56: HAPPY NEW YEAR: Reflecting on 2024 with Kalissa, Hannah and Sarah!
Let's get it rolling. Welcome. Hi y'all. Happy new year. That's so weird to say cause we're recording before Christmas. In the Christmas spirit, but now we will be releasing this episode in that mumbo jumbo limbo land between the 25th of December and the 31st of December. That time really doesn't exist. It's just, it's transitional time. Okay. Yes. 2025. That's so weird. I know. That is crazy. I'll be 30 this year. This next year, this next year in 2035 because I was born in 95 and I'll be 32. Shoot. Yeah. I'm going to be turning 31 in a couple of days. Well, the 28th. Yeah, and I messaged my mom because I had a middle school 31 jersey I messaged my mom. Hey, do you still have like my old jerseys? And she literally had like a plethora of jerseys and she didn't have 31. She's like, are you sure you were 31 and not 33? I just think it's funny that she's And i'm like, oh god mom we really gotta declutter your home yeah my mom too Well, I have some questions, um, to reflect on the past year and we'd love to hear your guys reflections as well. If you want to leave them in the Instagram comments. Absolutely. Um, we post every Friday. Or Saturday. Or Saturday. And watch my stories. And watch Hannah's stories because they're great. They're fire. They slay. You can follow us on Instagram at 30 Crying and Trying. You can also follow us on YouTube at 30 Crying and Trying. We, sometimes, if I get Inspired to put the episodes on YouTube as well, but it's not filmed. It's not film. We are slowly trying to work it. We're filming, figuring it out. Yes. It's just, it ended up being more of a issue than we thought it was going to be. Yes. So yes. Yeah. So anyways, um, do, do, do what is your favorite song from 2024? Oh gosh. Oh, so did you do though? Yes, I wrapped. Yes, I absolutely did. Let's pull it up. So I don't know my number one. Oh, when did she come up? It said that Nicki Minaj, uh, the one she was talking about her past dad. Oh, I guess I listened to that so much cause they're like, this was your number one. Mine is skewed because Carver uses the Alexa. Mm hmm. The, the echo. Yeah. The little, like, uh, you talk to it and it plays music. Like you say, Alexa, what time is it today? Oh, I thought, I thought the song. Oh no, no, no, no, no. Just like who rapped is skewed. Yes. My kids have access. Oh, the kids have access to my Apple music via the Alexa. And so astronaut in the ocean. What the heck is that? It's a song. I feel like an astronaut in the ocean. Wayne goes numb and you're rolling in the deep. I think I've heard it. Yes. But my second one is down bad by Taylor Swift. Geez. Of course. You down bad. I don't think I've heard that one. How's that one go down back crying at the gym. It's a, she hasn't released it. So if you don't listen to her unreleased music, you probably wouldn't know him. Interesting. Yes. Mine is also skewed because of the kids, but my first one was still my own song. It was, um, Heartbreak Anniversary by Gideon. And then, the NSYNC Justin Timberlake, um, from Trolls, Better Place. What's my second one? Cause the kids, I like how people will go on like their Instagram stories. They'll post their Spotify wrapped and they're like, this is so accurate. And it's like, yeah, it's the data. Yeah, obviously. What about you, Hannah? Are you gone already by Nicki Minaj? Yeah. Listen to that. Uh, oh, total listen time. 229 minutes. That actually came up the other day when I was like, just, um, what's that called when you just like randomize your playlist or whatever that came up the other day. Yeah. And then, uh, Good Luck, Babe. Yep. Oh boy. That's my second. I bet they're, I'm pretty sure she's top on Calvin's Raptor this year. Loved it. