Kalissa Georgia Kramer

And we're live. Oh, that was pretty good. Jinxy. You can't talk for the rest of the episode. Close, close, close. There you go. No, you have to get her a Coke. No, you have to say their name. Three times I take a Coke. What? Isn't that how you guys play? We literally play Jinx every day. Yeah. That's not how you guys play. Jinx. You owe me a soda. Yeah, but we're not doing, we don't have sodas, so, Calissa, Calissa, Calissa. You say the name three times Uhhuh. Mm-hmm. No. What do you do? Jinx. You owe me a soda. But there's no sodas here. I've heard both. I've heard both. You can do either way. But there's no sodas here. Girl. Tell us which one it is. Yeah. Yeah. Jinx. You owe me a soda. Say my name three times and then you can, I've never heard the same my name three times. You can also count to 10, or she can count to 10, and if you don't touch her in 10 seconds, then you're officially jinxed. Wow. That's how it goes with the name thing. Okay. Okay. We, we play this every day, all times, every day. Is the Offic Auto of Jake's? Apparently, yes. Funny. Okay. All right. Well, it's been a while since we've been back. Um, we say that every time. I literally, I know it was like this week. It won't be because we're, we're recording on a Thursday and then the next recording is on a Tuesday, so it won't be a while Next week. Yeah. What are we gonna talk about? We're only have like five days in between. I know. We're better live some life. Oh boy. Speaking of living of some life. I'm loving life over here. I got cash, all potty trained. Oh, tell me how I saw that day and night. Huh? Day and night. He's been waking up with dry diapers. Wow. And I'm like, okay. What? Wow. For him. Tell me all your secrets. Um, well, the first time I think it, like, for like a couple weeks, I would just have him in no underwear. Mm-hmm. Then, um, he'd always pee his pants and cry. I'm like, okay, maybe you're not ready yet. And then same thing, I think, uh, I had him home for four days because my babysitter was gonna take vacation. So I'm like, okay, let's do this. And he cried and peed his pants for the first day. I think I changed his pants and underwear like six times that day. Whew. And I'm like, okay, come on cash. You can do it. And I think he, I was intimidating him, I think. So I was like, okay, Nick, you talk to him, you know,'cause cash was sitting on the toilet. And I'm like, I know he's gotta go. Like, give him some words of encouragement. Nick just looks down at him. You got it buddy. Just, just breathe and relax. All of a sudden he did it. And I'm like, what the fuck? Oh my God. It's different coming from like your non-dominant parent, you know what I mean? Yes. But I'm like, maybe I make him nervous. I don't know. Probably the fat electrician is a potty training whisperer. Yeah, I guess so. Anyone who's looking to potty train their toddler, give Nick a call. Right. Hello? But yeah, so like Nick would just take him to the bathroom and cash always went for him, never went for me. And then finally by the end of the day, he finally went for me and I, you know, you'd cheer so loud. Oh my god. Cash. Yay. And then he just picked it up the next day. Mm-hmm. Wow. It's just like that, getting over that nervous stage of it, I think mm-hmm. Is where the biggest hurdle usually is. And maybe I was like putting too much pressure on him'cause I'm staring at him like, you got this, do it. Do it now. Yeah. But uh, um, and then I was watching like a YouTube thing and she said basically everything that I was doing, like underwear, blah, blah, blah. But the thing she said was, don't. Change out of their pants and underwear, like don't do it. Have them do it. Mm-hmm. Because if they like pee their underwear and pants, they're gonna expect you to change it. Like, oh my mom's got it, she can do it. Right. Where they're like, Nope, stand up and take your, your pants and underwear off. And I think they'll like do it a couple times. Like, I don't wanna keep doing this. Yeah. There's a level of accountability that goes with that, I think. Mm-hmm. Papers so I'm,'cause I always changed his. Mm-hmm. I always did it and I just handed him his pants and underwear and I'm like, okay, you do it. Wow. Take your stuff off and do it. And he did it and then he just picked it up. Wow. That's awesome. Mm-hmm. That's great. I have, I had the day that you first described where it's like, he just peed his pants six times and I'm like, wow, this is great progress. Yeah. The worst think worst is when they poop their pants. Yes. Oh my gosh. Did that multiple times. Cutter did. Yeah. What's pooping going? He took that easily right on the toilet. Wow. Where cutter it like. I mean, he had like those hard poops and it would roll down his legs. Yeah. And I'm like, cutter. I know. Yeah. Yeah. But the first time he pooped, we were at a birthday party at McDonald's and he kept like doing the potty dance. And I'm like, okay, let's go. And I'd sit him on the toilet and he'd be like, I don't have to go. I would just wanna play. And I'm like, okay. We did that six times. Oh my gosh. And I'm like, Cassius, do you have to poop? And he's like, yeah. Like, you know, that feeling is different. Mm-hmm. He's on an actual and adult potty. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And he finally did it. And I'm like, you did it. And ever since then, he's had, he's always pooped on the toilet. Wow. I am in awe of you. Just, I don't know. I think they gotta be ready. I think it's gotta be. Oh, for sure. It's a mental game, I think. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Because once they're ready, physically it's a mental game for sure. Like they have, you know. Yeah. And maybe have Craig, you know, talk to him like, come on buddy. You got it. Yeah. And then he's like, okay, my dad, I don't know. Yeah. I, I think I was just putting too much pressure on him or like he just wanted to do a good job for me. Or a nanny too. Mm-hmm. Someone else. Yeah. Who you feel comfortable as long as there's consistency in it. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. So no more diapers. And I thought I'll be sad, but what a money saver. I'm not, I don't know anybody who'd be sad about getting rid of diapers. No, I mean a little, I think there's like that one thing that I saw and it was like one day they're all in underwear and then the next day you find an abandoned diaper somewhere in your car that you had for emergencies. Aww. And I'm like, I get that. Yeah. Yeah. So I had to get rid of all the diapers in my car, so I wouldn't had that. So you wouldn't have that moment. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh, cool. I think I still have a diaper thing in my car actually, now that I'm thinking about it. Shoot. I think. Yeah, because one time we were at the library and cut her. I needed a diaper and I didn't have one. And I was like, oh, you know what? I think I do have one. I'm pretty sure that's still in there. Oh man. Wow. Well if you ever need a diaper, I got'em. Got up. Nice. So yeah, that was, uh, that was our household and that's awesome. Mm-hmm. Pretty proud of that. We have some exciting developments in our house. Oh geez. New kitty. Okay, so here's some context. Sarah and I have already had this conversation'cause we were waiting for Hannah to open the door, but Hannah had no idea that that's what this would be about. You got a new cat? No, it's, I think we're gonna foster a cat worm brain. Yeah. She's got the like old cat lady ju stuff going on. So, toxic max. Toxic plasmosis. Yeah. Yes. Uh, Craig was. Playing with mittens the other night and he's like, you know, we're not gonna have another kid. Let's get another cat. I was like, worm rage. Oh. I was like, you are getting laid tonight. No, I'm just kidding. But anyway, and she did. No, probably, and they did probably, I was so excited. I was like, damn, we have gotta get a cat. But I, what I've really wanted to do, my mom has fostered dogs for as long as I can remember. That's sweet for the Humane Society. And so you gotta like, kind of start training the dog potty, train the dog, kinda like get all of the initial starting things ready for this to come into somebody else's home. And so I told this page that I follow, um, in Decorah, they're based outta Decorah. And I was like, would it be helpful to foster one single cat at a time, preferably a kitten, so that we can get it used to other cats and other kids. Mm. And they said that would be incredibly helpful. So I was like, it'd