I'm a 57 Year old Disabled man. I have worked for 37.5 continuous years. This Podcast Chronicles the struggles I have while making the journey of life. From putting food on the table to looking after the car and cat. From doing the shopping and going to work. From going to the gym and socialising. And carrying out my political activism. I then keep the Diary of Real Britain to tell people of this journey. To tell them of the Britain I live in.

Episode 49 Monday 9th December
Monday. My cough ended a week ago But! unfortunately it has come back with a vengance. A bit unusual but there you have winter. Then I get for the last time my works food. Then in the evening its Parish Council. Tuesday. Its the last working week before my annual leave. It's still very quiet on the round. Wednesday. Again another very quiet day on the round. Thursday. The cough continues but the round continues to be quiet. Friday. Today is the last working day of the week and the year. Three weeks of leave what can I do ? Saturday. Community litterpick day. Lots of people! I this time go with an elderly gentleman and litter one of the roads in the community. And then litterpick the village Collage. Then its off to the gym. And then after the hour its straight back home. Sunday. Although I still have this bad cough after Breackfast and Politics East its off to Bar Hill for a haircut and then do the weekly shop. Then home. Then in the evening help cook sunday roast.
