and goes Jade, I'm pregnant. What the fuck like, tell me all about this dream. And of course, at that moment I'm like what? You're pregnant and this kind of blew me away. So I told her all about the dream and then I remembered some of the other aspects, like I told you, and her son, sol, middle name Jade, was named after me because of this, and I'll get to the point of this in just a minute. But also I want to tell you this other part about the civil war in the family.
Speaker 1:So about 10 years after that, there was a major upheaval in the family regarding my sister and my brother and the rest of the family, and this family kind of schismed, kind of into two groups, and I had always remembered what my grandmother said and I tried to remain neutral. I did remain neutral the entire time. Now, why am I bringing this up? Because it has everything to do with the human game. And after this event, of course, it took me many years it's not until actually fairly recently, in the last decade, right? So this is over 25 years ago now, right? Or is it? What? Is it so 2000,?
Speaker 1:But yeah, so 25 years ago I started to realize there's something to this and I started to realize this was not the first kind of experience I had like this. I had had experiences like this as a kid, where I would get information or seem to know certain things and just understood certain things about what would happen or what the future might hold. And it wasn't until probably the last year after I went through my breakup, divorce, an affair on my behalf and complete upheaval of my life, which many of you who follow my work and my podcast know that I tell this story a lot and try to teach from it, because I believe that's what our struggles and suffering are meant to do they're meant to be lessons for ourselves, for growth, but also to help other people grow and learn and not make the same mistakes. And I started to realize, as I began to study quantum physics and the neuroscience of change and the biology of belief and the psychology of transformation, the Psychology of Transformation that what I was tapping into at these moments of premonition and getting this information is what the quantum physicists would call the zero-point field, or what hippie types, woo-woo, new age types might call the universe, what religious types call God, what philosophers might call source consciousness. I've come to calling it the source field. It just has a nice ring to it, kind of sounds like the force field and helps me convey basically what it actually is.
Speaker 1:So this source field is this vast field of information, and if you listen to quantum physicists like Frederico Vigine and philosophers and scientists like Bernardo Kastrup and others, they will speak of this field as synonymous with universal consciousness. They will speak of quantum information as the same as universal consciousness, and I started to understand this field as this vast field of source, potential and possibility, a field of information, a field that, when we get into subconscious states like alpha theta states, psychedelic states, meditative states, different states that actually happen in everyday life, if you've ever been thinking about a friend while you're driving in the car and had them text you or got a download in the shower of creative stuff that you're working on, you kind of know a little bit what I'm talking about. Of course, if you've ever done a psychedelic journey or tapped into this field through meditation, you definitely know what I'm talking about. Of course, if you've ever done a psychedelic journey or tapped into this field through meditation, you definitely know what I'm talking about. And I started to realize that these experiences that I had had in the past and with my sister during this dream, were me essentially tapping this field, and in this field, time is not a thing. There's only ever the now, and so future and past merge.
Speaker 1:Now, what does this have to do with the human game? Well, if we start to understand this new science, that materialism, the idea that consciousness is just all in the brain and the brain creates our qualitative reality. If we start to see that that is not necessarily how it works, which science quantum physics is beginning to point to Now? Of course, that's incredibly controversial, and many physicists or other scientists who are listening to me talk right now may have severe bones to pick with me with saying that, but there are many, many of us now, myself included, who believe this is exactly what's going on and that materialism is not actually how this works, that it works more like idealism. Whereas materialism says the brain is the source of consciousness, idealism says that consciousness is primary, it's all around us, that our body, made of matter, and everything else that we can see is just a different form of energetic consciousness, consciousness being primary, and so that our brains are more like a filter for consciousness, like a radio receiver or an antenna for consciousness, and we humans are individual aspects, fragments of this consciousness that can tap in with our own antennas to the greater consciousness field, this source field, and when we do that, we can gain quantum information and perhaps glimpse things that may not have happened yet.
Speaker 1:Now. This to me is surprising for me to even talk about, because, as a guy who is an evidence-based guy. For a very long time I would have heard myself having this conversation and really scoffed at it. And just to give you a little bit of background on that, you know my background when I was in my early 20s studying biochemistry. You know I grew up with a hippie mom, so it does make some sense. It's not like some of this information is foreign to me.
