That quiet thought, “Is this really it?” isn’t a character flaw. It’s often the first sign your life is ready for a more honest kind of alignment. Midlife “crisis” or midlife calling? If you feel guilty for wanting more, this conversation will hit home. Learn how to spot your unique gifts

I sit down with Anna Quigley, transformational speaker and founder of Journey to Purpose, to reframe the midlife crisis into a midlife calling. We talk about why so many of us feel guilty for wanting more even when things are “fine,” and how purpose isn’t a single mountaintop moment but a living, changing direction across seasons. Anna breaks down how to recognize your unique gifts, especially the ones you overlook because they feel effortless, and why fulfillment is a better compass than pressure, titles, or other people’s timelines.

We also go deep on intuition as a practical skill. Anna shares ways to separate fear-based rational mind noise from true inner wisdom, how to track intuitive nudges so you can see patterns, and why trust grows through small reps. We explore the real-world cost of ignoring misalignment: burnout, grinding through obligation, and missing the subtle red flags that try to protect you. Then we move into tools like sensory imagination to clarify what you want next, plus the hard but hopeful reality that growth may require releasing friendships or environments that no longer fit.

If you’re navigating a life transition, questioning your next chapter, or craving more purpose, joy, and impact, press play and come with an open mind. Subscribe, share this with a friend who’s been feeling that pull, and leave a review so more people can find these conversations. What’s one gift you’re finally ready to take seriously?

Welcome And The Overcomers Theme

SPEAKER_00

Good day, everyone. This is Nicole Ellis McGregor, the founders of the Overcomers Approach Podcast, where I meet with different people from different walks of life, different experiences, different education, different expertise, different lived experiences. But the overarching theme of the podcast is that we have the ability to overcome almost any challenge that is set before us. And I love the fact that I have Anna Quigley with here with me today. She's a transformational speaker, catalyst and founder of Journey to Purpose. She has been called the Intuitive Yoda. For her deep insights and practical wisdom, Anna helps people navigate major life transitions and design next chapters that honor who they have become. Through her signature Uncover, Realign Emerge framework, Anna guides audiences to break free from outdated patterns, uncover their unique gifts, trust their inner wisdom, and create the lives of purpose, fulfillment, and impact. Anna, welcome to the Overcomer's Approach today. I thank you for taking this time and honor this time that we have. I know that my listeners will be impacted, and so will I of this conversation. Kind of wanted the theme to be like midlife crisis. No, it's a midlife calling. Dreams have no deadlines. Anna, tell me how you got into this work, first of all, just a little bit of history.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my goodness. Well, I've always been a seeker and a and a learner, as as I know have you.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Um, always wondering and looking, listening and reading biographies. How did you do that? How did you do that? Always have known since I was young that there was something I was here to do, to give. Um, I've loved writing, I love interviewing people, but I knew I was never gonna write, you know, the great American novel. That's that's not the direction I go, but I love having conversations with people and I love discovering what works and how they've made their life work and the process that we all go through as as humans. So it's it's a little bit of psychology, it's a spirituality, it's it's you know, a little bit of science thrown in there in there too. And I've been evolving, obviously, as as we all, you know, I've been learning my lessons and not learning them, which gives me a bigger opportunity to learn. So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you. Thank you for that information. I I really love that approach because I feel like it's more holistic. So you're not just putting in one component in, because I believe is you know, my value system is that it takes all of that to encompass of you know where we go in life, and we don't want to leave out something that may be extremely important to us. And so, and they all are really integrated as well, you know.

SPEAKER_01

That yes, they and they help us they, you know, combining them, integrating them, using them, finding ways to blend them and make them work together moves us forward faster and more smoothly. So I mean, just in silly ways, it doesn't it doesn't have to be big explosive shifts or changes, like you know, you think of the proverbial midlife crisis for well with men, you know, it's the new the new wife or the girlfriend or the red sports car. I think for women it's more this is it, right? You're kind of like hmm, doesn't quite look like I thought it would. And how come I still feel a yearning? And I I don't know about you, but I think a lot of women we we feel guilty because it's like my life is so good. Yes, why you know? I'm feeling a little guilty. Why do I still feel like there's something more? Why isn't this enough? And it's that inner calling, those gifts that are innate to all of us that are calling us to like, hey, we're over here. We you know, you're you have us for a reason. We need to be seen and used.

