Meredith Dawson
Meredith Dawson is the Managing Editor for Egg Industry Insight and WATT PoultryUSA, bringing her processing experience to provide insights on the poultry and egg industries. She joined WATT Global Media in 2021, initially as managing editor of the Egg Industry Insight weekly briefing and editor of the Poultry Trends annual report. Dawson holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in food and poultry science from Auburn University. Before her role at WATT, she gained practical experience as a Quality Systems Senior Supervisor for Golden State Foods and held positions as Quality Assurance Supervisor and Yield Specialist at Koch Foods.