Speaker 1:And when I was in my late teens, early 20s, my first couple years of college, I delved into lucid dreaming and meditation and these kinds of things, remote viewing and I was highly into this stuff. And then I went away to an alternative medical school, bastyr University, which was in Seattle, washington at the time, which was one of only a few universities in the United States that trained primary care physicians in lifestyle medicine. And I opted to go to that school because when I looked at the traditional medical school that I was on my way to East Carolina University Medical School, I saw at that time that they did not do any training in nutrition, any training in psychology, any training in health and fitness, which was something I was steeped in at the time. So I took a chance and went to this new school and at the time you might be saying, well, that's no big deal because all that's mainstream now, but at the time this was like witchcraft medicine. All my friends told me do not do that, you're going to kill your career, you're never going to work, you're never going to have a future. And I followed my intuition, I followed my heart. I went anyway, having no idea that this would be the future and that this would become mainstream.
Speaker 1:However, while I was there, I became very, very put off by alternative views because, the way I saw it is, most of my colleagues and most of my teachers and most of the people at that school were steeped in woo, new age mythology, unsubstantiated claims. We were learning really high-quality basic sciences and things like that, but alongside that we were learning homeopathy and traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine and all that stuff was to me, unfounded, unsubstantiated, and some of my classmates were so out there. I actually began to have a distaste for what I might call making shit up, and rest assured that I still see much of the alternative medicine world as making stuff up and I still am very evidence-based and believe we should be evidence-based. But it is funny to me that through that process of then getting very deep in science, I eventually, through science, found my way back to these early roots, into lucid dreaming. In fact, my deep work that many of you have been interested. Depth-enhanced emotional processing combines depth psychology, lucid dreaming, alpha-theta brainwave states and dimensionalized consciousness prompts to get people into the subconscious mind, to rewrite old dramas and traumas keeping them stuck in their lives, in health and fitness and wealth and career and finance and personal relationships and purpose and meaning. And so all of this to say that I have found my way back to this new understanding. And the new understanding basically goes like this, and before I tell you this, I want to just share something with you Stories are how we humans make sense of the world.
Speaker 1:Stories are how we decide what is useful and they guide us in what is useful, us in what is useful, and they don't always portray what is literally true, but they can point to universal truth. Let me give you an example. Let's take the story of Harry Potter, right. So that story we all know is not literally true, but we would agree that there's universal truths embedded inside of that story. It's a useful story about courage and integrity. For someone like me who's not someone who believes the Bible is the word of God. I see it as simply a book of metaphors that can provide some universal truth. So from my perspective, I see the Bible very similarly, and of course, these stories and these truths might come from the source field. So, in a roundabout way, I guess we could say the Bible is the Word of God.
Speaker 1:The men who were writing this book were getting downloads. Of course, they're filtering it through their own human filters, which can be contaminated with their own dirty filtered lenses mud, which we'll talk about here in a minute, which is why many of these stories get contaminated. You'll find some universal truths and you'll find some pretty atrocious stuff as well, and the reason why is because we humans can download aspects of truth, but we also have our own instinctual, what I call mud, which I'll explain in a minute, which can get us stuck and get us confused as to what is useful. But the reason I bring this up is because when we're looking at the human game, what we want to do is we want to, as we embark on trying to transform ourselves, enrich others and evolve the world by doing our unique work. What we want to do is tell ourselves good stories that help us do that work and detach from whether or not these stories are actually true.
Speaker 1:For example, I'm going to tell you a story, and I'm actually not necessarily attached to whether it's true or not. I don't even know that I believe that this is literally true. I just see it as a very powerful, useful story, and the story goes like this we humans are spiritual beings who have agreed to come down and play this game in a human avatar body, and so we come down into this game to grow our spirit, to help grow others, spirits that are here with us in human avatar bodies, with the purpose of evolving our collective selves, which is essentially source consciousness, and in that process we learn and we teach and we love. And in that process, as we, let's say, incarnate into these human avatar bodies, we forget that we are higher consciousness and we are tethered to and attached to the source field and of course, we are fragments of it. So we have access to it, but not complete understanding.
