Helen's Brief Bio

Helen Roberts is an experienced organizational development leader who dedicated her career to supporting both individuals and teams. Before taking a well-deserved break, she worked with Providence Health Care, where she specialized in coaching and team development, helping to drive growth and transformation throughout the healthcare system.

At the same time, Helen managed her own business, bringing her expertise to a variety of organizations beyond healthcare. Her schedule was packed, but she recognized the need to pause and recalibrate. Inspired by those memorable commercials about retirement at 55, Helen decided to embrace a new chapter, marking a well-earned shift in her journey.