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Loved that song. But yeah, Nicki Minaj was like my number one artist for the year. I'm not surprised. Not surprised? Yep. Went to the concert. Yep. Enjoyed it. Um, this is, these are all kind of the same questions. So, what's your most cherished memory from 24? What was the best day for you in the last year? Um, just like a real peak moment for you in the past year. Wow, I'm really bad at this. Um, probably getting this house. I just, um. It kind of came up sudden. Actually, as a joke, my friend messaged me and was like, Hey, this house is for sale, LOL. You know, you could get a, you could get this with it. And I was like, I'll show Nick, you know, just for shits and giggles. And then literally after I showed him, he messaged a realtor. I want to see this house ASAP. And I was like, Oh, you're being serious. Yeah, I'll buy it. So. That was probably like, Oh shit. Yeah. Yeah. Peak for you. Yeah. Yeah. I guess. Um, that's awesome. That's a big move. Yeah. Because I was really sad about leaving our old house because I felt like that was our first big purchase forever home. And I loved it. You know, it grew on me. And so, yeah, I had some sad feelings like, Oh, this was the house that we moved in. I don't know. Just memories. Yeah. So that was my peek and pit, I guess. Yeah. Yeah, I guess it was like a roller coaster, but I love this house now. It's growing on me. Yeah. Something that I really went really well this year was Harvest. Oh good. It was like done the Like four weeks, and it wasn't terrible. It wasn't long. That's what I'm going to remember from this year is that it was a good year for harvesting and it took just the month of October and we got Craig back sooner than later. Good. That's nice. Yeah. And then Mittens. And not the other one, what was the other one's name? Boots. Mittens and Boots. Oh cute. I have a cat named Boots. Boots and Pants and Boots and Pants and Boots and Pants and Boots and Pants. I don't know all that. I'm sorry. Yeah. I'm not chronically online the way you guys are. Yes you are! Yes you are! Hee hee hee. Yeah, but not like meme worthy stuff. It just comes. Yeah, yeah, I guess so. Um. What about you Sarah? Mine is, um, I got to see my favorite band. Oh yeah. That was the highlight of my year. I never thought that I would see them again. Is this the one you went to Chicago for? Yeah. My sister. I got to spend a lot of time with my sister this year at concerts. Just in general, I feel like concert time with my sister this year was like, so good. You were kind of a concert girlie this year. Yeah, I mean. We did a lot of concerts. It was worth it. It was. I love a good concert. I love it. I'm not like a dancer or anything. No, you're not. I just love to take it in and like experience it. Bring your lawn chair. Yeah. Like that Jason Momoa. Yes. Really, like literally that's, yeah. I wonder if singers would like that. Yeah. If they vibe with everyone jumping with them, it probably depends or if they would like kind of make them sad if everyone just sat, but like actually enjoyed listening to them and see. And that's what I did at this concert. I didn't sing at all unless he was like over the crowd, like asking us to, but I didn't sing at all. I just stood there and I watched and I like tried my best to really just like soak it in. Cause it was just like, No phone out again. I did take so that I could remember the playlist, the set list. I did take like a 32nd video of the beginning of each song, but yeah, so good. Good. That's awesome. You literally, you literally glow when you talk about it. You're just like beam. Yeah. With the VIP experience of it. Oh yeah. It was just, it was just like the perfect thing. So good, good, good. Yeah. Um, What is one bad habit that you need to unlearn in the new year? Unlearn? It's the same as every year. More screen time. No. Well, I mean, yeah, but I would just say like my poor coping skills around like food and stuff like being sad. Then I eat junk food and get fatter. I honestly like I hate exercise, so I don't know if I'll ever be an exercise person, but like just my poor. relationship with food. It's hard. Mm hmm. Mm hmm because like what up, uh, Nick got a flavored toothpicks to kind of help him with the cravings. Mm hmm. I picked up gum. Yep I don't know if that's even better, but I honestly I really like to fast. I think fasting helps Yeah, but it's just like an emotional thing for me. So when I'm sad, then I'd be sad and I eat sad food So yeah I need to spend less time on my phone as per use, especially around the kids. Yes. And, um, I need to find a way to be more content. I feel like I'm always looking for like the next thing or the next dopamine hit is what me and my therapist call it. Um, So yeah, I need to be more content with where I'm at and what I'm doing and be more present. Cause like, even though, like even we got a cat, I love the cat. I need another cat. I totally feel that. That's a great one. Yeah. So being more content. Yeah. I've