Think closure will finally set you free? What if the very thing you’re chasing is what’s keeping you emotionally attached?

In this solo episode, I’m challenging one of the biggest myths about healing after relationships, situationships, and dating: the idea that someone else has to give you closure before you can move on. We dive into why acceptance—not answers—is often the real path to peace, and why waiting for the “perfect conversation” may actually be keeping you stuck.

Then we’re switching gears to a conversation that’s been heavy on my mind: As a woman, would you be comfortable with a male OB-GYN? I share my perspective, why I don’t see gender as the deciding factor, and explore the very valid reasons why many women prefer a female physician. At the heart of the discussion is a bigger question about perception, bias, trust, and how quickly we make assumptions about people.

Finally, we unpack why confidence seems to make some people uncomfortable. Why is genuine self-confidence so often mistaken for arrogance? Is confidence really the problem—or does it simply reflect insecurities people haven’t dealt with themselves? We explore the difference between confidence and ego, why some people try to humble those who know their worth, and why living without needing constant validation can be so triggering.

If you’ve ever struggled to let go, questioned your own confidence, or wondered why people judge others before getting to know them, this episode is for you.
