Have you ever actually stopped and pictured the life you truly want? Not just complained about what's missing — but sat down, closed your eyes, and really designed it?
Most people haven't. And that's exactly why they stay stuck.
In this episode, I'm getting straight to the point: you have one life, and how you're thinking about it right now is either moving you toward everything you want — or pulling you further away. I've been there.
I spent years angry about what was holding me back, but I couldn't even name what I was working toward. Once I flipped that, everything changed.
I'm breaking down why so many people stay emotionally stuck, how social media and the news keep you in a loop of negativity, and what it actually takes to break the pattern and start running toward the life that's waiting for you.
In this episode:
- Why most people can't envision a great life — and what's really blocking them
- The painful truth about people who live just to get to retirement and do nothing
- How gratitude for what you have right now unlocks what's possible next
- Why your energy toward what you don't want keeps you further from what you do
- How shifting your mindset opens up new avenues, ideas, and opportunities
- The one common denominator in every outcome of your life — and how to own it
- Why breaking your comfort zone is non-negotiable for real growth
A good life is in front of you. It's absolutely possible. But you have to believe it, see it, and go after it — every single day. Let's make it happen. 🔥

Some of you have just given up. Some of you have just thrown the towels. Just talk about the life that you truly desire. And nothing could be more painful than me hearing that. Imagine with this God-given life that you have, this amazing world, that your entire motivation is to get to a place that you can do nothing. If you want a good life, it's in front of you. It's absolutely possible. But one, you have to believe it and see it mentally. Each and every day is yours to capture. Let's go after it. Let's make it happen. Let's do this. All right, let's go. If you're tired of not feeling fit, tired of just having a focus, tired, just not having a life that you deserve. This is your place to be. I'm Jason Yarussi today. Let's just talk about the life that you truly desire. In your mind so much, we focus on the things that are agonizing, the tough days, the hard requests, the things that don't go perfect, the things that don't go right, everything that's wrong with your life, everything that's not going to plan. Yet you can't understand why you can't envision a great life and you can't feel good about what you have. Because we focus so much on the negative, right? The things that are hard or not working right. Instead of just going through and understanding that you have to trust the process, but on the other side of it, you have to truly use your vision to understand what you truly desire. I ask you, have you ever in your mind shut your eyes and thought about the life that you truly want? If you sat down from everything from just the house, right, the weather, right, the time, right, how it looks around you, what you do to spend your day? Have you ever thought about what you want? And if you haven't, and daily you're upset, you're mad, you're angry about not having a great life. Well, would you even know it if it just showed up in front of you? What would actually that great life be? For many, right? And for people in their life, they think about it. I was speaking with someone the other day, and he has a number of people that come in for treatments to him. And he was just talking about the number of people that just spend their days trying to get through the day so they can get to a year that they can retire and they can just sit there and watch TV. And nothing could be more painful than me hearing that. Imagine with this God-given life that you have, this amazing world, that your entire motivation is to get to a place that you can do nothing, that you can just put yourself and paralyze yourself in front of a screen, in front of something that will just show you images that weren't created by you, that offer you no value day in and day out for the rest of your life until eventually you have health problems and die. Think about that. Now think about your life, right? Think about right now the ability to take what you have, be thankful for, even as if it's not truly what you want, just be thankful for it. Are you healthy? Have you gotten a workout today? Have you been able to spend it with people that you love? Have you been able to do something that potentially gives you an opportunity to have more, to give more, to do more, right? Have you had something that could be thankful for? But do you do it right? Or are you spending your day just emotionally wrecked over what you don't have, where you're not at, what you don't exactly want in your life? And then ask yourself if all your energy is going into the space that is exactly what you don't want, well, is it bringing you closer to that or farther away? I spent a lot of time in my life just angry about things and angry about, you know, all these things that kept me from what I want. But I could very clearly define exactly what supposedly was keeping me back, but I couldn't identify exactly what it is that I truly wanted, right? That's the hard thing. It's hard to think about it. But when you put your mind to work in a way that's positive, the way that's energetic, the way that's helpful, the way that could carry you forward, your mind starts to open up new avenues, right? New avenues, new ideas, new visions of the world out there. And for some of you, and I know it was true for me, you open your eyes up really for the first time, because you start to see a world that has so much potential, has so much opportunity, has so much good. And it could be counter to what's focused on, right, in social media. Why do you think that the news and social media has so much negativity built in, so much chaos and disruption? It's because that's what draws people's attention because they want that to be a reason that they can feel good instead of focusing on all the other good things, focusing on what is great, focusing on what is available in this life. And your life, as amazing as it is, are you treating it like that? Like if this is your one opportunity, are you really treating it like that? Or are you treating it like, oh, I got plenty of time to maybe get something done or not, or just hang out, or maybe I can just do this for the next couple weeks or months and you know, I don't know, maybe I'll get to it then. Is that the life that you have in front of you? Is that what you have set for you as a life that you can kind of maybe use for good or bad? Is that how you want to think back about your years, your days, your months, your weeks that yeah, you kind of never went after it? Or are you pushing forward? Are you running towards this opportunity to have greatness? Are you diving into the action to just learn about what's possible? When's the last time you've tried something outside your comfort zone? When's the last thing you've done something you didn't exactly know how to do? When's the last time you've just done something outside? What is your usual, your norm, right? Have you broken the pattern? Have you gone forward to try something to put you in a new spot to just gain new experiences? When's the last time that you've just tried? Some of you have just given up, some of you just thrown the towel. I said, you know what? I guess it wasn't for me. Well, it is, but it takes you. That's the one thing that's so hard in life to just understand is that in each and every moment there's one common denominator, and that's you. If you want a good life, it's in front of you. It's absolutely possible. But one, you have to believe it and see it mentally. And two, then you just have to have a good life. Live 100 is about creating a life, but understanding that the journey you spend your entire time on, you hit these mild marks, they come and they go, you hit these peaks, just understand there's a new peak. Each and every day is yours to capture. Let's go after it, let's make it happen. Let's do this.
