This week I’m joined by musician, author, philanthropist, and father, Ace Clark to talk all things from building community to showing vulnerability in brotherhood and relationships, and so much more. We explore ways in which men can create a safe space for vulnerability with each other, and Ace gives insight into his relationship with his friends.

Ace is a successful author and has written the book “Dear Black Boy,” which is filled with affirmations not just for men, but for everyone really. We go through some of the affirmations in the book as he tells me why he wrote them.

We discuss the importance of building community and how Ace has done that throughout his life, in addition to being of service to others. We close out the episode with me asking Ace what are some of the challenges and advantages of dating him, advice to women on how they can lead with their femininity, and what music has been on repeat for him.