be nice if you had a dog too. Oh, no, no. I will not get a dog. Dog. Well, I'm saying'cause So it could be accustomed to dogs also. Yes, that would be, yep. Just short of like perfection. Yes. Just short. You have something to strive with. That's me. Just short of perfection. Sorry. So you're gonna foster? Yes. Yes. I think so. Fun. Yeah. So we were looking at pictures on, when we were standing outside. Yes. I'm a fan of Tinky Winky personally. Yes. That's my top pick. There's, I really want an orange cat, but I can't just like pick, like only send me orange cats. So why an orange cat? Because they're, they just have a specific personality type that's like very common. Yeah. Yeah. A little more playful, a little more. It's kind of like getting a ginger a little, yeah, a little like cuckoo. Usually a little cuckoo. Yeah. Cat's a cat to me. Oh no. No. See and I always thought, you don't watch enough cat tiktoks clearly. Well, I grew up on a farm. I had like tons of cats. Barn cats are way different They are than her. Than house cats. They are. Yeah. But um, I always named all my cats girl names and my dad was always like, that's a boy cares. You see the balls like jangling in the back and he just like, and didn't even I even Tiffany. Yeah. And yeah. And because he is like solid color, cats are usually boys. Hannah. I'm like, oh yeah. I think calicos are always girls. Like that's a female gene. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah. If I'm correct, pretty sure sound. Isn't that my lawn people possibly. Yeah, it is. You bet. Well just ignore that. We have one more in the background. That's okay. Sorry. This room is as soundproofed as it gets. I don't know if you guys can see. I'll have to do like a little room tour. Oh yeah. At the end for you guys on video. Hannah and Nick have sru the place up. Yeah. Nicholas mostly. Nick did some updates for us. It was very nice, Nick. Yeah. Very nice. So then, um, next time we are on video it, the setup might be a little different because we're gonna try to find like actual, like, comfortable podcast furniture. Wow. Because, um, we had Veteran with a sign, Zach Bell and Nick's editor Caleb, he goes by flock, like that's his username. And so they did podcasts in Nick's office and everything. And, um, Nick and Zach have a podcast called Underwhelming. Mm-hmm. And they, they want a specific designated podcast room for that. Nice. A different background. Oh, can I make a suggestion? What. Bean bags. Giant bean bags. That'd be fun. I think Nick would probably not like that, just knowing Nick. But I don't think that's the vibe they're looking for. I feel like Zach would like it'cause he seems like a fun guy. So he is a fun guy. My kids love him. Yeah. Yes. They're like Zach and they run up to him and he's like, boys, here's$10. Oh gosh. Gives them money. And I'm like, whatcha doing? He's like buying their affection. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. He's like, I gotta get their affection. Oh geez. And poor Caleb is trying to like, he's trying to get that relationship with the boys and they're like, Zach. But then by the end, uh, Caleb did like the buzz light your finger, like to infinity and beyond. I was like a ET thing. I don't know. Okay. And cutter's like mom. He knows Buzz Lightyear. Yeah. He's got a little boy your age. That's funny. That's awesome. So now I think Cutter will remember him good. But it was a good time both of'em here. Good. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's nice. What about you? What's new? Uh, my nephew got married so we were gone for a long time. Oh yeah. In, I don't know if we've talked since that Omaha in Des Moines. Des Moines. Yeah. For, for Des reason I thought Omaha no Dess in Deines de Cool. It's Des Moines has, it was fun. It was nice to see everyone. It was a busy week. Your kids and her kids, right. They all wore the same outfits, so Yeah. There's this family thing where Calvin's grandma used to every year, like take the kids to Old Navy and he has a lot of cousins. Like he's one of five. And then, you know, a si there's five others and six others and however many, and there's a lot of cousins. And his grandma would take'em all to Old Navy every year and spend like thousands of dollars Oh my gosh. On matching outfits for all of the cousins. That's cute. Yes. And so Jenna, one of his sisters has kind of jumped on that bandwagon and sh and there's a lot of cousins again. There's like 20 cousins, 21 cousins, whatever it is. And she bought all the kids matching outfits for the wedding. So, Aw. Everybody, like all, there was like three shirts that all the boys wore. Mm-hmm. And there was like, you know, three or four dresses that all the girls wore and. So it was like a mixture of things, but they were all like in the same colors, similar patterns. That's a cool tradition. Your photo, right? So we can see this. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I think the photographer took'em so we won't get'em back for a while. But yeah, I saw some of the sneak peeks and stuff on my now niece's account and know it was very sweet. Yeah, I'll see pictures. I will, I'll show you later. Nice. Yeah, it was very sweet. Very cool. Yeah, it was nice. It was good to see everybody. It's been a long time since I think all of the siblings, his siblings have gotten together, so. Mm-hmm. It's good. And this is Calvin's nephew? Mm-hmm. What's Calvin Nephew? What's he do? Um, so his name is Eli and he is a football, the whole family are football people and he plays at Notre Dame. Oh, okay. And hopefully he'll go professional after his last school, school year. Would that be crazy if you see him on like, it will be, it's already weird. Called, called the NBA, but it's not. It's N-F-L-N-F-L. Yeah. It's already weird, like seeing him on TV and other people knowing him and him having like a very. He has a lot of follow followers on Instagram. He's like the blue check mark thing. He has that Oh wow. He's verified. The verified. Verified. Yeah. And he has sponsors and like, it's super weird. Oh yeah. I didn't know that. Yep. Pretty cool. He's kind of a big deal. Yeah. Which is crazy. When we watch him on tv, I'm like, that's my nephew. That's him. Where is Notre? In Indiana. Indiana. Okay. Oh really? Yeah. I thought it was like New York or something. Yeah. I thought it was like Boston. No, it's kind of a ghetto town. I shouldn't say that. It's not a great town. No, because I remember Caitlyn Clark wanted, she really wanted, or Notre Dame really wanted her. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. But she really, it's a great school. She really wanted to go to Yukon, Connecticut. Mm mm The Yukon coach Gino didn't want Caitlyn. Wow. That's surprising. Wow. He wanted Paige Becker's. So when Caitlyn and Paige played against each other, like that was like a big thing. That was a big thing he really missed out there. Yes. He al He never like really talked highly about Caitlyn. It was always Paige Becker's. I wonder why Paige? Paige, I wonder what it was. I don't know. But then finally when Caitlyn beat Paige in like the college playoffs mm-hmm. He, he gave Caitlyn her flowers. He's like, you are a great player. I am. I messed up like I should have gotten you. Wow. But it worked out because that's like kind of shady to that other girl. You'd be like, I should have had you instead. Yeah. No, I mean, him and Paige, they just, they love each other. Yeah. Oh, okay. But, uh, no, uh, Caitlin worked really great at Hawkeye with Lisa Looter. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, there are certain, like, okay, after reading so many romance books about sports, okay. I'm just gonna say that there is some level of accuracy to these things. Like the authors do, do research and stuff like that. Yeah. Um, specific teams are looking for very specific things depending on how, what other players they have, what positions they have open. And so for him to turn down a player doesn't necessarily mean that it's like. A shame against that player. It's just like, what kind of strengths is he looking for for his team? Mm-hmm. That maybe she doesn't have. Mm-hmm. You know what I mean? So it's not that she's not a great player, it's just like maybe he wouldn't, she wouldn't mesh the best with the team that he already has. Maybe. So, maybe, I mean, I don't know. But you use sports. I know nerd. I know. I, I, I told you this already, but I've been reading this huge series by Megan Quinn and it's like a baseball series. I keep reading the camera here. Is this smut? Um, it's romance. I, I wouldn't say it's smut. Okay. Like, I would not give it multiple peppers. Like it's pretty fine. It's one and a half pretty. Yeah, one half to pepper, two ish. Oh. So there's like some scenes, they're like relatively descriptive, but they're not, like, it's not, the whole plot of the book isn't like nasty stuff. What's this book? So listeners can read it. Um, it's so a couple of the books are like the strikeout, the. Um, catch something like it's, you'd know, one continuous storyline or is it like multiple team members? It's multiple team members. It's in the same universe and there's like a few different teams that all kind of have the same, um, players that go on to the same team or they come from the same team. So it's this, it's, I don't know how to explain that. I'm wonder Sure if my mom would like that.'cause she's, I bet would super into sports now. Mm-hmm. So it's college and like some of them are college based, so they're like from the college team. And then some of them are the people from college who went on to play professionally and it's their professional career. So there's like a dual, you know, kind of storyline happening a little bit, but yeah. Well, cool. I forgot why I said that, but. Oh, we were talking about, you were talking about your football, baseball, Caman, your nephew and Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. So yeah, it was good. And I learn a lot and Oh, I know why I said that because I told you after reading that series and starting that series, my whole TikTok now is baseball highlights, and I'm like, wow. I'm starting to understand why people like sports. Because you get invested. I know. And I see, well, mostly because I see the highlights, so it's like, yes, I see the pitch. That's like, whoa, that was crazy. Yeah. Or like the play that was really crazy. Like, but you have to wait like a full two hours for that one play to happen. Yeah. Or like the hockey fight that was like really crazy. The school, the hockey fights, you know, skating thing that they did that was really cool. I'm like, yeah, that's funny. That's the only thing I care about. Sports. I'm, I'm sorry to say. So that's your TikTok feed right now? Yeah. A lot of sports. I am still in the, how I was diagnosed with cancer at a very young age. Gosh, get out of that. But also, um, in police body cam. Oh yes. Like actual police body cam. Yes. Okay.'cause I'm in this side of TikTok that's kind of funny right now too, where it's like the girlfriend or the wife of a, a trooper or police man is running and then they have to see if the Oh policeman saw catch them. Oh, I would lose. I'd be like, what the, I would lose, I wanna see that. It's pretty funny. Next time I see something I'll send'em to you. They're pretty, some of'em are pretty funny. Yeah. They just like act like, okay, ready. And then like the wife takes off bolting and then the husband just, I know they like wait 30 seconds and then they still catch up to'em within like 10 seconds. It's pretty insane. That's awesome. Yeah. Your cardio's gotta be like amazing for their legs go so fast. Like they take big steps, but they do'em really quickly. And so I'm like, how do you do that? Like if you watch the, like the female run versus the male run, like you can see the difference in like how our muscles Yeah. Work. Like they're just explosive. Where like women aren't the same. It's very fascinating. It's super fascinating. I just, I, I don't know. Bodies are weird. Yeah, bodies are weird. Very much bodies are weird. What's your algorithm right now? Um, Kaylin Lowry is supposedly onto a new man. Oh yes, I heard This is the teen mom who's got like eight kids mm-hmm. And all different fathers. She came up on my feet the other day. Yeah. Yes. Nice. Get passed up. Sorry. Yeah. Um, but she's not talking about that. You know how I was telling her about her son? Mm-hmm. How everyone's like, oh, like he's gay. Mm-hmm. Um, she's calling him Elliot now. Yeah. Wait, why? That's, did he changed his name? He wants to be called, did he change his name? Called Elliot? Yeah. And um, Javi was on Instagram live crying. Yes. Because Javi has a son with her. This is second baby daddy. Yes. He has a son, Lincoln, and I think it's affecting Lincoln, how many men she's with. Yeah. And he's just like, I don't wanna live with mom anymore. I wanna like live with you. A stable home. Yeah. And hobby's crying on Instagram. My son is not comfortable. Give me full rights to my son. He doesn't like it at your house. He doesn't like all these men. How old is the kid? He's gotta be like eight. Yeah. Oh, so not super old. Not old enough to have like a say, tech, like legally in his housing situation. Just saying in general, stepparents, not stepparents, men or women who are introduced to children's lives multiple times like that. The rate of sa Oh, for those children go up Expon, like exponentially 90% expon. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. It's just insane. Which, that's not to say that all stepchildren are no abused by any means. No, but, but it's, there's just such a higher risk when it's just a revolving door. Statistically, when you have more partners, it's obvious that someone is not gonna be upstanding citizen. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. So looking back on Gary and Lee or Gary and Amber, um, Amber was getting a new boyfriend every time and Gary's like, who are these guys? And then he had like a fight with her. He's like, you let your, one of your boyfriends change our daughter's diaper. She's like, Gary, it's no big deal. He's like, yeah, it's, it's a big deal. It's, mm-hmm. Yeah. And now like watching that and I'm like, oh my gosh. Yeah. Yeah. I don't think you fully understand that. I think continue. Maybe have your own kids sometimes. Yeah. Yeah. I love Gary. I would've Gary, Gary and Christina. They're great. Amazing. Yeah, they raised a, I mean, she's perfect. Like she's well spoken. Yeah. Like she talked to her mom like, Hey, basically I don't want a relationship with you, but she said it like really kind and nice. Yeah. And Amber is like, that spoil bra, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like, oh boy. Pointing fingers at everyone but her, I think she minds her own lane as much as she possibly can, and I just, yeah. It's really, it's hard when her mom is, goes on Instagram live or just live in general and just like talks crap about their situation. Yeah. Um, Mackenzie had twins. I don't really know her. I, I know like I saw that, but I'm like, I don't really know you. Like if you didn't go with the OGs or like, I didn't see you. What? Growing up. She's teen mom three, so sorry. Yeah. Uh, she had twins. They were named really weird names. Jamica and Jakira, I think. Interesting. Dari, Ari? What is that? That's a country. Is that a country? I don't know. It sounds familiar though, doesn't it? Dari, maybe Someone else named I kid that, isn't that that runner girl? Yes. Shakar Ari Richards. Yes. I think you're right. Yeah. It's not jus she right. You're right. I can be messing it up. She had the nails. She was the one with the nails and she like got kicked out of um, was it Olympic trials or something? The Olympics? Was it, was it trials or was it the actual Olympics? I think it was the actual Olympics for her nails. Yeah.'cause she had long nails. Wow. No, she, I think it, yeah, I think that was why I thought it was weed. I thought it was, maybe it was. She got kicked out. Maybe you're right. How do you smoke weed? What? What was the nails? Nails. What was the nail thing then? Maybe it was like a gummy. I heard some controversy about her nails. Nope. She like full lashes. Full extensions, full nails. Maybe they were just saying stuff about her because she was everywhere. Like she like wore so much jewelry. She was a good still. Oh, the weed thing. I can understand like they don't want you to be under the influence and stuff like that, but weird. I don't know why you'd want to run with all that. I don't know. I can't imagine it would be comfortable. But then again, I can't imagine anything in life would be comfortable with nails like that. So yeah, that's just me. So what I'm watching the w, a lot of them have like the long extensions and I'm like, what's the W-W-W-B-A? Oh. And I'm like, I wonder like that's not like a protocol, like your hair's gotta be like this length and like outta your face. Yeah. Do they play with extensions? Oh, so they