Speaker 1:And because we are like an antenna picking up a particular frequency that dominates us, while we can tap into other frequencies, we can't do that, naturally, and the way to think about this is think about it from a radio station point of view. You know, when I was coming up, a child of the 80s, we still had those radio so that you would, you know, turn the knob and you'd be going from station to station and be like, and then you get some static, and then, finally, you'd hit on a radio station that might be playing, you know, top 40 pop music, or might be playing hip hop, or might be playing country, or might be playing classical, right, and so what? The way to think about us is that we are each our own station and indeed our own music, and so we are each a particular song being downloaded from this source field. We have our unique frequency, the unique song we play, and, of course, we have a channel we relate to too, so we could call that our people per se. So let's say I'm 107 FM, but more particularly, let's say 107 FM plays hip-hop music, and more particularly, I'm 107 FM and I'm in the hip-hop genre and let's say I'm more like the artist Drake and I'm a particular song that Drake sings, right, and so certain people who also vibe with Drake, I vibe with, and certain people who like hip-hop, I vibe with and they're kind of like my people, but all the other music I can explore and learn from. I can learn from country, I can learn from classical and any of these types of music or other people or songs that I reject or neglect or think are bad, I exclude and don't learn from. And so you can think of this as our job here is to expand our awareness, try to find full connection to the source field and grow ourselves in this way.
Speaker 1:And this is what the human game is all about. The human game is basically a way of understanding how to talk to and engage with the source field, source consciousness, the universal field, god, if you like. And so this human game is a game that we humans must play. The only problem is there's two aspects to this game, two phases to the game. The first phase is a conditioning phase.
Speaker 1:When we're children, when we're teenagers, when we are individuals who are young adults, we get conditioned. We come here we don't know about the world, we're ignorant to it and we forget our natural nature, and this is on purpose. And so we get wounded and we encounter traumas and dramas and struggles and trials and tribulations and difficulties and struggles and trials and tribulations and difficulties. And because we don't have the wisdom and the maturity or the skills and the tools or the know-how to make sense of the world. We pick up our culture's sense or we focus on survival. We form what I call MUD. It's an acronym, it means M-U-D, or Misguided, unconscious Decisions. They're misguided because at the time that we get exposed to these difficulties, we didn't have the knowledge, the experience, the know-how, the wisdom, the tools, the skills to make sense of it. It's unconscious because these things live in our unconscious mind and follow us around like a shadow. They kind of haunt us, so to speak. And they're decisions because, whether we remember it or not, we made a choice about how to see ourselves and the world as a result of what happened to us. Now, much of this mud clouds our vision and this conditioning phase is designed this way to condition us, so that we have to wake up to the work, the unique work that we must do to grow ourselves, to enrich others and to evolve our little piece of the world while we're here in this 3D reality.
Speaker 1:And the second phase is the awakening phase. And the awakening phase is when you realize that your history, your unique genetics, your unique pain and suffering, the unique people you've interacted with your unique interests and passions and talents and all the rest, all of your historical nature and personality, etc. The uniqueness of you realizing that you are unique. There has never been another human like you on the face of the earth or humanity, nor will there ever be again. And because of that uniqueness, you have unique work that you can do. By the way, you're not special in any way just because you're unique, but your uniqueness does allow you to do something special in the world. There's work that you can do in only the way that you can do it as a result of everything that has happened to you, all that you are and all that uniqueness and the awakening phase is you waking up to that?
Speaker 1:And, from my perspective, in the human game. The human game is prodding you, nudging you. Source consciousness is working through you and with you to evolve itself. You are a piece of it, an extension of it. It is using you as the leading edge of its experiences for you to grow individually, enrich others and evolve yourself and the greater collective consciousness. This is the story of the game. Now, whether that is true or not is irrelevant for me. It's incredibly useful as an operating system for you to grow and get better and feel meaningful purpose in your life, and so the human game is all about learning to interact with this source field, learning the way that it speaks and becoming the work that you are meant to be. And when I say meant to be, I just want to clarify this here in a minute. I don't think it's necessarily meant to be. It's more possibility to be.
Speaker 1:There are many different things based on your passions, your talents, your pain, your suffering, your history, your genetics, your uniqueness that you could be. For example, I have a unique background, right, your uniqueness that you could be. For example, I have a unique background, right. My background is in strength and conditioning. My background is in psychology. My background is in natural medicine and functional medicine. I have extra expertise in transpersonal psychology and in philosophy and the philosophy of consciousness and interesting quantum physics and all of these things.
Speaker 1:Now I could be a healer, which I did. Spend much of my time being a healer. I could be a trainer. I could be many things, but now I have focused on teacher. Teacher is the global thing that I do, and then my unique history, expertise and all those things make it so that I teach in a particular way, and so I can choose. So it's not that it's meant to be and that I have to find it. It's more that it's something I choose and create based on the possibilities.