Unique Gifts And Real Fulfillment

SPEAKER_00

Yes, I love the fact that you said that, and I could totally identify with that. Definitely, like, I know there's something more um that I have to give or serve or be or do or be connected to, yeah, um, and kind of really tapping into that is I think extremely important. And I think sometimes what what especially we as women, and I love the fact that you touched on into with the sports car and the younger wife or the new wife or the girlfriend, or you know, we we see that happen as well. And you know, like women, I think it's much going much deeper uh to who we are as women and how we're we're created, and so I think some people begin to, you know, once they've raised their kids or did their first career or or maybe they uh have separated, or maybe they're divorced, or whatever that life chapter journey is, they're trying to figure out now what is my purpose. Yeah, how do you think people can tap into that? What do you think, what do you think is a good step towards that, or what what are your thoughts on that?

SPEAKER_01

Well, and and I I will say too to begin with that we have different purposes at different times in our lives. Our purpose changes, you know, at 20, it's okay, what am I gonna, you know, do career-wise or relationship and a family that you know, raising a family that it's important, you know, per different purposes. Um, I I talk about midlife crisis or calling, but um it's a quarter life crisis too. You know, at that point too, it's like, okay, I'm starting my life and the earlier in our lives that we can get clear on what some of our unique gifts are, because I've learned in my own life, my own experience, that those are keys to not to purpose, but even over purpose has got such a big blown up, you know, kind of you know, concept behind it, but it's really fulfillment and what it is that we're here to share and to give. And my unique gifts are well, they're unique, they're they're not the same ones you get. You know, you have a million people with a musical ability, and none of them show up the same way. So we we often and as women, as women, I don't mean to be down on us, but I know we so often dismiss those things, yes. Um, as we don't even recognize them. I have you you probably I'm sure we all have had a friend come up to you, Nicole, and say, Oh my gosh, how do you do that? I would love to do what you do. I would give anything to do that. And if you're like me and like many of us, you just go, What are you talking about? It's just something that I do. We it's so much a part of us that we don't give it the recognition and the value. And those are the things we really need to be looking at. Yes, you know, what what's ours alone to give and to share?

SPEAKER_00

Yes. You know, I love the fact that you say our purpose changes as we evolve in life. And that's okay because that's really a part of evolvement and growing, and that's what we really want to be doing, I hope. Um, and then two, I think uh you really discuss fulfillment versus purpose. And I think that's the clarity on that brings a new insight for me because I think when you look at your purpose and fulfillment, like are you really being fulfilled? Is it bringing you joy as you walk through that? I think uh when women tap into or people tap into their gifts and talents, it it it really aligns within that, you know. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

And that's one of that's one of the keys. What when was the last time you really felt lit up? Yes, and and pulled into the work or the activity that you're doing rather than pushed, like, okay, it's 7:30, I gotta get to work. Right. You know, where it's where you're waking up and you're going, Oh yeah, I'm excited. You know, there's an energy shift, a vibrational shift that comes with that. And the fulfillment, it's a natural um effect, if you will, of tapping into that. So purpose sometimes seems so grand and and big, and it's like, oh, there's one thing I have to, you know, it's not, it's it's these little steps, all of these little things, and um and they all make a big impact, you know, the ripples in the pond kind of thing. There's no big there's no big or small in the universe.

How To Trust Your Intuition

SPEAKER_00

It's yeah, how do people tap into like their intuitiveness, like that gut feeling that you know? Some people shut it off, you know. I've done it in my life for various reasons. I'm like, oh no, it kind of scared me or it overwhelmed me. It could that was from my experience, it could be something for somebody else, but yes, how how do they open themselves to that or be or more to be open to prepare themselves or whatever they need to do to tap into it more to trust it?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, and thank you, because that's the key. That's the key is is getting to where you trust it and where you know you for me it's practice, and I think in general, it's a tool. We all have it. I've had so many people say, Oh, I don't have any, I don't have intuition. Well, you do, but it's easy to confuse the rational mind. Rational mind is like protecting us and keeping us keeping us safe and keeping us, you know, like I say, it's like keeping the trains on on time, you know. Right, but it's not where our creativity lives, it's not where that joy, that fulfillment, that purpose lives. Yeah, that comes from the intuitive, that comes from the unique gifts, and it can it is a tool, it can be practic, it can be learned, it can be well practice, yeah. Practice, you know. The how do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice. And I I again I'm a little bit of a geek, a little science geek, a little nerdy, and I I love tracking. Yeah, because you know, you have an insight, you have an intuitive moment, whether it's a gut feeling or you see something, you go, oh, that's the answer to something I was thinking about. You know, you pass a sign that you've passed every day for a year, and today all of a sudden it has impact because you're aware it resonates with you. Jot it down because on Wednesday, too, you know, you're gonna what was that thing that happened?