have like a weave, like a, like a horse tail weave. Yeah. Wow. And it's like getting in players' faces. You can't even read their jersey number. Yeah. But like if pe, if they know you, they know you. They should definitely make a rule about that. They feel like that's a little silly. It should be up Yeah. Back up out of the face. Yeah. Not hitting players in the Yeah, like if it's in a ponytail it should be braided or something, so it's not Yeah. Yeah. Well they're gonna do what they're gonna do. Yep. It's interesting. It's a drama for me. Another interesting like difference between men and women's sports. The hair thing. Yeah. Very interesting. Or like makeup or lashes. Or nails. Nails, yeah. Fascinating. Oh, nails would hurt. Yeah. I assume they do have rules about nails. Yeah. That would be my assumption, because there's a lot of finger poking and a lot of like, that would hurt so bad. Yeah. My nails weren't that long and I. Accidentally, like, I don't know if I wasn't looking and I like touched reach for Bronny or something and he's like, oh, you scratched me my face. And I was like, whoops. Sorry, sorry. So I love your Bronny impression. Ow, correct me. That's pretty, pretty accurate. Um, a simple favor. Yeah, let's talk about it. Lemme pull up my stuff here. So if you don't know a simple favor. Yeah. Explain. Hold on. How do I wanna say this? Simple favor with Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively. Came out in what? 2019? Yeah. Something. 2017. 2018. 2017. While it was a while ago for sure. The movie was okay. It was like, yeah, it was good. Yeah. I don't really recall a lot to be honest. I had to watch the first one before I could watch the second one. Okay. Just say a refresh. Okay. Same. I did not, but same. And then, uh, that director wanted to make a simple favorite too. Mm-hmm. A whole another simple favor with whole Blake Lively Justin Bald thing. He's like, I am, I can't promote this movie. Like, good for, and so it was released directly to Amazon, right? Yes. Okay. So you can still watch this movie for free on Amazon Prime. Mm-hmm. And I made both these girls watch it. Mm-hmm. Okay. We were gonna watch it anyway. Yeah. But I, I just, I really wanted to talk about this movie and I made, I took notes. Me too. I did not, but I knew you guys did, so I was good. There you go. Brought up plenty of points. Yes. So I tried to Okay. If you didn't watch Simple Favor two, you can probably end this episode so we don't spoilers. Yeah. Give the spoilers for sure. And I'll come back. Yeah. Stay for the last like 30 seconds. Yes. Okay. So skip this. Come for 30 seconds at the end. There you go. Um, I really tried to watch it, not trying to be a hater. Mm-hmm. Same. I went into it with like a clean Yeah. Mind. I really tried. I really tried. I went into it with a hater mind. Love it. Love that. Um. So for the first thing I noticed was they were trying to be witty and it was just coming off like so much. Yeah. Too much. Wittiness is cheesy for sure. It, the lines were a little cheesy. Mm-hmm. And I'm like, okay, like Anna Kendrick is doing too much. Uh, what is it? She's trying to be awkward and it's just awkward. It's like, uh, she's trying to be like quirky. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Or like the writing just wasn't really, I don't know. It was on like, this is the, that's too witty. Yeah. And then, um, I wrote fast paced with Blake Lely characters, the intro to her husband, the mob with their guns. The mother-in-law. Yeah. And the whole like mafia background of that. Is that what you're talking about? Yeah. But it was like so fast paced. It was just the introduction of everything. And it was like, even with her, will you be in my wedding? Just kidding. It's the rehearsal dinner. It just like went very quickly. Right. It seemed like maybe they cut a lot of stuff out. Yeah, maybe like, maybe it was supposed to be a longer movie.'cause I don't remember that it was really that long. I think it was like a normal movie, hour 45 or something like that. Mm-hmm. And I feel like it could have used the extra, like you could have done a, maybe a two hour that way you could like Yeah. It could have used Talk about your jail time. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Mm-hmm. And then how you met this guy. I don't know. Mm-hmm. Like the, but the background's into it. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Um, I thought there was too much swearing. Oh, I don't really remember. I guess I didn't pick up on that. I pick up on that. I generally do also, but I think I was focused on other things that I was, I think it's weird. Much attention. Blake Lively does try to put out this like. Goody two shoes kind of persona. So I feel like when I see her swearing in a movie, it's kind of like, it doesn't quite fit, it doesn't jive. Yeah. Uhuh. It's not like it's a different character in the real world. She plays herself in all of these movies. Yes. But in the real world, she's very like, I'm a mom. Yes. And, and I'm this, and then blah, blah, blah. And then like, when it comes to movies, stuff, and I have a non-alcoholic beverage line. Right? Yeah. Right. Yeah. I don't know. I just, her husband, maybe that's why it stuck out to you. Maybe. Yeah. Interesting. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, the location in the hotel is in Capri. I mean, the location was beautiful. Yeah. Back the scenery was great. Uh, her outfit and her hair. Okay. I wanna talk about the outfits because I think we, which one all have different opinions about this? I'm gonna talk about just in general, because I have a general opinion that I think differs from yours. All right. So you have a specific outfit you wanna talk about? Because I have a general opinion. I mean, all her outfits were like, interesting. But there was one, I was like, girl, okay. It was the hat, the big floppy hat. And you could tell she was like, trying to like, yeah. Like keep it out of the way.'cause she was like holding it up. Yes. And I'm like, what the hell is this? Are you serious? Okay. And that, oh my God, all the TikTok parodies of the hat were, were hilarious. I'm like, yeah. Oh, I didn't see much TikTok about it. I think I, I was swip past because I was getting'em be after we talked about it. I was getting'em before I watched it. Oh. And so I was like, okay, I have to just swipe past these. So yeah. That, that's why I wanted to watch it right away so I could I just understand the TikTok. Yeah. Comedy. Yeah. So the hat was what I was like, shut the fuck up. Like, girl, shut that up. Like. Stupid. Yeah. What's your opinion? What was your on the outfits, because I think mine's gonna vastly differ. I think it matched the character. Okay. I think it, the hat did not, the hat was too much. Um, and you could tell that she, like I said, like she was trying to like, lift it up, lift it up to walk. You could tell that it just was not working. Yeah. I would've just exnayed the hat. I know that it's big and extra and that's what they wanted, but mm-hmm. Um, the outfits could have got a derby hat. Yes. True. Those are big and extra. Sure. Yes. Yeah. They're, it could have been done differently that I can't find a hat like that in Walmart. No, you have to order specifically. Yeah. Go to Macy's or something. Yeah. I loved the rose top actually. The Rose, which was that the one from the rehearsal dinner? Yes. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And that was, that was my favorite outfit. That was beautiful. Yeah. But, um, I did make notes of, there was one, her wedding dress was pants. Mm-hmm. I know that was, that threw me off a little bit. I was like, what? It looks like you just forgot to put your wedding dress on and you have like these undergarments and like you're gonna go ride a horse. Mm-hmm. That's what it looked like. That was not dress maybe knew they were supposed to, that was not the dress that I pictured her in for her wedding. You think she wedding had creative control over? I have a little bit of an opinion makeup or hair and outfit. I think she does to some degree. Okay. But I think going back to your other point, the, the outfits fit the characters in that they very clearly separated the sisters in their characters. Yeah. So whenever it's Blake, up until the wedding at least, yeah. She was always in pants. Like I don't recall a time that she was nec except for maybe the hat scene. Yeah. But she, for all the special events she was wearing trousers. Mm-hmm. And then after that, like we think of like the death dress, right? Yeah. The black morning dress from then on. Wasn't it all like. Crazy. Like really out there stuff. Yeah. And I think that those, those types of things is what separated the, the two characters without us, it visually separated them without us realizing what was happening. Yeah. And so I think that's where they really succeeded with the outfits. Mm-hmm. So, yeah, they were a little cuckoo. They were a little weird, but I think it actually made, I, I've got it as a viewer, it completely made a hundred percent sense to me. Okay. And then if you look back, that makes sense. Okay. So then when she's saving Anna Kendrick later at the end. Mm-hmm. Right. And she comes in and she's just wearing like a polo with a, a scarf Yeah. And a trouser. Then it's like, oh yeah, that's her. Then it's return to the normal's. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Do you see that? No, I didn't pick that up on that. No. At the moment. But now that you bring it up, I see that now. I think the outfits are, makes sense. One of those things that really defined the characters in like, oh yeah, this girl's crazy. Yeah. And like she's just a lady who's like dressing up and Yeah. You know? I think. Yep. That makes sense. You know, we see the shift too from her character at the beginning where at the beginning of the movie she's a little more, um, overdone. Mm-hmm. And then her as the end, once she is like self-actualize when she like, has a lot of self-discovery. Yeah. She's just a normal person again. Yeah. And so I think she's, but she's Blake Lively the whole time. Yes. I agree. But I think in that way, I think the outfits told part of the story of the movie. Yeah. And I think it made a lot of sense. So I am going to 100% defend the outfits of this movie. Good. Even though hat dress, you're gonna, it dress even the pants and the dress. But like, maybe, I don't know. I'm gonna defend it all. You're gonna defend the hat. Yeah. I am.'cause I do think that it plays up the character of who she was in the beginning of the movie and it, it, it like carried over mm-hmm. From the previous movie. Like crazy persona. Mm-hmm. She wasn't quite to the point of like the morning dress. Okay. Yeah. The actual crazy sister. But it, it really pulled to the end of the story where she's just in a trouser and a pullover and she's just a normal person at the end with a ponytail, with the trouser and like, you know, the, she had like a, what's that called? A Raf? No, what's that called? Scarf? Um, Ascot, you know Ascot? Yes. Ascot. Yeah. Very Freddy from, it's kind of giving me more like a lesbian vibe. Like a, like a masculine, oh, I wouldn't say that. I would, I think she plays up the, like feminizing and masculine outfit. Yeah. But I wouldn't say that it's like masculine necessarily, I would say. Okay. Like, I, like, I wouldn't, like if they made her into a lesbian, it wouldn't like, surprise me. I'd be like, I, I like Renee rap'cause Renee likes to wear trousers and, oh, is she a lesbian? Yes. Okay. I didn't know Yes. Anything about, about this girl? I'm sorry. She's very. Hear that likes to make sure everybody knows, oh, okay, I don't know anything about her. Can I hear like get an Amen. That song that she did for Mean Girls,'cause she played Regina George, I must not have paid attention to that part. Anyways. Anyway, the outfits, I feel were 100% they were out there. Good to the movie. Perfect for the movie they were for a specific role. Yes. To kind of, yeah. That it was to really play up the character. Yeah. It wasn't just like, it was not like in, it ends with us. It was not like that at all, in my opinion.'cause in that, in that instance. Okay. And did she, were they, did they film this movie before they filmed? Um, it ends with us. I think they went straight in after it ends with us. Yeah. Okay. So, or maybe before, I think it was before, uh, they said that it was done and it was in production while in it ends with us or something. So they were editing, so it was, okay. So in my opinion, she tried to do what they did in a simple favor. With it ends with us. Yeah. And it just didn't work because the character development wasn't the same. Yes. Yeah. It just wasn't, it did in that kind of storyline. It just doesn't work where, in a simple favor, I think it does work. Mm-hmm. So I think that's where the outfit issue really came in. She saw how like it could make a story better in a simple favor, and she couldn't, and she couldn't replicate that for herself in a movie that it just didn't make sense in. No, that's my opinion. Oh, Anna, her outfits were, I liked Anna's outfits. I had another opinion about that too, about Anna's outfits. Mm-hmm. What, I think they really tried to place her in the mom role. Yeah. And like really make her look like a mom. Mm-hmm. And you know, she's not Yeah, I think so. Then it doesn't fit for me. Like, yes, I agree. She doesn't play the role of mom very well. No, I, I know she's not, they don't make her, they don't. We saw her kid like a couple seconds in the beginning. Yeah. And that was it. Yeah. And at the end I think also, but, well, I don't think Blake played mom very well either in this movie. No, no. But I don't necessarily think that was the point either. Do you, you notice how, I don't even remember like what her name is. I just keep referring to her as Blake because plays, plays every single as Blake movie in her as herself. Yes. She could have been Gossip Girl, remember she, all of these outfits could have been her in Gossip Girl as Serena probably. So question about the, oh wait, what was I gonna say? Dang it. Um, poop. I forgot. Let's move on. Okay, sorry. Um, they were trying to come off like, sorry as tense. Trying too hard to come off as intense and dramatic bad one-liners. Yeah. And I remember to write it made of honor never rest. Or is it just bad acting and cop waving his arms around. So in terms of the Anna Kendrick part of that, I think that. She did a pretty good job of like playing her role. Yes. As like, ah, as the maid of honor who like didn't really wanna be the maid of honor, I thought she did like an okay job. Yep. Although I did think it was weird that they were like so friendly. Yeah. Even though they were like, you literally sent her to prison. Yeah. Yeah. But you were like friendly. It was, that was weird. But I think like in terms of her, like joking and stuff, I thought she did a good job. Yep. But Blake's was weird. Blake, you're right. Blake. Uh, I agree. And the guy, what's his name? Is his name Michael? Dante. The husband? Yeah. The ex-husband. Yeah. Yeah. No, the husband. Dante. Okay. Yeah, the new one. Her husband Dante. I was, I wrote what in the Aaron Taylor Johnson knockoff. You didn't think he was sexy? He, I mean, he looks great, but like, oh, he cannot deliver a line to save his life. Oh yeah. I think it was very cheesy. It was cheesy. The whole thing was cheesy. Some other stuff, I need to look and see if he's, I think he was like on a sex movie. So that's where like, oh, okay. Like, you know, no, no. Really, like, not a lot of talking, but uh, yeah. That stuff in the bedroom. Mm-hmm. So I think people were like, oh my God, he's so hot. But then if he put the clothes on and give him some lines and the accent and the lines doesn't translate, I'm like, oh, this is so bad. Yeah. I was not a fan of that at all. No. Like it did not do it for me. No, it didn't. If anything, I was just like, Ugh. Yeah. Can I give you one character that I really liked? Okay. And thought did like top tier, the crazy mom. Yeah. Blake's mom, not the aunt. Yes. No, but the crazy mom who was like having a psychotic break. No, I thought she did so well and she was like funny. Completely disagree, but like you didn't her, she was the worst actress in the whole thing. Her wig. Okay. Yes. But I think that is another thing that plays into the her character. No, like she's having a psychotic break. Do you think that the aunt is like, but it was so over, we only have so much time. It was overplayed and obvious that she was having a psychotic break. It's like, like, oh, where am I? I thought it was good. Oh, I thought it was good. What are we doing? I thought it was good. I see that and I think it plays into, okay, so you're gonna take me to a pre, there's this whole thing about like them having drugging people and I think that that thing that she has going on, the crazy mom, I think that also puts a little story in place, a little nugget in there that maybe