CCR Publisher/Editor David Corson sat down with Michelle Collins, President & CXO at A Non-Agency, that is a 18+ year SME, executive fluent experiential marketing and consumer-experience design and production leader of Korean descent, raised in Tokyo and based in New York, whose work is consistently defined by first-of-their-kind, experiential installations, breakthrough artist collaborations, and high-visibility, culturally resonant platforms. She has led the most challenging fast-paced, agency productions over $5MM+ across digital, immersive, live show and product launch productions including CES.

She has been featured in Forbes, WWD, AdWeek and Out Traveler among other prominent broadcast media outlets. A Non-Agency was ranked #413 on Inc. 5000 in 2020, and #62 N. East Regional in 2022. She was also named Finalist, “Idea Guru” category in the 1st Annual Top Women in Marketing Awards (Event Marketer / Chief Marketer) for the 9x Event Ex Award-Winning Brand Closet Showroom Social platform. 

Beyond large-scale brand activations, Michelle directly manages award-winning cultural artists. 
As a community vanguard, she is also the creator of the Asian Culture Style & Taste, an annual heritage and artistry showcase & impact platform.

Michelle has been a featured presenter, and moderator at ICSC, Digital Signage Expo, Retail Innovation Conference, Event Marketer Summit, IRDC, ACENextGen NYC Conference, MANA Fashion Women in Luxury.

Key Projects & Client Leadership:
- Led the Spatial and Experience Design, Merchandise Systems and Interior Design for the NYC Flagship. (Maison d’Artiste Townhouse, UES NYC)
- Conceived and produced Lancôme’s transformational 3-city Monsieur Big and Matte Shaker experiential pop-up (Smart Vanity Mirror Facial Recognition & Gesture Technology).
- Creative and Production Partner Agency for the Delta Airlines’ CES 2020 “New Feel of Flight” Keynote, and Booth which became #1 Trending Booth on Twitter and earned “Best of CES” recognition in Wired. 
- Created immersive and tech brand platforms for Kate Spade (Shoppable Barricade), Saks Fifth Avenue (Yeti Interactive Snowflake/MC) and Bloomingdales (Holiday Game Windows) Richemont North America (Arcadium AR/VR), and Phillips USA among others.