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And so for me, it's it's documenting it. And I it doesn't have to be that way, whatever it is. But to start recognizing when those things happen and how does it come? Is it the gut feeling? Is it the little voice, that quiet voice that guides us so often that we just we don't hear, we don't allow ourselves to hear? It can come in auditory cues, and yeah, someone tells me two or three people in a row, particularly in a short period, they tell me about a book or a movie or a place that I need to go. I I pay attention and I go and I get the book or I read because I've learned that there's something in that for me. Yes, some a lesson or a word or a thought or a concept, something in there that's going to benefit me. So then it's getting familiar with how your voice, your your intuition uh reaches out to you through any of the senses. Little, it's like knowing a your voice, your you know, your friend on the phone, you know, you they don't have to say, hi, I'm Anna, you know, you know, you know the voice. And it's the same thing with intuition. So it's you know, it's a skill and it's learning to trust it. And I I tested it early on. I'm like, and I I still my rational mind is is strong, and I still occasionally I know better, you're right. Ignore it, but the you know, I it happened not too long ago, and and I just laughed at myself because it my little voice was telling me to take the freeway coming home from an acupuncture event. I was very blissed and I yeah, I wanted to take a real more relaxing route. And I ignored it. I thought, no, I no, no, no, you know, my my rational mind's like no, we had a plan, stick to the you know, stick to the plan, and I got stuck in traffic and I laughed because I know better, but I loved the moment because it reminded me that most of the time when we do listen to our intuition, there's no big event. It's there's no we don't know why we were guided, and this is where trust comes in. Yes, because I know my intuition for me, as long as it's my intuition, not my rational mind fearing. It's always been for my benefit. I have never once had an experience where it wasn't, but I don't know what I missed. If I missed being in traffic or stuck in whatever, or in an accident or something, you know, worse. I've clients that have ended up in terrible accidents because they they ignored it, even though it was in one instance it was very loud.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

But it's you know, so working with it and really paying attention to it and and you know, testing it if you need to, but yeah, um, but it's it's there for us to use. It's I think it's the greatest gift that that we have.

SPEAKER_00

That is so good. I mean, that is wonderful, and I love the fact that you stated that it could if it come to you in any way, like for you, like you said, sometimes you write it down. Uh, I think writing is so important for some of us because I definitely have to write things down, especially because I can have a wonderful thought one day. And if life gets crazy the next three days, I don't know what that thought was. So, and then if I circle back and write it down, I was like, Oh, yeah, that's right. Yeah, exactly. Let me pick that up and let's keep moving with it. Yeah, I love the fact that you said that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and you start seeing patterns, yes, you start seeing patterns, and that makes you even more aware.

SPEAKER_00

So it it just builds on itself, yeah, builds on itself, and then the fact that you said depending on who you are, because unique creatures, you unique human beings, and so that might come to us on a sensory level, and uh, you know, through sight, hearing, sense, smell, feel, it what however you're made up, they it could come to you in that way, or it maybe all, you know.

SPEAKER_01

And different ways at different times, so yeah, you just need to be open to all of the ways. It's it's our senses are where we absorb most of the things going on around us, and so it makes sense. And there's I I won't get the into the science geeky, but there's all kinds of science that's documented in how this how this actually works. So it's not it's not woo-woo anymore. I know it's not.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's very real, and I I love the fact as we evolve and grow, and maybe there was a time we did believe that, but through time and experiences and shifts, people may have lost that, you know. So some of that I think, you know, if I think to my grandmother, she definitely relied on her intuition in a way that I never did, and somehow just through time and differences and you know, shifts in our environment, you may have that may have left, but you can always go back to what's in it's innately in you, it's there.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely is, absolutely is. So yeah.