she's being drugged by the aunt. I think she. Implied to get her to like go on these things. Yeah. And so I think it makes sense that she's like a little like pretty off. Yeah, pretty off. You keep doing that for years. Years. There's a way to be off though. I mean, the acting was just, I liked it. I thought it was funny. And see you probably like experience it, right? Well, yes. Through your job. I see confused people all the time and she played a very poor, confused piece person. Okay. Well I just thought it was funny. I thought it was like, it was cheesy but done in a funny way that I was like, okay, I can get behind this. I thought she did a great job. Wanna step back to what you said when you were talking about being witty? Mm-hmm. The wittiness and the dark humor. Mm. The wittiness was not dark humor. Mm. It should have been dark humor to go with the darkness of the storyline. Right. But it was, there's too much contrast between witty and Yeah. And darkness because like how do you, like, how do you. Put this movie in like a genre. Don't think comedy. Yeah. Thriller drama didn't probably, it didn't lean into the thriller aspect of it enough, I don't think. Like nothing really gave me the spooks or the creeps or anything. Well, there wasn't, but I also gave, I wasn't laughing that much. Yeah. There was something that creeped me out. Do, do we share the same opinion? Well, okay, we'll get there. All alright, well we're getting there. Oh. Along that same line of the wigs thing, the stunt doubles. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Stunt doubles. Terrible stunt doubles. They just didn't look. Yeah. They were just bad. Okay. Moving on. All right. Okay. Okay. Uh, Blake and her frizzy messy curls on every scene. Mm-hmm. My girl, come on. Yeah. That it worked great in a simple favor. The first one.'cause I remember that look where she had a, like the ponytail slick, slick with the big ponytail and then like teased ponytail. I'm like, oh, that's really cute. Yeah. I did that. I look like an idiot. So I'm like, have to rewash my, your hair texture's way different than hers though. Yeah. So, yeah. Um. Blake having and wanting the main attraction with her outfit's funeral. Mm-hmm. Like that was just so like, okay. Again, it was over the top again. That's the sister. Yep. And she's playing a role and she was legitimately crazy. I think the outfits were perfect. Okay. No notes. Okay. The truth serum scene seemed like a classic fe scene. Yeah, that was goofy. I just like what The truth serum, there's no such thing as truth serum. I wonder if there is though, because I think in criminal minds they, they do talk about it. There is like a chemical compound that they use for stuff, but I don't, it's not to that degree, I don't think. I'm pretty sure. I think so. Yeah. I think that's because I've seen that episode too, and I think there is a chemical compound that they use, but video and I think I've seen it in like other movies. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Close as Googling. Sodium op pentol, A barbiturate anesthetic was the primary drug used for this purpose. It was believed that the drug would lower inhibitions to make individuals more susceptible to revealing secrets or confessions. Mm-hmm. Why don't they use this all the time? But it wasn't like, it's not like a magical thing that's gonna be like, okay. It's not like, um, wonder Woman's laugh. It's not like it, they used it in the movie. It's not like Wonder Woman's Lassos Lasso. Yes. Where like, it legitimately you can't lie. Yeah. It's just like, it lowers your inhibitions. It makes you like a little loose lip. It's like alcohol, you know? I thought it was poorly done. Yeah. That same. I don't disagree. Terrible, but I, I'm not like as judgmental about it as you guys are apparently. No, though. So, just to clarify, you liked the movie. I did like the movie. So what would you get a rating out of five? Let's just say five out. A five. Ooh. Two. Oh. Like a three and a half. Four. Three and a half ish. I'm probably a two, three and a half. 3.75. Two and a half, two. I really didn't think it was bad. There were those issues with it and whatever, but like overall, but like I had some surprises and I thought the outfits made sense with the storyline. I was surprised actually by the storyline at the end. And so I felt like, oh, okay. It could have been better. Better. I was entertained. Yeah. It could have been done much better. Of course it could have been. So then once we get introduced to her sister, yes. I'm like, oh, there we go. A classic creepy girl, third sister talk, A little sister who talks like a little girl obsessed with dolls, but has a tattoo. Yeah. Yeah. Like how are you gonna have like this little girl mentality, but then like, get a tattoo? Yeah. I think it's just supposed to show that she was stunted. She was stunted as a child because she was taken away and then used as a prop basically for this like scheme at the end. Right. So she was groomed. Yeah. Mm-hmm. But then how do you like, okay, sit here for like two hours I, while, while I get a tattoo? I don't know. I don't, I'm just, you know what I mean? I'm just, I'm just saying that I think that just doesn't make sense. Like I think it did make sense in the way that. It was supposed to show that she was groomed and stunted as a person, but like, if she's gonna have that little girl mentality and like, yes, but the tattoo thing didn't make sense to me overall. No. Like that's the only way that you can tell three siblings apart. I just, I don't know. That was weird. That part was weird to me. Pause on, I went on a play date with Kelly and she's got twins. Mm-hmm. And cutter's like, which one is which? What? You didn't close it all the way that door just opened. I know, but you didn't close it all the way. And there's a vent in there. Yeah. Oh, we got it on camera. But, uh, so anyway, Kelly's son hit the oldest one. He's like, let me look at them. And he'd like, have each twin look at him. That one's Clint. And that one's um, Dale? No, no. Dale is the third oldest one. Clint and, oh, can't remember they have the name. Shut up. Hold on, Clint. Oh my God. Did. And anyways, whatever. Anyway, but like, I thought that was cute. Like he had to look at his brothers and be like, oh no, that's, he can't tell just by like head shape or No, I don't know, hairline or, but like he just looked at them and I'm like, so if that's so cute, if this, and you know why that is sweet if she just like, mm-hmm. Why the tattoos? John, John. John, John and Clint. Is that Clint Eastwood and John something else maybe? No, it was after the grandparents. Oh, okay. But um, I'm like, if a 4-year-old can identify his twin brothers, like I don't know how like Yes, I agree. I think that was just for the movie purposes of like, how could Anna tell them apart after not having met the third sister. Right. And only having met the one or whatever after she killed the other. I don't know, whatever that story line was, but, and then we get to Okay. Can we talk a little bit more about the sister though? The third sister? Sure. Because I have my disgusting thing. That I was really disturbed by. Okay. The sibling sexual stuff really grossed me out and was unn unnecessary. I saw it really was exactly like, I think there can be the storyline, this plot of obsession without there being a sexual element to it. And I thought the whole entire scene where Blake had the, um, the thing, the like paralysis drug or whatever, and the thirds cuckoo sister was like touching on her and like doing all this stuff. I just thought that that was like. So unnecessary and so gross and like, I don't know how exactly they filmed this to put these two things together, but if there was ever a time where like another actress was playing her to like fill that role, I just felt like that was so yucky. Yeah. And that's kind of a childish way to put it, but it just was disturbing to me. It didn't fit. It was really disturbing. I felt like that was, I said a part of the story that, like I said, such a fast-paced movie that like there was no time for that buildup. There was no time for like, all that. I don't know, I, it's not something that I understand that that kind of situation probably does happen in like a, in this ki people, people are cuckoo. Okay, yeah. I understand that something like that is, is potentially could happen, but I think to like put that in a movie where there's no real explanation, I guess, around it and there's no