I'm a 57 Year old Disabled man. I have worked for 37.5 continuous years. This Podcast Chronicles the struggles I have while making the journey of life. From putting food on the table to looking after the car and cat. From doing the shopping and going to work. From going to the gym and socialising. And carrying out my political activism. I then keep the Diary of Real Britain to tell people of this journey. To tell them of the Britain I live in.

Episode 106 Monday 12th January

Monday. Morning is the usual spending time on the laptop and then playing chess with the wife. And then in the afternoon I go off for the usual gym session. In the evening I have concerns as I help my wife into bed. Her foot is very swollen and red. Is this a problem from years ago ? Tuesday. Back to work! Everything is clean and I start having a Cappuccino. Then I go home and cook the wife's dinner and then mine and then to bed. Wednesday. It's a very boring day at work and I head home on time. However the wife explains that her right foot is now painful to walk on. I tell her that this will mean a visit to the GP. Thursday. Work is still the same very quiet. I go home and the wife is still telling me about her foot. Friday. The end of the working week. Still very quiet I do the rounds and then home on time. The evening session at the gym and then to bed. Saturday. A very quiet day my wife's right foot is still very painful but I am at home so there are no concerns. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Watch Sunday politics east and then shopping and then in the evening cook Sunday Roast.