Speaker 1:For me, now, this is important, because I can't sing, and so I don't have the possibility of being a rock star. I can't go and manifest being, you know, a Taylor Swift type of person. I can't do that. I don't have the skill sets for that. I don't have the knowledge, the experience, the know-how, I don't have the historical background, I don't have the vocal cords right.
Speaker 1:And so we do have to work within the limits of our natural nature. In the same way, when we occupy this 3D world, we can't manifest our way out of gravity, so to speak. There are rules in the 3D world that might not apply in other dimensions, but they apply here, and these limits force us to work within those limitations. And so the idea, then, is we take on this role, we pretend this is the way it works, we use this story in the human game to grow ourselves and to have massive upgrades in self-development and a next level human life. And, by the way, it just so happens that psychology research tells us this is the way it works, that the beliefs, the stories we tell, the quality of those stories determine the quality of our lives the belief, for example, if I'm sick, that I can actually heal myself, adjust the probabilities that I actually will when I think a particular way.
Speaker 1:Studies by Aaliyah Crum, for example when we look and we perceive a food as a particular type of food, whether healthy or not, it actually changes the reaction that food has in our biochemistry. And so we have these studies, studies by Rupert Sheldrake, for example, that demonstrate that the scopostesia, for example, that you can actually sense when someone's staring at you in a double-blind, controlled fashion, which means consciousness is not local to the brain, if we believe those lines of research, research by Tanya Lerman out of Stanford University, talking about how story changes the way people interact with the world, what they believe they're capable of, and how the world changes around them. And so we have lots and lots and lots of data that suggest that this is actually the way it works, actually the way it works, and so whether it's actually factually true that we are spiritual entities occupying a human avatar body. It is a very useful game to play, because the story is powerful in its ability to generate massive useful outcomes for us as humans. And so the goal, then, of the human game is to awaken. And so I'll say one more thing, and then we can wrap this idea up. We have these two phases, the conditioning phase and the awakening phase, and then we know that the goal is to choose and create the unique work that only we can do in the way that we can do it. Choose and create the unique work that only we can do in the way that we can do it, and this job comes down to understanding the way that source consciousness or the source field speaks, and this comes down to the download that we have when we are incarnating as humans.
Speaker 1:Again, understanding the human game. Well, one piece of software we have is intuition. Another piece of software, let's say, we have is instinct, and another piece of software we have is intellect. And so now we can essentially say instinct comes from mud, it's designed to keep us safe and, by the way, this is useful, because if we're going to live long enough to evolve and do our unique work on the planet, we need to stay away from danger. We need to understand what is good or bad, we need to understand this, and instinct does that.
Speaker 1:The problem, though, is instinct keeps us safe, keeps us in survival mode and keeps us from intuition. Instinct is mud-based. These misguided, unconscious decisions. This is what instinct causes us to do. It causes us to go back into the same familiarity. So you know, you're operating from instinct when you encounter the same repeated patterns. You're operating from instinct when you encounter the same repeated patterns, recurrent obstacles, struggles on repeat, stuck emotions, over and over and over again.
Speaker 1:Instinct causes us to loop again and again and again. It causes our beliefs not to change. It keeps us stuck. At its worst, it devolves us as humans and spirits. Intuition, on the other hand, pushes us forward. It's higher intelligence. It nudges us with things like synchronicities and serendipities and positive signs and elevated emotions and new opportunities to upgrade our beliefs and evolve ourselves. And so these two pieces of software they're not necessarily at odds, but oftentimes, as humans, we can't distinguish between them because they feel exactly the same. They feel like gut level stuff. Most people playing the human game who say they're operating from intuition are really operating from instinct. They are operating from old mud, old fears, and the only way they know is to understand how source consciousness prods us and pushes us.
Speaker 1:When you're operating from instinct, it's like going down a road that looks familiar but quickly becomes frustrating. Repeated patterns, recurrent struggles, stuck emotions, recurrent obstacles continue to show up again and again in health, in wealth, in finance and career, in personal relationships, in love and in purpose and meaning career, in personal relationships, in love and in purpose and meaning. When we're operating from intuition, however, this is the hard part, because intuition feels kind of strange. It feels like fear mixed with comfort. It feels like fear mixed with possibility, whereas instinct feels like familiarity that turns to frustration. Intuition feels like fearful at first, but then it becomes fun and fulfilling Because as you go down that road, once you overcome the fear and get out of your comfort zone and follow your intuition, you start running into synchronicities and serendipities and new opportunities and you elevate and you grow.
