Speaker 1:

Go Satnam. Welcome to Portal to Bloom. This is Rabindra and.

Speaker 2:

Myra, we are back. We are back fully loaded Lots to integrate.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's been about a month since we did this last. Maybe we're going to call this the new season.

Speaker 2:

I feel like every time we start again, it's a new season, rabindra, so let's just keep it as it's a new season Rabindra, so let's just keep it as it is and we land when we land. I mean that's the nature of the game. Yeah, so it's just.

Speaker 1:

Welcome to the new season. So we are really inspired today to talk about integration work. So we are in Bali, and this is the land of workshops and ceremonies and trainings, initiations, yeah, all the saturations of coaching charlatans.

Speaker 2:

Just kidding. Come on, I have to be the polarity, I am the dark circle in the yin-yang and you are the light.

Speaker 1:

This is why we work together so well. This is the great thing about having a yoga practice.

Speaker 2:

And partnership.

Speaker 1:

And partnership is that we are alchemical and that we learn through the alchemy to turn negative into positive. We turn difficult situations into fortunate situations. You know, with the eclipse just coming by, maybe it wasn't or isn't a good time to start something this month, but this month is a good time to start integrating.

Speaker 2:

Yes, especially with Mercury in retrograde.

Speaker 1:

Exactly, we have Mercury retrograde. Also, chiron is here, so it's really slowing life down in a way where, yeah, top of mind for us is integration.

Speaker 2:

Especially, I feel like because of Chiron is creating these aspects. There's a lot of healing and I think the archetype of that asteroid and people will argue and say it's a planet, but because of that archetype it is about the wounded, the wounds in our bodies and not staying in that so much right we tend to. We stay wounded because we don't integrate.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so there you go. So karmas are going to come up, things are just going to come up. This month, this is an eclipse month. The eclipse, the impact of the eclipse, doesn't just happen the day of you know. We had two in the last like three weeks. Well, the impact of the eclipse doesn't just happen the day of you know. We had two in the last like three weeks, and we had the lunar eclipse in Libra and we have.

Speaker 2:

we had the solar, total solar eclipse, you know, and they say that I think the last time we saw a solar eclipse was in 2017, I want to say, and then the next one will be in 2040, or something like this. So there is a lot that is shifting alchemically, collectively and individually.

Speaker 1:

So the key is not to push things away, not to be fearful. There's an incredible shadow that went across the sun, the veils go thin and it's an incredible experience to be meditating, doing any kind of spiritual, physical, self-care, self-love kind of practice during this time.

Speaker 2:

And also, I mean, I know I like to kind of bring in a little bit of the indigenous practices that La Indígena they saw these as leadership initiatives. So during the solar eclipses they would basically see, you know, where a new initiation in leadership needed to take place. And that's kind of what we're kind of going through on a global scale. Right, we're just seeing in the United States there's, you know, the what is it? The new election about to happen, so, and it's not just political or corporate also, it's just through all the spectrums.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, within ourselves. Look at where the energy is showing up. Wow, for us the energy is like whoa integration is a big deal. So you know, last week I was napping during the day he was napping during the eclipse. I was napping during the eclipse, which?

Speaker 2:

was the formula.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you know, as a Capricorn, as like a driven, motivated person it's like it's kind of counterintuitive, it's like, but you know, to integrate it's. Integration is like you know, it's like digestion. You know, we have to digest all of the things, even just even if you didn't do any workshops or ceremonies or anything, we've all just been through the eclipse season.

Speaker 2:

I mean yeah, especially to what we're seeing in the social media platforms. You know, it's a lot of information to digest and sometimes the things that we are watching, the things that are consuming our attention, our soul can't really process that information right. So there's a stagnation that's starting to happen.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so you know, what motivated us to have this conversation was we lead workshops, we go through to workshops, we are part of all kinds of local ceremonies and all kinds of things, and quite often we see people come back after that, months later, kind of in the same position that they were months ago.

Speaker 1:

You know, and it's like but yet we've kind of stepped forward a little bit, you know, and the same kind of issues are coming up for these people and I just like scratch my head. It's like wait, what's happening here? Why do they have to keep going through the same thing over and over again?

Speaker 2:

Because their mind is just going. The mind is going so hard, trying to understand and rationalize. And that's the thing that really keeps us trapped. And I'm sharing personally, because this has been a practice that I've cultivated so profoundly within the last decade or so, and it's the practice of sitting with tea.

