On the RIA front, EFE acquired Cahill Wealth Management, Americana Partners added a $1.5B team from Morgan Stanley, and LPL picked up Northern Advisory Group. Institutional activity included OPPRS launching a $50M private credit RFP, Maryland SRPS outlining up to $2.5B in annual PE pacing, and New Jersey DOI committing $1.5B across five managers.