been spending, after we just talked about how like, no, this is, no, this is what I'm, the overconsumption. Yes. But I'm like, let me get rid of all these clothes. And then let me buy some quality clothes. And hopefully once I have these quality clothes, I'm set. Like you'll be content with that? Yes. Yeah. But I'm like, I need a, when, when's the stop button? Like Yeah, I feel like it's hard to, when you see so much, there's so much like content, media content coming up about like the buying stuff thing. Like this is really cute. Like how do you know? Uh huh. You know what I mean? Like is this like a good, like should I try it? Right. And wear it forever and ever? I just, I feel like you should just pick very specific websites or stores or whatever. And only shop from places. I get really jealous when I see someone film a day in their life and their closet is so small. Yeah. And I'm like, how are you so content with just that bit of clothing? Yeah. So I really, I'm trying to do that, but I'm trying to get rid of, I didn't want to get rid of a lot of my clothes because I wore them when I worked. Yeah. So like, I mean, I wash them, but like sometimes you'll find a tiny little hair. Yeah. And like I can feel it cause I can, itchy. So I always just felt guilty. I'm like, well, I don't want to give someone like my hairy clothes. Yeah. I don't know. Maybe I should just trash them. I don't know. You could put a warning in it. Like, Hey, I was a hairdresser. These might be a little hairy. Yeah. They're clean. I swear. Yeah. But yeah, I'm trying to get rid of old socks that I haven't worn. Like just throw away underwear. What do you do with socks? You throw them away? Okay. I'm like, they're just so worn out. Like they wouldn't feel good. Oh my gosh. All the socks I've ever worn are in a landfill somewhere. I've had socks for 10 years. Okay. But Nick, he's very picky on his, like he won't wear just a random sock. They have to be wool and they have to be like 100 percent breathable. I don't know what kind of material that is. So he would always judge my socks. And he's like, this is literally plastic, Hannah. This is why your feet sweat because it's not letting your feet breathe. So he's like, he's all like high quality, like everything because it affects our health. Like his mom just got hammer toe surgery and him and his dad are telling her. Yeah It's because you wore crap shoes forever And she's all like no I didn't and he's like you wore cheap flip flops. Yeah, and the result of that is you got hammer toe surgery Yeah, so now it's he's always like don't wear cheap shoes They're doing your shoes are also just like it's we have like a the thing about like, um, a narrow toe box Yeah, like all of our shoes have a narrow toe box. So Yeah. It's, it's, unless you're going to wear barefoot shoes, like it's hard to, well, this is what I, when I was working full time, I wore like cheap boots that like Walmart or something. I was like, Oh, there's cute and trendy and stylish. But then my, I'd always complain, Oh, my feet hurt so bad. And he's like, because they're cheap, you know, like they're not good for you. Yeah. I'm like, well, I don't want to wear, like they didn't have Hoka's back then, but I was like, I don't want to wear a nurse shoe. Like, they're not stylish. You should get those, like, um, plastic outside, like, born shoes. You know what I'm talking about. You know. They're like a clog. Oh, yeah. They're, um, is it born, or is it um Dance goes. Yeah, dance goes, and it's like a natural nature something. Yeah. But yeah. I tried, I was like, I can't do the clogs, I don't know. But now, I just, yeah. I'm like, yep, take care of your feet, take care of your eyes, take care of your, yeah. Sometimes it is, it's spendy, but like it could probably help your health out in the long run. Yeah. Yeah. You end up spending less like over time. That's what I'm trying to get because I used to buy cheap junk, just cheap everything. Mm hmm. Because I thought I was saving money, but your health or your, your wallet, I don't know. Yeah. In what ways do you plan to pamper yourself in the new year? Oh, I have not even thought about that. Yeah. Uh, going to Florida. Yeah. I think that's going to be a good way to relax, de stress a little bit. I hope you relax. Getting through the airport. Yeah. TSA. Um, and then. Baggage claim. All of it. I don't know how to do