Why it all starts with culture
When a company is truly intentional about living its values, colleagues want to join, stay, and to do their best work. It creates a culture that can be felt from the moment a person walks into the building and it forms a part of every interaction they have throughout the day. It also gives colleagues a sense of fulfilment that makes the job far more than a paycheque.
In this episode of Real Talk – Voice of Colleagues we meet two colleagues that are very new to Vhi and hear about their experience of the company’s culture, values and people so far. They talk about what exactly made them want to join Vhi, how they have been welcomed and supported, and the strong sense they have of the company’s culture and values even at this early stage.