Speaker 1:And this is why some of the worst things that have happened to us you hear this all the time from people who live a self-examined life, the personal development life. Many of you listening to this live that lifestyle. Otherwise you would not be listening to this. We share that, you and me. We share the idea that we want to live an examined life and elevate ourselves as humans, idea that we want to live an examined life and elevate ourselves as humans. Many of us who are on that path want this fulfilled, fun aspect of what intuition brings, but it can be fearful. These synchronicities and serendipities and new opportunities grow us, push us to evolve.
Speaker 1:Now here's the trick. The other thing is the other thing that we have. The other piece of software we have to work with us is the intellect, and this is where it gets tricky, because the intellect is neutral. It simply serves instinct or intuition. So if you're operating from mud, misguided, unconscious decisions and your instinct, the intellect will convince you you're right. It will convince you to find things in the world that, yes, your beliefs are right. Yes, you're right to have done that. Yes, don't change your beliefs. Yes, those people are scary. Yes, you know all those things. That's what intellect does. It convinces you you're right. Now we all know this. Look out in the social media landscape. Now it's just people using their intellect to justify their instinctual fears. Now intellect can work the other way as well.
Speaker 1:You can use intellect to further your intuitive growth, and this really does come down to what we've heard in religions and philosophies and ancient schools of thought, from Buddhism to Taoism, to Christianity and all the rest, this idea that there's really two paths. There's the path of fear and there's the path of love. Well, this is what we're talking about here. There's either the path of instinct fear or the path of what source field is made of love. Following your intuition leads you down that path and leads you to doing your unique work and waking up to your full potential and possibility. And so the human game is all about you learning how this process works, to actually be in dialogue with and communion with the source field, to begin to rewrite the old, misguided, unconscious to stories not erase them, by the way, and not erase them, but edit them, upgrade them to new stories for new possibilities of meaning.
Speaker 1:If you're going to grow as a human, you've got to get out of the mud. You need to rewrite and edit those stories. You also need to rewire the emotional holding patterns, those fear-based emotions and triggers that keep you stuck. And then, of course, you have to retrain habits and behaviors. But isn't it funny that every other self-development program out there, what it does is it retrains. It's all about tiny habits, and you know, learn to get on board with your circadian rhythms and balance your nervous system when there are two much more important and powerful things that the rest ignore, much more important and powerful things that the rest ignore. Retrain is all about the biohacking and the self-development books and the nervous system balancing and all of that kind of stuff.
Speaker 1:But rewrite is what gets at the mud and rewire is what gets at the emotional holding patterns that reinforce that mud. You know mud is interesting. It can be solid like cement, sticky like a mud puddle. Emotional holding patterns that reinforce that mud. You know mud is interesting. It's kind of. It can be solid like cement, sticky like a mud puddle, or loose like, you know, muddy water.
Speaker 1:And ultimately, what we want to do is we want to clear that mud, we want to break through that mud and we do that by dropping into the subconscious mind and begin to rewrite those stories and to integrate and to basically say, oh, that pain, that suffering, that thing that I'm blaming, complaining, whimpering, whining about or blaming people and finding fault with that was actually something that I needed. I need to own it. I need to take responsibility for it. I dare say I need to use it to. I need to take responsibility for it, I dare say I need to use it to grow. That was the entire purpose of it. And when you do that, the mud begins to release and then you begin to grow and awaken in this game and life begins to change. And so you want to step in this game and learn how to rewrite and rewire, not simply retrain.
Speaker 1:Therapy, psychedelics, coaching, most energy work, emdr, hypnosis all of these things can have some utility, but none of them rewrite, rewire, retrain all at the same time and in the right order, and this is why they fail most of the time for most people, or seem to only get you so far. And so that's what the human game is about. And so, at the risk of rambling on and on and on I could talk forever on these concepts I'm going to leave it there to pique your interest. The human game is now available for purchase. I have just launched it for its inaugural opening, and it is available now. And it is available at the cheapest rate of all the Next Level Human offerings $97 a month, the cost, basically, of a daily coffee habit for three months. I hope you will join us with the human game. We start September 8th. Thank you so much for hanging out on the podcast and I will talk to you at the next show.
