Walking The Camino: Nathen Aswell's Path to a Fuller Expression
Joining me today is Nathen Aswell, a friend whose solo pilgrimage along the renowned Camino de Santiago led to a series of life-altering revelations and a willingness to stay completely present in each and every moment.
Nathen's odyssey was marked by physical challenges, (including a painful battle with shin splints); however his relentless desire to complete the task he set himself to and willingness to be open to possibilities propelled him toward his spiritual destination. Despite the hardship, he emerged with a series of unexpected gifts, including meeting the love of his life soon after his return.
As we explore Nathen's journey from walking the Camino as a path of peace and mindfulness to his eventual self-reflection and willingness to be truly present, we invite you to reflect on the metaphorical implications of such a pilgrimage.