any of it, so it'll be a learning experience. Mm hmm. Um, but I just plan. I had an opportunity to take on more hours at work and I declined it. So I am just going to stick with my 36 and I think that's the way that I'm going to kind of treat myself is just lay off work. You want to Matt work? Just, you know, don't take it home with me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's tough. You, cause we talked about it before, like, after a busy day, do you just ride home in silence? Yes. And just stare at the radio and just like Dead inside. Yeah. Yeah. Just take it easy. Yeah. I think I'm gonna, we're going to try to have parts of our bathroom redone. I know I've been talking and trying to talk Calvin into getting this done for 10 years since we moved in. Um, yeah, Hannah's seen our bathroom. She knows it's literally from the seventies. It's like the original bathroom from this house. It kind of fits your vibe a little bit. Yeah, but not when it's like falling apart. Yeah. Like it gets to a point where it's not vintage. It's just gross, you know? So. I think Calvin finally was talking to a friend of ours about it when he was here. And I think he like talked Calvin into it a little bit. So bless him. Yeah. I'll be exciting. Yeah. That'd be very nice. I would like my pictures put up. It's not a hard ask in here or just like in your house. Oh, like our, my pictures are still sitting in the box. Oh, well, um, next dad was here that one day. Yeah. Okay. But he just needs to come over again. Yeah. Or Calvin. Oh, okay. I thought about messaging Calvin like, Hey, can you do that? Cause Nick, he's very, um, he gets out like the laser ruler and like has to make sure everything like symmetrical. And I'm just like, put it right there. Do that if you want me to do that. Yeah. Yeah. Speaking of pictures, um, I would love a sponsorship with magnet, uh, not magnet tile. Oh, that'd be cool. Mixed tiles. Oh, okay. Magnet tiles are the kids toys. That'd be so cool though. Mixed tiles, um, so I don't know if you've seen the ad for them. Are they the honeycomb? No, um, they're magnetic. You peel off the back and you just stick it on the wall. But how do they stick to stuff? What do they stick to? The wall. Like the nails and the studs? You don't have to do any hardware, no nails, nothing. But if they're magnetic, what do they stick to? Uh, there's two magnets, so there's one on the picture frame and then there's one that goes on the wall. And then you put the picture on the wall. And you can move it and adjust it and tilt it and turn it and it just stays on the magnet stick to the wall? It's sticky. You glue it? It's sticky on the one side. And then you can just peel it right off, move it, stick it on the wall. Yeah. What's the weight limit? The picture. Interesting. Yeah. I am skeptical. I have them in my house. I'm skeptical. Big canvases. Okay. Interesting. So yeah. Are they really expensive? Uh, I paid two 50 for four of them. Shoot. But they're big canvases. Well, Nick found these ones. You literally just, it's not, the hole isn't like a nail. It's just little, you just poke it in. Poke it. Mm. He just needs to do that for me and I'll be happy and satisfied. Just make Calvin do it. Yeah. I'm honestly thinking about like, yeah. He's got the time. Yeah, and that's what I'm saying. Like, he's got the time. Mm hmm. Nick does not. Mm hmm. He's been playing a lot of video games lately, so tell him to get on it, do something productive. I just, like, speedy Gonzales over here. What was something in your life that was stressful in the past year? For me, it was deciding to do this job. I went back and forth a lot about it for like, well, when we first started talking about it, Gus was in pre K, not this job. So it was like a job in general. And then this opportunity came up and we spent like maybe a year talking about it. So it's very stressful. Yeah. But you're happy and satisfied. I'm happy. Yeah. Yeah. And it's going well and everything. But there are times where I'm like, like if Calvin, I talk about like housework or something and like, I'm like, well, I'm gone. So sorry, it's not done, but I have another job now. So like that sometimes makes me like doubt, but it's okay. Yeah. What about you? Something stressful? Uh, probably I've gotten better at it when Nick can leave. Like, once a month ing, that was fine. But the tours, it just felt like so back