like. Uh, there's not enough storyline around it. I think just, it was really gross. That's, I'm, that's what I'm saying. It was so fast paced that we didn't get like a background. Yeah. We didn't like, we didn't get to see how the aunt was treating the younger sister. Yes. We didn't get to see the girl. Yeah. What kind of relationship was that like, because that she had this sort of feelings toward the sister. Yeah. Like it just was very hot. Like if they, I think if they did a backstory about that Uhhuh, maybe it like, okay, there's some, like the aunt's grooming her. Right. We're gonna see Right. What happens when a child is groomed from Right. Which is where again, where I think they didn't take it, the thriller, the thriller portion of this movie. I didn't think they took it far enough. No, they didn't like, it was way too into the like comedy. Mm-hmm. Without being, this could been an a 24 movie. Yeah. Yeah. Could've been a what? A 24? What's that? Yeah, A 24 A production that like is known for like creepy thrillers. Mm-hmm. Yeah. But they do a really good, some of them are pretty good. I liked the death of a unicorn, just by the way. I thought it was interesting. Watch that I did some leaders. I watched it at home. You're killing the movie industry. What can I say? Just kidding. And you're keeping it alive. I'm trying to keep it alive. You're single handedly, you and Nick are keeping it alive. Alive. So yeah. I swear all those kids are like, oh, hi guys. You guys go to enough movies for both Calvin and I. Yes. And probably Calissa. Yes. So absolutely. But anyways, back to this. I just thought that storyline was completely bogus. Unnecessary and gross. Gross. Like really gross. If they would've done it correctly, if they would've done it right with the Yes, the, the kind of setting a movie should have. Yeah. Like you get that like death and that creepy o you know? Yes. Like I think it could have added another level of like yucky for the thriller aspect of the movie, but in the setting that it was in because Wanted, it just was yuck wanted, they wanted to have like a mafia vibe, I felt like. Mm-hmm. I just, but it didn't get there. It didn't get there. They tried and it just was so done poorly. There was nothing about the mafia families even then just saying that they were in the mafia. Yeah. Even then it was like, oh no, don't talk about it. Like, shh, like I'm gonna kill you if you talk about it. It wasn't like, there wasn't like, there was no background for that. Yeah. Everything was, I know. That's why I think everything was just rushed. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. There should have been like a nice, is this a book series? Yeah, it's, it is. Yeah. Okay, then that makes sense. Okay. Interesting. They always say better, I could see this as a book series better than movie, because that just has so much more background potential. Mm-hmm. Okay. That makes sense. Hmm. Hmm. Okay. Interesting. Interesting. But I think, uh, those were all my notes. I think I just had, and then iis said, where the hell did that drone come from? Yeah. Oh, that came out of nowhere. Yeah. What'd you guys think of the ending? Did you think that it set it up for a third movie? Uh, it kind of made, it maybe sounded like a third. Blake's reputation is so trashed at this point way, but think it left it open, ended enough it did that it could potentially have a second. So we'll probably see another one in like six years maybe. What did you think of the whole, um, the, um, husband storyline? I wish there was more to it. Like I said, I wish there was more context to it. Mm-hmm. Like we just saw a little bit. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And how it was like a Romeo and Juliet situation. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Or she's the one who knew Yeah. The secret. Yeah. And she's like, his beard and like, is playing this whole Oh, is that You're not supposed to say that? No. Like I, I just Right. They said that in the movie. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm just like, cheesy. Yeah, yeah. But then, but then when it happened, I was like, oh, I knew there was something that was missing. Yeah, I agree. Like, I knew it wasn't loved, but I didn't know what was happening. Yeah. And so when that finally, that storyline finally like came about, I was like, oh, got it. Sense. Yeah. You're like, makes sense. So makes sense. So in that way I was like, okay, this was a nice surprise. Like I feel like that made sense. Again, that's about the only thing that made sense. If this again, was a book series, like you say, it is. Then I'm like, oh. So the good things about the movie were just because the book was possibly a good book. Yeah. It wasn't like, so that's kind of annoying. Yeah. But that means suddenly they, they took out things from the movie that were in the book that had the context that we needed for those things. Mm-hmm. From the movie. So that's really annoying. Must have been a really dense book. And they just like, literally like, yeah, I just feel like there was a lot. Cut. I'm gonna Google that right now actually. Okay. I don't think there's anything else on my, um, your notes. No, there's not anything else on my notes. Oh yeah. A Simple Favor book series. How many are there? Books by Darcy Bell. Author of A Simple Favor. Here we go. Oops. Wikipedia. I wonder if she was really a novel, a thriller. Oh. Published in March of 2017. Wow. They must have really turned that into a book fast or a movie fast. Yeah. Is there a simple favor too, or important Unreliable narrator technique. The story is told through Stephanie, Emily, and Emily's husband Sean. Oh, what'd you think about the, um, murder thing of that? Like the Sean thing, putting his finger. I was like, what? That was, that would kind of was funny though to me. Oh my gosh. I just, I need to look that up on They did him dirty.'cause he's actually a pretty good actor. Yeah, I agree. But, uh, he was too drunk. Yeah, they played him, he played drunk poorly and like bitter ex poorly. Yes. I just, I have nothing good to say. And then, I don't know, like the whole, like her just trashing him in front of their son. I'm just like, really? Yeah. So the book series, the book, it looks like there's only one book 3.28, so maybe it was not good. Yeah. What did the, what did this movie get on Rotten Tomatoes? Mm. Let me look. Yeah, it doesn't look like there's a next one in. Oh, that's not promising. Yeah. Well, unless it's not called that, she has quite a few books. Okay. Rotten, whoops. Rotten Tomatoes, rotten Tomato. I always like tomato scores a nut. Right? Another, yeah. Simple favor. Simple favor. Which I didn't really get to the favorite part. Well, I guess at the end a little bit like I did do a favor. Right. Kind of. It says, okay. I guess I don't know how to read their website. 60%. Yeah. Is that what it is? Yeah. Like a hundred percent is great. 60% tomato meter, 37% popcorn meter, whatever that means. I don't know the difference, but those aren't awesome scores. Okay. Well. Blake Lively doing Blake Lively things. Yep. And she's retracting her complaints now. Yep. One by one. Um, she pretty much, I think Taylor Swift and her are just keep going over. Mm-hmm. Um, she threw Amber Tamin a birthday party. Blake Lively did. She was trying to say that it was a nineties theme party, but everyone in, like everyone can see videos and footage and they're, they're like, no one's dressed up like Blake.'cause Blake had Butterfly clips in, she had, I mean, very nineties. Mm-hmm. Like clothing and whatever on. And she was the only one dressed. She was the only one dressed like that. Who's Amber Tamlin? She's from Traveling Pants movie. Oh, sure, sure, sure. She's the one with the bangs. Yeah. And the streak. And she also was like in other stuff. Oh yeah. She was another, she was like more two thousands sette popular. Mm-hmm. And I guess her and Blake have just been. Best buddies or maybe she dug it out to try and get some good pr. Pr Yeah, I like, like who's on my team? Yep. Because Blake was the one that presented her birthday cake. And again, Blake about Blake. Blake was the only one in nineties gear. Everyone else was just in regular like clothes. I really wanna know what Alexis Bodell thinks about all this because I and then love Alexis Boal. But, so with the Taylor and Blake thing, um, Blake Lively took a picture of her Spice Girls watch from that birthday party and she wrote, I'm a hoarder. I keep everything. And