Body-fat is an amazing product; it has been designed over thousands & thousands of years as a means to store energy for difficult times when food is scarce. These days however, body-fat is a frustrating curse for many people. 
Your body is generally in one of two states: Fat -creating, or fat burning. It is very difficult to simultaneously be in both states. 
So how can you turn the table? How can you train your body to burn your body-fat instead of accumulating more of it? That's what I attempt to explain in this episode.