Track The Signals And Learn Patterns

SPEAKER_00

What if a person um, you know, as as you know, they you know, we there's overachievers, there's people that are multitasking, doing it all, and they are burned completely out. And I and we had this discussion before we started the podcast. Sometimes the universe or God or or your or whoever that is for you will give you a signal to make a shift or change or rest or reset or focus on something else, but you don't listen, or you know, or maybe I didn't listen and I end up experiencing some situation later um because I didn't honor that at that time. What can people do to kind of I don't want to say because sometimes things need to happen, so I don't want to say avoid it, but um how can people live more, I think holistically to be more aware of that as they as we move through life?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's tough, it's tough, and you're you're not the only one that doesn't it's it's the human condition, right? Right, yeah, it's and I think I think we've all had that. I had a perfect what I consider my perfect life that in a month's period of time, it literally it was like the floor dropped out from underneath me. And you know, I defaulted to wait a minute, I didn't what did I do? You know, this is I worked hard to create this beautiful life.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

What did I do? Why is this happening? And then in retrospect, looking back, there were there were misalignments in in both the living situation and the job, and there were misalignments that I wasn't listening to. And this is part of how intuition can kind of guides us again. It's like, does that comment from your boss sit right? What there's something not right with that, right? Or a relationship thing, or that you those intuition will guide us in those red flags, I call them too. Sometimes they're bigger red flags, sometimes they're you know, like spotlights, and but it's easy when we're comfortable and it's we're creatures of that don't really don't like to change. Yes, but this is the universe kind of okay, it's time, it's time, you know, to move on. And it it's hard, but that's the best thing is listening to those, and and we don't understand them when they happen, usually, particularly when everything else seems good.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

Burnout And The Cost Of Misalignment

SPEAKER_01

It's like, wait a minute, no, this is good. Why is this little thing happening? But it they're important little clues to to do that, you know. In retrospect, when my life imploded at one point, um looking back, oh yeah, well, you know, there was this sign and there was this sign. And but I was able to use that experience and move into the next step, actually, even stronger, yeah, even stronger as hard as it was. Um, and that was probably at that point one of the first times that I really really gave myself some quiet time and time to really think about okay, what do I have to give? Yes, what are the the unique gifts that I have? What are the I was trying to create a new business and really did some soul searching. And I, you know, that's what I do with my clients. We start with that, looking at you know, the breadcrumbs that have shown up through your life. What are those things that bring you joy? What are those things that come easily to us? You know, we're most of us were raised that it if unless it comes really hard, if you have to really work for it, that's the valuable, and it's not, it's the things that just are you, yeah, that you do that your friends go, oh god, Nicole, that's so great. I'd love to do that. That's your gift to give and share. And it's those are the things that are going to move us into alignment, yeah, and into purpose and impact.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, very good, very good. You know, you you mentioned something. Um, we somehow we or whatever have been given the message that we have to work really hard for something. And I and I agree with you, uh, you know, like I believe definitely that certain things that come easy that you're naturally gifted for, that that flow could be it's okay. Like it is, it is okay. Like there's nothing, there's nothing wrong with it maybe not feeling so hard because it, you know, I think the this work culture kind of may gotten some of us thrown off. Like if I don't work hard and put my head to the plow, and it's not work, it's not valuable. And sometimes your outcomes could way outpace your hard work. And so uh my husband always used to say, Don't work harder, work smarter, work wiser. And so I believe you coming into your intuition and your natural gifts and talents will really get us in the flow of that. Yeah, so it doesn't have to be that hard labor is physically, mentally, emotional work.

SPEAKER_01

If you're exhausted and you're burnt out, you're on you're not listening. Yeah, you know, there's a real clue, you know. If it's just every day is a grind, you are out of balance. And the first place to start looking is what is it that that you love and what is it that comes easily? Because that's you know, the old go with the flow, yes, kind of thing. There's a reason for that. And who is it? I think there was a book, and I should have this, but you know, they said if you're doing what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. That's right. Because it's joy and it's you know, you're using those gifts and what you're here for, and that alone is fulfilling. The outcome, the benefit you're bringing to other people is like the you know, icing on the cake. That's the perk, and that's that's the impact. So, yes, you know, the purpose is to live as fully yourself, who you are giving. There's a there's a wonderful quote that I found, and I just think this sums everything up so beautifully. Um, he said, he said, the the purpose of Life is to discover your gifts.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

The work of life is to develop them.

SPEAKER_00

That's right.

SPEAKER_01

And the meaning of life is to give them away. And I think that's that's it was David Viscott that said that. And I just think that's the perfect summary.

SPEAKER_00

For sure. And like you said, it's to give them away because they're not those gifts and talents, they were in us, but they're not meant just for us. Exactly. Given away, meant to serve in some capacity or meant to pay us forward. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And there's joy in that. We know when we're giving gifts, you know, holidays and birthdays, it's more fun to give them. I mean, it's nice to get things too, but you know, but it's really when you find the perfect gift for someone, don't doesn't that light you up? Yeah. And just it's like, oh yeah, I knew they were gonna love this. And it's the same thing with the with everything that that's your unique. Yes. There's no big or small, doesn't have to make a world impact. Some people do, but for most of us, it's quiet. It's wonderful, quiet moments and things that we have to share.