Speaker 2:

Now, tea is known as the mother medicine, the mother plant, and, as a mother, when your children come at you with their hardships or with their problems or with their glitches or with their, you know the pressure that they have. You don't try to fix it. You try to give them, you know, some insights and some wisdom, and I know I used to try to fix them. I'm like, let me just fix them. But if your nervous system is relaxed, the whole nervous system adjusts to you and that mother frequency is to really kind of support and aid them, right.

Speaker 2:

And then you know you go out into the world, you do the thing that you need to do and then you come back and the thing about Ti is that she doesn't judge you. She doesn't, you know she, but she does expect you to do better. Right, and with these ceremonies there's etiquette, right, there's in certain etiquette, and if you don't apply the etiquette, you won't get that full, that full guidance and clarity and wisdom that you seek. Because it reads a letter right. It sends a message that if I'm not attuning to the etiquette of how to navigate during these very special and precise and sophisticated gatherings, whether it be at ceremony, ritual, initiation, Teacher trainings, workshops, eclipses.

Speaker 1:

There is an etiquette.

Speaker 2:

And that etiquette, like I said, tells the story, and so you're ever to receive right. It's like meeting the Dalai Lama, right? His cohort is going to tell you hey, you know, don't look at him straight in the eye and just bow your head, and you know, dress accordingly. You can do it or you don't have to do it, but if you do do it, the Dalai Lama is going to notice you. You know he's going to recognize your soul, because your soul is now speaking to his soul.

Speaker 1:

And I think that's a key word is speaking the language of spirit, you know, and spirit speaks in a very subtle way. You know I think Lauryn Hill said something like everybody want fantasy, but nobody want reality, something like that right and reality, the tea in the real. Sipping the tea of the realness, the real tea. I like that, but really that's it. Like you know, you think of eclipses and you're like, oh, what is this major thing that's going to happen? But then only thing that happened was like some subtle shifts.

Speaker 1:

You know like I took a nap last week Subtle but I woke up refreshed and then the whole family for the next three days slept so deep and we woke up today so refreshed, ready for this moment.

Speaker 2:

Non-scripted my ad. What should we chat about today? Let's talk about the integration.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So you know, we know lots of you are doing these work. You're doing workshops, you're going to see coaches You're going to see the Gene Key coach and you're going to do the human design and the kundalini yoga and teacher trainings and all of that stuff. Now, honor that work that you're doing. You know, that's all we're trying to say is slow down. You know, instead of going from one retreat which we see happen all the time, people are going from one retreat to the next retreat, to the next retreat, to the next one, and maybe there needs to be a little bit of time for digestion.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So what's working for us is we're dropping the stimulants, like the coffees and all the things that are kind of not raising our energy naturally, and we're bringing in things like breath of fire in the morning and we're having a big breakfast in the morning. Both of these things activate the digestion.

Speaker 2:

And we're adding an aura shield meditation that I just learned from a Gene Keys reader, which is to just build the aura, build your magnetism, build your electromagnetic frequency, so that those things that come at you, to you know, request your attention, you can discern is this going to be elevating or is this going to, or is there going to require a payment, right? Is the thing going to feed off me, right, or is it going to elevate me, right? And you'll, and you're able to kind of discern, like over the over the new moon workshop, I taught this really magnificent meditation. It's available on repeat if you want to like grasp it, cause I think we should do it for the next 90 days.

Speaker 1:

Maybe we'll record it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, maybe we'll record it, but it's called Wealth and Intuitive Opportunity Meditation, and it was so powerful. It was so powerful and it was all about just having the ability to strengthen the intuitive potential, that aspect within ourselves, so that we can leverage the opportunities that are going to give us more elevation, and not in an elevation in a way where, like you're not of this world and nobody can relate to you, but elevated consciousness where you can discern and acquire the gifts that are meant to be yours, so that you can give them away. Does that make sense?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you know, look, you do these things, things. You do these massive, massive things like learn your gene key, learn your human design, learn whatever you know, your your natal chart, whatever, whatever you're learning. Uh, because I know there's so much. There's so much, we have so much access to things yeah, so many divination practice. I remember paying thousands of dollars in my 20s just for courses that are now free on Spotify. It's wild. And even all these podcasts it's mind-blowing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you can get a teacher training online for, like I don't know, $30?.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's wild.

Speaker 2:

It's amazing.

Speaker 1:

So we have access Then the key, then, is all integration, and I put integration and digestion together. So are you taking your probiotics? Are you fully understanding how to make your digestion work? Because we literally need to digest this information.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And we do that by slowing down, we do that by reflecting on what we learn, so definitely journaling, you know.

