The lawless game pitchin' podcast.

Here's the deal.

Each episode, we draw 3 words from a hat and try to turn them into a brand new pitch for a video game.

Then we take those 3 words and alternate between independently brainstorming off mic and then discussing on mic.

We truly don't know what the words will be or where they will take us, but we will always find a way to turn them into a pitch.

We try to cover the core concept, some details about gameplay and the story, and then finally a title.

At the end, we write up our final pitch and deliver it to you - the listener.

Every episode we're on a journey to figure out what the game will be and we hope you have fun tagging along with us.

Hey, what's up? My name is Eric and, uh, nope.

My name is Eric. I make games and we made a show about the beauty of the brainstorm. So it's a podcast called Scope Creep Saloon.

Here's how it works.

Each episode we pull three words from a hat and then we spend like half an hour trying to flesh out a pitch for a new game.

For example, when we got the words "Cosmonaut", "Hackers", and "Halloween", we turned that into a pitch for a tactical shooter set in a spirit Halloween dystopia.

If you've ever made a game or have embarked on some big creative project, I think you know what it's like to have that raw creativity in the beginning, without constraint.

And so we wanted to make a show that captured that.
And if that concept resonates with you, we think you'll like this show.

FRANK:
The first host is Eric, a pitiful creature with a flat ass and no friends.

The second host is Drew, a pink lobotomized cretin whose existence is suffering.

And the last host is me, Frank, a well rounded Sigma with his finger on the trigger. Welcome to Scope Creep Saloon.