SPEAKER_00

That's right. Because those, even like you said, it doesn't have to be big, and for some people, it will be bigger worldwide. But those quiet moves and shifts and change, they are making a shift. You know, I think they all work in unison for something better, for something greater, for something more wonderful. So I I think uh I always tell people never despise small beginnings because love that they build, they build, they build, they build. And what I've learned from people that I've you know came in contact with, you know, they may have hit a large scale, but no, they really didn't talk about the 10 years where there was not much going on.

SPEAKER_01

Building, you know, building momentum. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yes. And people I think the more they can understand that, the more I think people won't get so get caught up into the comparisons of other people or what they're doing, you know, because they're they're they're in their gifts and talents. And you know, and that's what they're doing, and that's to be celebrated. But I think people sometimes forget what they have to offer, which is just as beautiful, just as great, just as wonderful. And people are called to us, people are called to us, they're just waiting for us to show up, you know.

Small Beginnings And Comparison Traps

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, that's such a it's such a good point because the comparison thing doesn't it doesn't work, it doesn't work on any level because it you know you you may have similar gifts, but not the exact same ones, and you're gonna express yours in a different way, and it's like that's what we're here for, yes. We're here for and not you can't do we well, we know this. You can't, yeah, you can't do what other others have to give because they're not your gifts, that's not why you're here. So finding your way is not always easy, but yes, um, you know, there's so many good tools, and I I love using, you know, kind of reverse engineering the brain with sensory imagination, you know, really, and there's you know, there's science behind that too. Um, you know, really creating with every sense of your body the life that you want to create using these gifts. We don't always know, you know, it's like when you create the the result, this is where I'm going to be, this is where I want to go. We don't have to worry about the steps in between because our brain, our body uh knows it's like, oh, this is where we're going, and it automatically guides us through the steps that we couldn't imagine. I couldn't, you know, the rational mind wants to plan it all. But all we need to be responsible for is being as clear on every level of our senses, every level of our mind, our body, where we want to go, what what we want to do. And that could be just I want to use my gifts. I don't know how, I don't know at this point what they are, but you envision how that's gonna feel, yeah, and the fulfillment and the joy, and how you know, jumping out of bed every day is like a delight and not an effort, you know, being being pulled to your life rather than pushed through it. Um, and then the how shows up. The how shows up.

SPEAKER_00

It shows up.

SPEAKER_01

You get caught in that. Oh, I but I don't know how to get there. It's none of our business. It's literally none of our business.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that is so good. And I I you tapped on imagination. And I'm I think I we discussed earlier too. I'm kind of a geek and a nerd myself. I just like to explore all these opportunities and things that are out there that are much bigger than we can even imagine. And so when you said imagination, I believe imagination is a great tool and creativity we were made to create. Um, my brother, he's a pop inspirational singer and he has a song called Imagination. It's a recreation of the song Imagination. I can't remember. Um, he just redid it. Um, I'm just gonna do a little shout-out for him. If y'all go onto any streaming forum, his name is Wen Starks, W-I-N Starks, the song Imagination. Listen to that. But you tapped into um, it's it's great. And I agree with you 100%. There's science backing our imagination and to create the lives we want. Yes, yes, so true. I love that. I know we're closing down the last few minutes. Um, I have a couple more questions. One of the other questions I have is when people pivot and evolve and grow, there might be shedding of circles or friends or associates that served its purpose in that chapter. And how do people navigate to that? Because you know, we we we would we love the familiar, what feels comfortable, but it might mean time to stretch ourselves in a different capacity, and that might meet me might mean a whole circle of friends or stretching yourself outside of the friends that you're used to, different people. Yeah, what is that? What is that? What do you what can you say to that? What are your thoughts on that?