Speaker 2:

Get it onto paper out of the mental projections and onto paper, because that clearing of the subconscious is also what it's like the minute that someone is speaking to your spirit. You can't receive the information because you can't really listen and there's a deficit to the ability to listen because the subconscious mind is so flooded Right, so it's like it's pending.

Speaker 1:

It's not landing yet, you know. And then all of a sudden, a months later, they're still in the same spot and we're like trying to give a little bit of help. But you know, they already know it all, so they're not taking it in. If you know it all, you're not, you're not going to take it in, so you've got to, like, empty your cup a bit.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, these practices are all about emptying, right, but we think. We think that like, oh, add to the toolbox, add to the toolbox, yeah, but it's literally.

Speaker 1:

How is it working for you?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's literally all about emptying and you can't really teach, you can't really fill someone with an emptying.

Speaker 1:

It's not easy to do. Yeah, you can't fill an already full cup, you know. So be humble enough to empty the cup, be humble enough to just sit and write, you know. And the other thing that I see happening quite often is you're doing all this new work but then you're hanging out with all old friends that aren't doing new work, you know, and you see these people not moving their life forward. They just keep in this cyclical trap. Just keep in this cyclical trap and you got to like kind of reach, you know, and and make new friends, make new community and say yes to the things that are happening in that community that you're learning from, cause you got to create these new patterns.

Speaker 1:

These, these, these like new ways of being create, you know, require us to go beyond this subconscious programming that's on repeat over and over again, right, and that's challenging for all of us. So then again we go back to the alchemy, we go back to the digestion, we go back to the very basic. It's sleeping, hydration, digestion, reading, writing, and then finding an accountability partner and saying, look, I learned this, this, this and this in the workshop and go for it. And then also that real humble approach of like you know what spirit is? Very subtle and the eclipse season just gave me these very subtle shifts, but even a shift like I'm having breakfast. From now on I'm moving from being intermittent faster to like actually having breakfast every day, because it stimulates my digestion.

Speaker 1:

It takes my anxiety levels down my mind. All my thoughts are being digested. You know these subtle shifts create profound changes. You know you create a big fire from a little fire, you know, and in that way we focus on the little things in our lives to really move life.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So we work on creating routines and we work on being very intentional with how we move forward and you just take it one cycle at a time. So now we have a new moon cycle that we just have started, right, yeah, what is the focus of this cycle? Integration, work. Okay, I'm going to start integrating everything what's not integrated, you know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and that even applies to fully applying the new information. Right, and all that integration is new information, so new patterns, new pathways, new rhythms, you know, and following those instructions right For the betterment.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's a big one is actually listening to the instruction that you're getting from your intuition, from the world around you, from the feedback you're getting, and especially if you've done some workshop or if you've done something like that, that you aspire to do.

Speaker 1:

You trusted yourself in going to this teacher training or workshop or podcast, all these things that you got you to that spot. You listened, it made sense, it shifted you. But then and then they gave. They gave you some ideas to try to integrate, but then you just not today you know, yeah, because you know it all yeah, that's quite because you've done it.

Speaker 2:

Oh, I've done this already, but hmm, the, the, the, the coincidence and the synchronicities of repetition for certain attributes and certain applications that keep presenting themselves. You know, it's kind of like the universe or spirit just coming at your door and saying but you haven't really applied it, but you're talking about it, but you're not walking it so, so, really, that's.

Speaker 1:

It's as simple as saying, after the workshop or ceremony or whatever set the intention of spirit. My intention is to integrate this work. Please help me do that you know, and how could you help yourself do that is you stay connected, yeah, and you get and you let the mind get out of the way.

Speaker 2:

You know you get out of your own way, right yeah and you kind of deflect the distractions.

Speaker 1:

And I love how you're doing it. Recently Myra did this gene key activation with this amazing practitioner and I love it Like she's staying in touch. She's been staying in touch with the person and they're going back and forth a lot and in that staying connected, you're actually integrating the work because you're getting it more.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and she's providing, you know, context and reading material for me and she's like slowly, she's like take it one day at a time. Don't try to like info dementia yourself with so much of the rhetoric, right? So, yeah, it feels really good and it's something that I don't normally do too. I never let anybody else look at my chart. I never give my birth date an hour away the way that I did. But I like there is a recognition with this, with this woman, like our souls recognized each other and I didn't only feel it, she also felt it, yeah, and there you go.