to back. I don't know. I just feel bad. Cause he, you know, it's like back to back to back to back shows. And I'm like, how are you not tired? But, um Probably energizes him. Oh, he drinks so much Ghost. Oh my gosh, he's gonna have a heart attack. I know. So, um, Yeah, just home alone. I've with the kids, but like I've managed it. And sometimes I'm like, you know, it's kind of nice to have a break from you. The house stays cleaner somehow. It really does. Yeah. We don't fill up on the trash bags like as quick. Yeah. Yeah. Cause not as many dirty clothes, not as many dirty socks on the floor. Trash on the counters. Yep. Yeah, for sure. But I've gotten better with it, but it's still like. Yeah, I'd like you home. Yeah Rockstar life. I don't know It's funny, what about you close up? Um something stressful I didn't Uh, craig and I have officially decided that we are done having kids that was a very stressful decision Oh, because we went back and forth a lot the past year on if we were gonna have a You a fourth one or if we weren't or what we were going to do. And we have officially decided that we are officially done. So that was a stressful decision because we just went back and forth pretty much all year long about what we were going to do. Yeah. It's, it is a, yeah. I even talked to, I talked to a mom yesterday and she's like, my, my youngest is 11. And like, there's always like, well, we were done. Yeah. And I'm like, how do you know? Yeah. It took a lot, a lot, a lot of back and forth. So, but yeah, he has an appointment coming up in June or July. Oh, I forgot about that. Yeah. Maybe. Yeah. No baby. It'll be fine. Yeah. It'll be fine. Um, do you have any regrets over the past year? I have one. I did not get biking enough. I love to go biking and I did not go biking enough. I would say yes, but no. Like there are always things that I wish I would have done or done better, but no. We just are where we are. Yeah. Can't change it now. So yeah. Hmm. Regrets? I don't know. Not even one letter? Is that a Taylor Swift thing? Oh, no. Regrets. Regrets. Regrets. Regerts. On the tattoo. Yes. That's always forever iconic. Mm hmm. No, I don't know. No. Maybe you don't have any. That's okay. Something I'm really proud of the past year is we started going to church again. Oh good. We started in June. And even if we don't go to church, we listen to the sermon. That's nice. Because it's online. So that's something I'm pretty proud of that we did this past year. What's something you guys are proud of? Yeah, I guess, yeah, I'm proud of Nick because he's like. Just kind of stepping into the church and I was away for a while. Now, like, so I'm coming back and so he's taking his classes to become Catholic. Oh, no way. I didn't know that. He doesn't tell a lot of people that. I would guess that him and Calvin have talked about it and Calvin just hasn't mentioned it. I don't know. I don't know if he's even told his dad that. Oh, really? What would his dad say? I don't know. Oh, interesting. Yeah. Is your, is his dad Flash? Yes. Yes. He always comments first on our YouTube videos. First! Yes. So, shout out to Flash. That's funny. Yeah. That's funny. So, proud of him doing that, and then I guess proud of me, like, doing it. Going with it. So every Sunday, we're at church. Nice. And it's embarrassing when, like, we're halfway through the thing and Cutter says very loudly, Is it done yet? Because I can hear a couple people behind us like, Like laughing and I'm like, don't say that We all want to know honestly Thankfully, um, this is really helpful for my ADHD There's a timer on the back screen all that counts down because it's a video that plays the sermon is we don't have like a live Pastor. Oh interesting. We have I mean it's recorded live from another place and broadcast it to us and it has a countdown timer on the back wall of how much is left of this particular section of the church and that's so helpful for me to just like, okay, 15 minutes. And then I try to like guess, I'm like, I bet it's down to nine now. Yes. It's a very specific kind of, um, speaker to be able to hold my attention for like a full 30 minutes like that. Yeah. Yeah. Otherwise I am wandering. So, uh, a priest told me years ago, he's like, you know, sometimes that does happen, but he's like, if you could just try to pick one word from what you hear or something, and if you can just think about