A Bit About Joel

Joel Hilchey's journey began with a natural knack for math and a love of Lego, which led him to study engineering physics. After landing a solid job in database technology, Joel quickly realized that the traditional career path wasn't for him.

Surrounded by colleagues counting down to evenings and weekends, he felt out of place—perhaps because his true talents lay elsewhere. Throughout school, Joel had been a performer, juggling and singing in a barbershop quartet, and he also discovered a passion for teaching.

Ultimately, Joel’s path turned toward education and performance, blending his technical background with his love for inspiring and engaging others.