Speaker 1:

And if you don't trust that, yeah, then guess what you'll be miss out. You won't even be two steps back. And there you go. And if you don't trust that, then guess what You'll miss out. You won't even be two steps back. I mean, you won't be like you took two steps forward, but by not trusting the situation, then you may end up being two steps back, because doubt is the only thing in the spiritual practices or in humanity that actually will take us back.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and humanity that actually will take us back. Yeah, you know, on the path of the spiritual path, the yoga path, whatever you want to call it, your path, doubt will take you back.

Speaker 2:

And that's so funny because in Zen Buddhism Zazen teaching is that if you have doubt, there is awakening. If you have big doubt, there's huge awakening. So it's like there is like a yeah. Yeah, but doubt in yourself. Yeah, if you doubt yourself for sure.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, instead of the teaching. But it's like yourself, like the choice to see this gene chemist, for example. If you doubt that, then it's like, oh well, then you don't really trust your life, you don't really trust what's in front of you. And then, if you don't trust what's in front of you in your life, then you're going to be coming from a place of fear. You're going to be coming from a place of I don't know-ness. We want you to keep moving forward. We want you to take these podcasts, workshops, coaching sessions, ceremonies, all these things that you're doing to move your life forward. And, yeah, pat yourself on the back, crown yourself with the confidence that you deserve. Be more confident, Move forward more confidently. Knowing what you just did you hiked Mount Batur. Wow, I mean, how many people in the world can do that? You birthed two babies at home. Like how many women can do that, you know. Crown yourself, be confident, walk forward knowing how far you've come.

Speaker 2:

Only you can do that. Yeah, and all of the self-doubt really comes from our shadow side. It really comes from the parts of ourselves that we've suppressed and that we've allowed to descend. And there'll come a point where we'll need to make that physical descension down so that we can gather all the parts of ourselves that we've made wrong, that we've shamed, that we've made not good enough, that we've, you know, given the power to the self-doubt to knock us off our path and once we start to kind of, you know, honor all of those. It's called, you know, being human, right, it's called being human and seeing all of those emotions and commotions that are a part of your oneness and gathering them up and being all of that and feeling all of that, so that you can really give yourself that permission to do the thing. You know, book the thing, book the session. You know, see the woman. You know, do the training, get the program, get on the program, become the program, teach the program.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, no, I mean, teaching what you learned is beautiful. You know, I'm sitting there this morning teaching the kids Kundalini because my daughter hurt her wrist a bit so she couldn't go to gymnastics. So I'm like, okay, fine, let's do a little Kundalini. And I just got her moving, I got my son moving and and in that way I was just teaching my kids what I've learned and and it was so sweet to see you know. And then it integrated and then also I learned a few new instruments recently and I've been just teaching everything as I get it to my daughter and it's been so sweet and it absorbs even more for me so teaching.

Speaker 2:

And it becomes a new pattern. Now it becomes what we do in the evening. Yeah, you know just you know, play the harmonium and sing some Icaros, some cantos de la indígena and they I mean they're taking it, absorbing it, and then we're also, you know, learning new ones and mastering a few. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So the next one is just like seeking feedback and asking questions. Like we joke quite often that this is kind of our space to deliver unsolicited feedback because, advice, advice, because so many people are You're welcome Hashtag You're welcome because so many people are you're welcome. So many people are afraid to ask for support.

Speaker 1:

They feel like maybe they're gonna look weak in front of others but, you know you're in a circle, you're, you've joined a community, you're, you're in this work, um, you know, why not try to connect with someone? You think maybe is a few steps ahead of you, that we all have these expanders, these people that expand our idea of what's possible. Why not ask them? For, hey, I see you got there. I see you have a wife and kids and a family and a business and an entrepreneur, and and you move to countries. You know, I'm just right here. I'm just wondering how I could get like a little bit further ahead.

Speaker 1:

You know how few people ask that, but how many people want that relationship, a business, children, a relationship. You know it. Just, it's maybe I'm intimidating or maybe like we're so busy, but, like you know, we don't want people to be shy. We want you to ask. You know, and even for us, our mentors, they won't give us feedback unless we ask. Unless we ask them, you know they'll just stay quiet. We can go for a six-hour dinner and hang out for weeks and if we don't ask a question, they're not going to give us the feedback and they see it all and they see it all.