that, reflect on that. So that's what I've been trying to do because I'm juggling the kids and I'm like, let me just hear like one little sentence and then, okay, let me just reflect on it. I don't know. Where in your home is your go to spot? I don't know why that's a New Year's question. My bed. My bed. My recliner. I don't lay in bed. It's so comfy. Lay in my recliner and just watch my shows. I don't lay in bed and watch my shows. Or TikTok. Or read. Or whatever. Mmhmm. Yeah. But it's not very conducive to having children for me to be upstairs in my bed. Yeah. And I wanna watch my shows. Yeah. I wanna watch their shows. I know the kids got mad at me the other day'cause I was watching TV while they were downstairs with Calvin. And then they came up and they were like, dad said I, we could watch this, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, do you see that? I'm in the middle of watching my show. Like, how often does mommy get to watch her show Exactly. In the living room? Literally. Never. Never. So I think that you can wait. Yep. And you can wait until I'm done. Yep. That's my threat. I'll put on my shows then. We kind of already answered this a little bit, but in what ways can you improve your at home workspace this year? I would say decluttering. I think I have like so many like home improvement things that have been on my list for years. Like painting, like we've lived in our house for 10 years. We've never painted our bedroom and I need to repaint the living room and just all kinds of. Things just like that, those little things. Along with decolor. And your bathroom. Yeah, but the bathroom's always been just like so stagnant because we're like, this needs to be like gutted type of situation. So, I've just never done anything in there. But, yeah. Yeah. What about you? Yeah, just time management so I can do all that stuff. Oh yeah. Like this morning I was like, nope, the girls are going to come over. I won't have time to work out after, or I'll be hungry by that time and I'm not going to eat and then work. No. Right. So I woke up at five 30 and went. You're crazy for that. You feel, if you do it like for so long, like you actually feel amazing. Yeah, but I'm sleepy. I'm a sleepy girl. Yeah, that's the hardest. Like just the hardest part of doing everything is just waking up. I had to get up at 530 to like be ready for this and like be ready to go to work after this and when I get home tonight, I'm gonna crash and I'll probably go to bed by 830. Wow. Because I am so tired already. My eyes are dragging. How long have I been awake? Like six hours. Not even because it's 11. And you're not a coffee person either. No. Me either. I'm gonna hit a wall. I'm not either. Gotta drink that ghost! I might go to the gas station and get a sody. Get a ghost. No, cause I don't really, they're too sweet for me. They're like, I don't feel that. No, I don't. Is that your favorite energy drink? No, just, I've been drinking Ilanis. I don't like those flavors. I like the peach flavor. Okay. Does it actually taste like peach or is it like, Kind of. A little bit. Makes you poop. Oh, oh my gosh, poppies. Poppies. Make me poop. Sorry. Poppies. They're like those, um, like healthy digestive sodas. They do be digestin I'll have to check them out because I'm always concentrated. A case of poppies and you will poop your pants. Well, if you need some energy, you should get Lonnie in. Well, it'll get something moving down there. I'll drink them both at the same time. Uh, double straw. You just have both in there. I'll try to find the WWE. Smashing two drinks, that's Calissa. Poppy's in a lolly. I'm gonna poop and I'm gonna be awake when I do it. Um, what was the most enjoyable part of your work in the past year? Um, and if you guys need to think about it, I absolutely know my coworkers are the best. We have such a good team. Everybody gets along so well. It's so fun to go to work. Knock on wood. They'll go to work and everyone just hates each other. Right? Yeah. No, we, we get along pretty well and I just love going to work and they just scheduled me for March. So I'm at least employed until March. Nice. Yes. So yeah. Awesome. Yeah, I've really enjoyed, um, getting to know a lot of these kids. Some of them are just so funny, have great sense of humor. Um, and it's been nice too, I think, to, like, because my kids go here, it's been nice to get to know