Is it Intuition or an Old Trauma Response?

Our thoughts can be mad houses!  How to tell if you're getting a little help from above, or if old fears and anxieties are kicking up the dust?  I go over what each of these feels like in the body and the overall experience so that you can better figure out--is my intuition on point, or do I need to do some deep breathing and let this fear-based idea go?
