I have a conversation with Author Dana S. Diaz about her life-long experience of narcissistic abuse, from childhood into an unhealthy marriage with a narcissistic. She discusses her experience and her journey to healing and experiencing healthy love. When her health began to take a hit in a serious way, it was a wake up call. She also wanted to see her son succeed and wanted to be alive to watch him reach his milestones. She began to journal the life she wanted and to authentically be herself and pursue her goals, dreams and purpose. She turned her pain into purpose to empower others.
