I'm a 57 Year old Disabled man. I have worked for 37.5 continuous years. This Podcast Chronicles the struggles I have while making the journey of life. From putting food on the table to looking after the car and cat. From doing the shopping and going to work. From going to the gym and socialising. And carrying out my political activism. I then keep the Diary of Real Britain to tell people of this journey. To tell them of the Britain I live in.

Episode 46 Monday 18th November
Monday. Its just another paperwork day. This time its to sort my Wife's blue badge. As we have to go and get her photo taken at a famous British supermarket she asks if we can stay to have a coffee. And I said yes. Then in the afternoon its the usual gym session then get my works food and then off to home. Tuesday. Overnight I had a sore throat and today I have a terrible cold and cough. However I get through the working day and cancel a meeting I was supposed to go to. Wednesday. The vile cold continues but the round is quiet thankfully! I get home from work, have dinner and then straight to bed. Thursday. The cold continues but nothing to clean. My boss emails me about annual leave. I discuss this with my union. And then home time. Friday. Its a normal work day. I have a think about canceling gym but then decide I will go even though I have this cold. Saturday. Its gym at 10.30 Feeling slightly better today. But the cough is still bad. After the hour its back straight home. Sunday. Its a normal Sunday. Sunday Politics East and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. And then help cook Sunday Roast.