Speaker 1:

They're just going to sit there and feedback and they see it all, and they see it all. They're just going to sit there and smile. So you got to ask for what you really want in terms of your healing. So it's like, hey, I keep circling in this way. What do I do? What do you see?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, what do you see? Because sometimes the external can see us better than we see our internal.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, and not to say that we're ahead of anybody in our path, but you know we relationship is a big part of the path. You know it's a big part If you in nature, you look in the bushes, the bees are making love. You know they're making babies, the fly everybody. There's an abundance in nature and it comes from this relationship and this relationship creates children and children create major epiphanies in the future of the planet.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, there's. Quite often I do get women that that want to tell me everything and it's almost like their soul wants to ask, but it doesn't come through, you know, and so I don't say anything. But I can see, I could see where there is limiting, where there could be potential, where there could be an adjustment. That doesn't have to be so macro, but just these little micro adjustments can really kind of set the course and course correct the direction of being enthusiastic of your life, and not that they're non-enthusiastic of their life, but they're reaching for something that their heart really, truly wants. Right, but sometimes it's difficult to make that request.

Speaker 1:

You know, it's difficult for us to be humble enough to ask for help, to ask for help.

Speaker 2:

To ask for help.

Speaker 1:

But you know, like, the most powerful people on the planet ask for a lot of help. They have the most staff, they have the most mentors, they have most coaches around them. You know what I mean. Most astrologers Asking for help is. You know, the more you ask for help, the more successful you're going to be you know, and I used to be one that you know.

Speaker 1:

I've learned in my gray days, you know, after losing a lot of my friends over giving unsolicited advice. I learned the lesson the hard way. But hey, here I am. I should have just started a podcast 10 years ago, but really I've stopped giving advice unless I'm asked for advice.

Speaker 1:

And very specifically because, people, we can only deliver what you know. It's hard to share things if they don't want to hear it. And quite often if you share something they don't want to hear, then we're going to lose a friend and we don't want to lose you guys. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

In the Gene Keys I'm going to get a little bit personal, but in the Gene Keys that was my take, that was my feedback, that was my activation is this fluctuation between honesty and dishonesty, because my Libra, or my moon is in Libra. So I like to, you know, keep the equanimity, I like to keep harmony, I don't like to rattle, rattle the boat. So if I see something and someone would ask me like, what do you think of this? I would kind of paraphrase it into the qualities that wouldn't hurt their feelings, because I didn't want to lose that friendship and that quite often made me dishonest.

Speaker 2:

You know, and this is something that I've was able to navigate and activate on my own, but she kind of brought it up and confirmed it and she's like it's your spirit speaking to their spirit when you come in harsh. You know, and I know that you know I fall in the category of being a Saturn teacher, which means like I come with lessons for you to learn and apply, right and. And when she told me that I'm like, yes, I need to be more because I'm selectively like that. You know, if I'm holding space and you're coming to my domain as a teacher, like student teacher, then that's when I give. But if I know you in the friendship realm I'm not, I'm going to just you know unless you ask for support.

Speaker 1:

So there are people around you that want to give you help and support, but they won't unless you ask unless you ask, and they're all around you. They're all around you but also you want to get advice from someone that maybe um is an expander and for you in some way you know.

Speaker 2:

That you see as a role model.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That you like. You kind of feel lit up in their presence.

Speaker 1:

For example, it's really hard for me to get advice from someone who's single. No offense to all you single people, we love you. However, for me, where I'm aspiring to be, where I'm going in my life, is to be in a relationship and to hold the relationship and to hold the relationship, and to hold the relationship.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, anybody can be in a relationship. It's a matter of being able to hold it.

Speaker 1:

So for me that's one of the things. Is this person leading this workshop or ceremony or whatever actually in a relationship? If not, then maybe it's just. Maybe they're great at what they do, but it's just not for me. That's all, that's what they do, but it's just not for me that's all that's all, and not to cut off all people who aren't you know. Yeah, in that realm it's just my personal thing and that maybe that's not for you it's not for me, like the gene keys girl that I sat with.

Speaker 2:

She was young and a child not a child, but she was young, you know, and I just.

Speaker 2:

For me, it was like the stars but you had that connection, yeah, and you trusted trusted it and it's great yeah, there's no absolutes, yeah, even in that yeah because, and that thing, that thing too is the freedom to you know, to be humbled and like, actually I know nothing, you know I know nothing, and then I could, you know, I could, shuffle, do the dance, take two steps back, you know, find the rhythm again and then move forward and, of course, correct, and maybe, you know, maybe maybe the monk that never got married that we'll meet in.

Speaker 1:

Bhutan when we go in October. I'm sure I'll read my words for sure.