SPEAKER_01

Well, it it's it can be difficult, it really can be difficult. Yeah, uh, but that's part of the midlife calling.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

Imagination Builds The Next Chapter

SPEAKER_01

Um, that point is reassessing. There's a lot of self-assessment opportunities for that in that window, but letting go of the things that just don't serve you anymore. They they're there, they're familiar, and friendships, I think, are the hardest. I I lost a friend, I didn't lose her, right? But you know, we were, you know, had such a wonderful history for a long time, but we were literally living in like different spheres, planets, and every level. And and I'd moved in one direction and she in another. And it was just, you know, I value and cherish the friendship I had. But it it's it wasn't serving either of us, yes, uh, any longer. And it's like, that's okay. I'm gonna love and bless it, and I'll always send her love and blessings. But it's yeah, uh my life's expanded, and I'm meeting amazing people like myself that are doing things more aligned with where I'm going in my life, and that's part of that support. Um, you know, letting go of situations, circumstances, marriages sometimes, you know, it's just the difficult things, yeah. But we're not here for one thing, yeah. For one thing. We live long lives now, you know. Back maybe when we lived to be 30, you had one and you had this much time, but we're living a long time now. So there's multiple stages and cycles, and there's natural pauses, like the in the the 20s or the midlife range. Yes, you know, there's another opportunity to pause and rethink. And okay, now what's this next stage gonna look like? This next step. Yeah, it's it's just it's difficult, but it's it's a matter of going. This has is this still serving me? Yeah, this situation, this relationship, this environment is still moving me forward. Is this serving what it is I'm here to give and to share and to do? That's tough questions, but yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And you are, you know, I'm definitely benefiting from what you just stated. I'm sure my listeners are, and I've been in that space as well. And I love the fact that you can do it in such a mature and loving way. There's no hard feelings, but you bless it, you love the experience, and you thank it, and you're grateful for it. But now the pivot comes where there's the your the territory has expanded, or you know, it no longer serves you, and there's work that you're that your soul is called to do.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And and what that brings new adventures and it brings new relationships and new opportunities, and you know, that's exciting, and that's and that's fun. It's it's that's part of the gift in that as well.

SPEAKER_00

So yes, awesome. Thank you. I one last Claire's question, and then we'll wrap up and I'll give you an opportunity to give you a link uh when people want to reach out to you for your services or anything else. Sure. Um, what does it look like to live in alignment versus living from obligation or expectation?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, the first thing that comes to my mind is joy. Yes. Light, you know, it's like it's there's such an energy shift, you know. And I I use this example a lot. It's like I hate my job, you know, right? Feeling that comes with that versus I love what I'm doing. Yes. You know, you can see it in a person, you can feel the energy that comes when when you're when you're doing that, but there's a lightness, there's an energy that that comes in that, and we feel that in our in our guts. We feel the you know the chills and the and the alignment, or you know, like, oh, I feel like I've known you forever. Yeah, and you've just met someone, you know. It's like where did that come from? You know, right, yeah. Or or the others where you go, yeah, we're this we you're not my person. Right. And it's not that there's anything wrong with that person, but you just there's it's like magnets, like yes, when you know, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Things is with intuition, too. It's like we have those moments where I can't explain how I know, but I know with such certainty that you cannot change my mind. That's strength of yeah, and that comes with that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, alignment brings joy, and so yeah, yes, I love the fact that you stated that that's really like confirmation for me, and I'm sure others. Well, Anna, I really appreciate this time that we had this morning on this great conversation. You left so many great tools and wisdom and guidance, you know, for for me to kind of understand more and to know and evolve more and to move even more into what fulfillment is and joy is on intuition. Um, so I thank you. If people want to get in contact with you for your services or coaching or speaking, um, what web what is your web link?

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Uh the web link is journey to purpose.org. Okay. But I want to offer a little gift if I can. So one of the things that I do with my clients to begin with, and to start with the clarity, is I've created a purpose blueprint.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

Alignment Feels Like Joy Plus Resources

SPEAKER_01

Um, and it starts with questions and things to start for them to start considering. And things like, you know, what are my core values? You start with things like that, and then asking if you're not clear on what your unique gifts are, there's some tips and some ideas and subjects, some suggestions on how to do that so they can take their time and really think about it because there's there's a lot of of uh information there, and that's usually where I start with my clients that has all my contact information on it as well. If they go to the purpose blueprint.org, they can just download it. Okay, uh PDF and start and start working on that. And because we talk so much about intuition, I'm gonna offer some. If they go also to the intuition gift, or I'm gonna say that is like, is it that or intuition gift? Give them what's uh see now. Um that's here, it just intuition gift.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, got it.com okay.

SPEAKER_01

I made it simpler and I confused myself. Uh intuitiongift.com. I've also put together a little information sheet and a tracking sheet, of course, because I didn't do that on how intuition speaks to you and stuff and whatnot. So we've talked about both, so I want to share both. Okay, thank you, Anna.

SPEAKER_00

I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for being such a blessing this morning to us.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, this is such a wonderful, wonderful conversation. So nice to chat with you.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you, thank you as well. Thank you.