the inner workings of the school a lot better. Yeah. And like, be able to be more involved. So that's been really nice. Like communication wise, I feel like I have a lot more communication now, obviously. So that's been Sorry, that was weird. That's been really nice. I'm leaving that in. Awkward. Always a question. Um, what have you enjoyed about work? Like, what's been the best part? Your work is now to be a mom and stay home. So, like, what is the most important part? No, but, um, Uh, so I went to a Catholic Moms group and I really like the girls there, so I'm like starting to know that community a little bit more. And then knowing a little bit of the gym community because I've been going, I usually like to go at the same time. Mm hmm. And so I'm starting to like talk to the other regs there. Like, so I'm like, huh? Old ladies. Yeah. Old ladies, old men. Cause you're a morning jimmer. Yes. So like I'm just kind of expanding my community a little bit. That's nice. That's awesome. I love that. Yeah. Good for you. I feel like that's the hardest part of being like a stay home person. Yeah. Um, what is something you shouldn't have bought in the last year? Or, um, describe the last time you felt guilty about an expense. Oh, I can do the last one right off the top of my head. Go. The two pairs of shoes that I just bought, these boots for one, and the sneakers. Do you feel guilty or do you regret them? Um, I don't regret them, but I do feel guilty. They were both very expensive. So. Yeah. Um, I'm still trying to justify the cost of this sweater, so I definitely feel guilty about that. Um, and then the cat expenses are just, I probably dropped a thousand dollars. Oh my gosh, on what? Two months on my cat's surgeries. I had to get her spayed and declawed. Um, then she had a paw infection she had to go back for. She's got a cone on right now. Um, this podcast is just going to be me talking about cats, toys, collars. Um, that's insane. Yeah. The new cat paying for the new cat. I think this is why I would only adopt dogs now from the shelter because they already have that stuff paid for. Yeah. Usually the shelter does. Yes. So like your new cat is probably spayed or neutered or whatever. Are you not declawing the other one? I don't think so. Just because now I know how like frowned upon it is. Yeah. No, I felt guilty about that expense. Yeah. Yeah. Especially cause she got an infection from it. Like, I have communication like, Hey buddy, you're going to, she's going to do this to you. Like the cats are just going to be talking to each other. Look at me, look what she's done. She's mutilated me. Don't piss her off. Oh my gosh. That's funny. She's shady. That's funny. Um, uh, do you have one, Hannah? Yesterday. Uh oh. Um, cause I've been trying to find my scent. Oh gosh. I'm obsessed. I, it's a bad obsession. Perfumes. You're gonna, that's cancer right there in a bottle. And I spent a hundred dollars on two travel sizes. Travel sizes? Yeah, I mean. Did you go back to Ulta and get those boob ones? Yeah. No, I didn't get the boobs. Oh my gosh. But this one was by Burberry. Oh my gosh. And Khloe Kardashian scent is out and I kind of like it. I know. But it is, but if it's your signature scent, like, I'm like, I like smells. Yeah. But I'm like, uh, Don't stand too close to me. You're fine. Don't stand. Don't stand. I love saving the last little tiny bit of perfume and like tucking it away and then like spraying it and then all of the memories from that time that I wore that perfume like come back because I associated the scent with that time. That's really sweet. Yeah. So I have like five bottles of perfume in my special box. Don't they go off in there? They And like change scents? No, I don't know. You're supposed to keep perfumes, um, away from like the sunlight and everything. They're supposed to be tucked away in a dark. Okay. Yeah. You can't. Yeah. Okay. Got it. I don't know. So the fragrance should still be a strong. Cool. I don't have that experience with fragrances. She's looking to make that experience. Yes. No, I just, um, like there's some certain people, this was when I was like cutting hair and I'm like, Oh yeah, I. I know it's you because you smell like you. I don't know. I just, I just want to find my scent. I don't know what I am. It smells like Garnier Frutis. And I'm always like, whenever I smell that smell, I think of her. Yeah. When I