everyone's like, I think this is a dig at like her and Blake, her and Taylor's, her and Taylor's text messages. Yeah. Saying like, I keep everything, if you're not on my side, I will expose all our texts. Yeah. Hmm. Sounds, I'm like, wow. And Papa Swift was like, hell no. Yeah. What happened with that?'cause I heard that and then I didn't hear what he said. Well, he, okay, let me get this straight. Uh, they, I don't know anything about this. Okay. Okay. So they came out with accusations of Te Blake privately reached, Blake's team, reached out to Taylor's team and said, if you do not release a statement of support publicly, I will release 10 years of correspondence. Mm-hmm. Okay. Pop. But that was like a hush hush under the covers. Nobody knew about that. Mm-hmm. Until recently when Taylor Swift was about to get involved in all of this, Papa Swift Taylor's dad came out and said what Blake had threatened the extortion. Mm-hmm. And that is the big drama because, and it's Taylor Swift's dad that has initiated all of that. Fascinating. Which I think is just such bullshit, you know what I mean? Like, it's, if you guys even said to me like, we're gonna release some, um, our group chat, it's like. Really, and we don't Oh, do we say anything in there? No, I'm thinking, but like, it's just, it's like when that is sent, it's um, I'm not sending it with the intent. Like, it's not like she wasn't really a true friend trust. Yeah. Like she just needed to be ammo to keep her in her pocket. Just like she, she needed her dragon dragon. Can I say something about Taylor Swift? Sure. I think you're not gonna like it. Okay. But so she's such a like, girl's girl. I'm putting that in air quotes.'cause I think she is an absolute fraud. Sorry, Issa, but she's like, every woman is a woman supporter. Woman. Woman, woman. Monarchy stuff. Okay. But she like is relying on her dad to do all this dirty work for her. I think that's like, so not, I'm an independent woman, I can do what I need to do because I'm an independent woman. I don't think she's relying on her dad. I think her dad genuinely got sick of it and was like, fuck this. Hmm. Hmm. I disagree. You don't fuck with Taylor Swift's dad. Disagree. He's holds I disagrees a lot of power. I feel like I haven't heard a single word about Taylor Swift's dad in 85,000 years. Oh. And now all of a sudden Taylor Swift's dad is coming outta the woodwork to like support her. Yeah. When she's a woman's woman. I feel like that's just a little like it's a woman's world. Yeah. And my lucky to be living in it. I just think that's a little silly. I, I'm still cranking out to Katy Perry. I love Katy Perry. I still am. I'm into it. Okay, so this is the, this is the watch Issa. You can read it and see if you see if you get that what all the swifties are getting. I've had this watch since I was 10. This is the problem for hoarders moments of validation when you have a reason to say, see, I knew I kept this for 27 years. For tonight. Also, let's be real. This watch is a treasure and my baby necklace that I've had equally as long, I don't think that was a dig. I think it's, I think you could take it as that if you really dug deep. I did not. That's what some, the swifties are saying. Like, oh, she's a hoarder. And with the whole text message thing, think this is text messages. She's hoarding text messages, honestly from her. And Taylor, I agree with you. I don't think it's necessarily a dig, but I do think that this is, it's a common theme for this level of celebrity to like hold onto random things like that. Yeah. Because Kim Kardashian does the same thing. Oh, she's got a warehouse of every single piece of clothing she's worn. Right? Yeah. And I, so I feel like, and people are like really pissed about that. This is just a common, like you live in California, you know, there's homelessness, you know there's shelters. Yeah. Yeah. So feel is feel like this is a, but you gotta keep onto this. This is a common celebrity thing. And I don't think that's necessarily, you don't think it's day you got Taylor? No. And the thing with celebrities too, is like, who in their right mind as a celebrity with high profile lawyers isn't keeping every single thing that they've ever said to someone else? Like, let's be real. That's true. Unless they really are like, this was really shady and it incriminates me, I'm gonna delete it, type of thing. Like who, who is famous out there, but it takes two people to delete it. Yeah. I'm sure. You know, and, and that's why people like the Snapchat thing. Like that's why people use Snapchats both. But I hate Snapchat. Love Snapchat. I don't use much Snapchat either, but Nope. I do see the Hannah Post stories. Sometimes I watch'em. Yeah. Sometimes I watch your, I always watch your Instagram stories. You should hook up your Snapchat too. You're never like at my top thing. Oh, I can do that. I don't know. You're never at my top thing. Oh, she's always at my top. At my front. My clearly not a great friend. No, I'm sorry. Terrible. I'm just kidding. Uh, no, but like, um, I'm not a story watcher. I scroll through my feed. Mm. Don't watcher, don't have come up on my feed. Thanks. You don't, no one, like, like no one I know I'll make, comes up on my team. I'll, you, I'll make myself top priority on your Facebook. That way you see everything I do. Okay. It'll be, um, like three years before you see a post from me. So Yeah. You haven't posted. I often post more than you do. Yeah, he does. Yeah. Yeah. No, but with the story saying like, anytime Nick and I would vacation, I'd wanna like Snap and Nick be like, uh, can you wait till like after we're done vacationing so people don't like see that you're there? Yeah. Mm-hmm. Track us or like try to, I'm like, oh, that makes Yeah. Wish. Like, but who do you have on your Snapchat that No, no, no. This is like Instagram stories. Oh, I see. I wanna be like, we're in Texas. We're at this restaurant where, you know, I wanted to post all that. Mm-hmm. And he's like, don't do that. Yeah. I'm like, ugh. Dang it. Yeah, I know. So he, like Craig says the same thing. Great. You just told the whole world that our house is unlocked. That Yes. Nick says the same thing. Oh, you wanna get, tell everyone that we're not at home. Yeah. And I'm like, I hate when you're right. Yes. Especially when there's people who live here that are like, oh, you're the fat electrician. And, and they see you like out and they're literally Oh, or what are they calling? Um, on the chubby electron. The chubby electron. What's that? What's that from? Because No, that's what some of Nick's fans are calling Mick.'cause he's not fat. He's chubby. Oh goodness. Listen to the goodness, the chubby electron guy listen to Oh, that's funny. Yeah. And I'm, I'm the colonial girl. That gave me a laugh. Yeah. Why are you colonial?'cause you're brown because you always end up in a costume of some kind. I'm always in my, yeah. Like, uh, my. Yeah. Her pioneer. Pioneer outfit. Yes. Because wait, why? Some adv, some advertisement. Some advertisers didn't like me showing my rack. Oh. And they're like, cover it up. And I'm like, this was kind of my f you. Like fuck you. I'm going wear this thumb. Yeah. And that's I You wear colonial garb? Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Interesting. Because someone said they didn't like my rack in the advertisements. Rude. I love it. No an a great No. An advertise like the, you know, people who sponsors. Sponsors. That's funny. Yeah. And I'm like, fine, I'll cover everything up. Cute. But people kind of love it, so I'm like, yeah, we'll just roll with it. Yeah. That's funny. Mm-hmm. So that's funny. We made some new uh, ads. I saw that. Your story. Oh my gosh. They're gonna be so funny. Good. Okay. Maybe I need to start watching'cause I'm totally lost. I'm like missing a lot of things. Yes. She was in our colonial outfit. Okay. Missed it. Sorry. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. It'll be great. When the video drops and I'm in it, I'll send it to you guys. Be like, just watch the app. Perfect. And then you can just toss the mood. Toss the rest of the video. Okay. Give us a timestamp. Yeah. Okay. Okay. All that's funny. End on that. This has been, we we're here again. We're videoing. Yay. And it didn't die this time. Yay. All the way to the end. Jinx. Okay. That's how we ended. Jinx, jinx, jinx. That's how we started. Okay. Bye. Bye. Bye. This is Ben. This is Ben. This is Ben, Hannah, and Issa. And Tara. Bye bye. How many times we have to say bye?