Speaker 2:

That's the irony of this life, you know, and the next thing is like celebrating your progress is that like wow, I went through the dark night yes, that's the thing we thing we never give ourselves the space to celebrate how far we've come and what we're relishing in right now. We're like always quickly on to the next thing because of fear of losing the momentum, or like what more can be gained. Yeah, so we have these two friends.

Speaker 1:

One is a guy, one's a girl, and they're so in their minds, yet, like every time they come back to these workshops, they're, it feels like, it looks like how they share with us, they're in the same space. But then I see them out in the real world and they're actually moving life, but then they pretend like they're not moving forward. So we play this game called let's pretend. Then we forget we're pretending and then it becomes our reality, you know. So stop pretending that you're weak, or stop pretending you're stuck in your head, or even, if you're in your head, maybe start pretending that you're not in your head, start pretending that you are moving forward, and soon enough you will be moving forward.

Speaker 1:

You know, let's pretend positive things.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, the positivity, a little bit of positivity eh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So let's celebrate our progress, let's use that progress, build courage, build a sense of self, a sense of self-confidence, the humbleness to ask for help from the right people. Maybe.

Speaker 2:

And the space to integrate. And sometimes that may look like taking a little retreat to self-nourish. You know, it doesn't have to be a retreat where you plug yourself into another program, but like a retreat to do nothing, right To forest, bathe, to nature, bask, to just be with the elements. You know, maybe just driving out of the city, renting a little cabin somewhere in the woods, somewhere in the forest, somewhere on the coast, just anywhere where there can be that kind of solitude, you know, so that you give that space to let spirit kind of work through you as you.

Speaker 1:

And knowing how the mind works. So we you know every moment the thousand pedal jewel, the pedal will fall and that's a thousand thoughts. Of those thoughts maybe you get to process one, maybe, maybe you bring it to action, but most of these thoughts don't end up being turning into an emotion, so it's fully processed. So then even that one thought that we took action on hasn't been processed. So all the thousand thoughts end up in our subconscious.

Speaker 1:

Over time our subconscious gets very full and we need practices like we use kundalini yoga, we use mantra meditations to open the lid, empty out the subconscious mind, so that we can fill it again with the goodness. And mantra is a beautiful thing, it's a wave that we can catch. That puts us in the space that allows the mind to empty itself. We empty ourselves into the mantra, we empty ourselves into the cup of tea, we empty ourselves like that, and once we have space, you know, for us it's a daily thing to empty the mind. Um, that can just be a walk in the by the ocean, that can be a walk in forest. You know, that can be all those things.

Speaker 2:

It doesn't have to be a mantra meditation or kundalini yoga or anything like that, but for us that's what it is there's other techniques that were just taught to us about two years ago which we're not certified to share yet because we need to apply it for the next three more years, but once we do that, we'd love to share it, with permission by by our teachers, by our mentors, but it works, it fucking works.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, there's great, there's great, there's so many amazing techniques and things like that. But the most simple is to be open and curious. Now that you've done this work, you've done this workshop, you've done this training, done the ceremony, and now you're like OK, how is my life shifting, you know? And then not to have the expectation of something big shifting. Maybe it was congratulations, pat yourself on the back, but most often it's so subtle and in that subtleness, if we can relish in it, put the sweetness in it, give thanks for it, it will grow. The small fire again will become a big fire, that digestive fire. Nurturing the digestive fire's a very physical thing we have to nurture in the physical body.

Speaker 2:

And if you're living an experience where you feel like you've kind of understand the assignment and your beloved is not quite there right and maybe you have. You know your most dearest friend going through some hardships and the depression can be heavy right. The dark ages are upon us in some thought construct. The best way to help those is to be a living, breathing, walking role, model of your integration.

Speaker 1:

And I think we'll end it with that Boom Integrate friends, integrate. The world needs, you Needs your light. Integrate friends, integrate.

Speaker 2:

You know the world needs you, needs your light, it needs your leadership.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it needs us. Your life is important, your thoughts are important, your actions are important and together, coming together in these ways, we can really make a change. And Pluto and Aquarius right now change is happening. No matter what we do, no matter how much we try to go back, it's going forward. So here we go.

Speaker 2:

It's going forward. There's no playbook this time around. So it's up to you to design the life that you want to inhabit, a planet you want to inhabit. And if that means going against you know the herd, then that means going against you know the herd, then that means going against the herd you heard it here. First Portal to bloom.

Speaker 1:

Thank you so much, everyone. We'll see you soon, sat Nam.