think of Aussie, it's usually hair. Cause when I had a perm back in the day, like Aussie, and the mousse and the gels. Yeah. List a book, a course, or a program that you'd like to read or enroll in in the new year. Ooh, well let me pull up my TVR. TVR! Um, I would love to take dancing class. Craig would love to take a dancing class. What kind of dancing? Go Like what? Um, like ballroom dancing. Oh, okay. Maybe, maybe. Um, not square dancing. What am I think of Oh my gosh. Ahoe down, hoe down, throw down. Do you know the Hannah Montana dance? No. Oh, I do. You've heard of it? How's it start? I don't even know. Let me sing it. Let me lock it. Pop it, lock it, poke it, dot it, country, five and hip hop it. Put your hands in the sky, side to side, lean it left, kick it, glide. I wish that we had video. Cross the floor. Juffle in diagonal when the drum hits hands on your hips. One foot in 180 twist. I wish we had a video for that. Oh my gosh, that was like deep in my memory. That's a deep cut as they say, those young people. Love it. I think I just, I liked Anna Montana, but I didn't. I loved Anna Montana. It was just getting a little cringe for me. Yes. Like I felt like That's So Raven wasn't, I mean it was cringy, but it wasn't. And she was so funny though. Naturally. Yes. She just, I mean she worked with Bill Cosby. It was different. Hannah Montana was not that funny. Do you know what she said the other day on her podcast, Raven Simone, she's got a podcast and she's like, you know, I think that's the Raven was so popular because all the boys were watching for my boobs. No. Cause she was freaking hilarious. And I'm like, no one paid attention to your boobs. No one cared about her boobs. Yeah. And she said that she had a breast reduction at 15 and they grow back when you gain weight. And I'm like, I heard that. I don't know because I know some people who've got boob reductions and their weight hasn't changed one bit. But they're saying when you get heavier, if you gain weight, then you get it in your boobs because they're fat. I lose weight in my boobs. Really? Yeah. Yes. Because your boobs are fat. I felt like I thought boobs were just boobs and they don't. Boobs are fat. Wow. Got a lot of fat in there. I need to reduce. Like I think it's specifically like breast tissue kind of fat. We'd have to check that. But yeah, it's fat. Like you're, you're just fat pockets. Same as your butt fat in there. That's why people get flat butts when they get skinny. Um, well, I, because if you're not building the muscle to form, but like, uh, pH fat booty that you mom, but F fat booty when they're talking about mom, but yeah, flat butt. Yeah. You know, because you're, when you're pregnant, this is what I tell people, like, always try to bend your knees. That's because you're working out the top. So when you're like leaning so far back, your butt muscles are working over time. Your top butt muscles. Constantly. Your tops. Yes. Not the mids and bottoms. The mids and bottoms too. No, just the tops. That's why your bottom butt gets flat because, your butt gets flat because you're working out the very top, like at your lower back. So like you're pushing. Mm hmm. So it's your top, like up here. Yep. So like, and you're holding kids too. So you're also leaning, working those butt muscles, losing them. That's why you have to work on your core. Your core. I just sat and breastfed for so long. I was like, I'm losing my butt. And then I got hunched from that too. Yeah. Yeah. I don't work on that. I mean, you have a big butt, so. But I've, it's always, I've always had it. But I've always like it's round, but I'm working on that. Okay. That's why I do a lot of butt days at the gym. Good for you. I see a difference though. Yeah. It's great. It's perky. Well Sarah's always looking at butts. Yeah. I would notice. I would be the first notice to be honest. Oh man. Well, as riveting as this episode has been, Um, I'm out of questions and we're almost out of time. We've both got a skadoodle because my kids are getting out of school early, I guess, because of the snow. Oh, so cool. I'm just going to go get a sody and then I have to go to work. Yeah. Nice. Since I drank all my juice box. Oh my gosh. You know what? They're providing lunch today and they have soda at work. So I'm just going to go to work. Oh, there you go. Nice. Okay, well this has been Calissa, Hannah, and Sarah. Bye!
