0064: Unleashing AI Agents: Exploring Goose's Desktop Automation Power

• BobbyD, D'Hustle and Raymond...don't call him RayRay

What if your AI assistant could literally take control of your computer? We're diving deep into Goose, a groundbreaking open-source AI agent that brings a new dimension to human-computer interaction. Unlike traditional AI tools that operate within web browsers, Goose can physically control your computer – moving your mouse, clicking buttons, and typing commands in response to your natural language instructions.

This remarkable technology from Block (formerly Square) represents a significant shift toward "agentic AI" – artificial intelligence that independently executes complex tasks across your entire operating system. We explore how it works, potential applications, and the creative "Duck Duck Goose" philosophy behind its design. Currently available primarily for Mac users, this tool hints at a future where the boundaries between human intention and computer execution become increasingly blurred.

We don't stop there. Our tech news segment tackles NVIDIA's latest GPU hotfix addressing persistent display issues, Microsoft's controversial decision to charge $1.50 per core for Windows security updates (potentially costing enterprise customers millions), and PlayStation's generous free content update. We also dive into an essential conversation about data backup strategies after discussing the Netflix documentary on the 2015 Ashley Madison breach, which resulted in devastating personal consequences for users who trusted their data with a single service.

From groundbreaking AI tools to critical security insights, this episode delivers practical knowledge to help you navigate today's rapidly evolving tech landscape. Whether you're curious about the future of desktop automation or simply want to better protect your digital life, we've got you covered with actionable insights and thoughtful analysis.

Speaker 1:

The cool thing about Goose is this new binary or program that runs on your computer. So when you actually talk to the AI, the AI actually has access to your computers. So I could say, and I'll just use Goose as a name, I'll say hey, goose, can you open up my Chrome browser and go to wwwthetechcouselcom? And what will happen is Goose, as the agent itself, will go onto my computer, run the commands, open up the browser, move my mouse around, click that area and then type it in for me and execute whatever ads it takes.

Speaker 2:

Duck, duck Goose. Yeah right, I'll tell you exactly how that is for people who don't understand.

Speaker 1:

Welcome, welcome, welcome.

Speaker 2:

Yep.

Speaker 1:

What's going on?

Speaker 2:

D-Hustle what's going on. Hustle what's going on chilling man.

Speaker 1:

It's tuesday, all right, regular scheduled podcast recording for us. Sir, we got raymond. Don't call him ray ray what's going on?

Speaker 3:

player, I'm here hanging hanging in there.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah always got some stuff going on at work stressing you out huh, the one that's holding it down on the keyboard but we got a really nice show for you. This is episode number 64, fellas. Um, we made it to 64, heading on to 70 and beyond. Um, I want to say first of all, thank y'all so much for tuning in, thank y'all for pulling up. I'm your host, bobby d.

Speaker 1:

We got my big guy d hustle we got rain don't call him ray ray and we got a really nice packed show for you all today. So to kick us off, I'm going to give you all a tech talk. We're going to talk about this really cool agent that you can install on your laptop. You know AI is always top of subject for us, so definitely tune in, tune in, and then we're going to have D Hustle with some tech, current events, tech gadgets, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Got some lined up for us.

Speaker 1:

Got a lot of issues it issues. It's gonna be one of those.

Speaker 3:

One of those I can kind of guess already what it is facts, because I've seen some updates come too.

Speaker 1:

And then we got raymond don't call him ray ray with some uh, you said a follow-up nugget yeah, and some uh a documentary review, right? Yes, documentary yeah he's been dropping some documentaries lately um you know,

Speaker 1:

I'll give him some props a little bit later also switching it up. You know movie documentary, you know show yeah, you gotta give them a little something right, sauce it up a little bit. Especially they tune in just to your episodes, oh yeah the algorithm shows that they go to your section first okay and then we'll have DeHustle closes out with some sports, a lot of stuff going on NFL Draft and obviously the NBA Championship and all that not championship, but the playoffs sir um and yeah, raymond, I see you over there hiding.

Speaker 1:

You're not. You're not wearing your festive. I almost called out today yeah, I can see that we'll get into that a little bit later and then I have a closeout, obviously shouting out our sponsors, um, and then, yeah, so y'all in on what we got going on the rest of the year, um, but I think we're the first things up, but we're going to be talking about a tech talk. Y'all ready for that? Yeah all right fellas be quiet yeah, can't wait.

Speaker 1:

And you know what? The other day I was listening to our podcast on repeat, um, and I feel like especially my section that I'm I'm like lecturers, like I'm lecturing. Go ahead, raymond, I see you already nodding. No, I'm just saying.

Speaker 3:

I've gotten feedback from people like that they listen to the podcast. A friend of mine, which is a lady friend, yeah, I was like, yeah, why does uh? You know, bobby d reads the sheet like it's a classroom. I think it's funny she's like you know, he reads to run a show like it's a classroom.

Speaker 1:

You know thing, it's pretty funny hey, I mean, I'm just trying to keep everything orderly, everybody on the same page, uh. And obviously our podcast is a little different than most, uh, because sometimes I feel like one person said man, it's like we're listening to a radio show and I was like yo tune in, tune in because we got some good stuff. But anyways, uh, the reason why I'm bringing this up is that I definitely want to make sure everyone knows that, hey, I'm, I'm really just dropping gems, I'm giving knowledge, and I am very, a little different when I describe things. I get into really detailed details, but also I'm an engineer at heart. So I think about things a little different and I'm really doing this because I want us to level up. I don't want us to get left behind. So if it does feel a little like lecturous or like I'm teaching a class, just know that it's a skill of mine. I do enjoy teaching, I do enjoy public speaking, um, but I'm really trying to level y'all up. So, uh, keep sending us this feedback and we'll keep going at it. But we're gonna jump right into the product that we're gonna be talking about.

Speaker 1:

Today is an ai agent called goose. Has anybody heard of that before?

Speaker 3:

g-o-o-s-e no goose, yeah right.

Speaker 1:

It's sometimes crazy how these people get these names, but I'll break it down in terms of how I stumble upon it and definitely get you all interested in it. So, as you know, the TED Talk section of our podcast I usually talk about something about AI. Obviously, there's always some new announcements, you know, new versions of AI, large language models coming out. But, as of late, a good friend of mine online and I don't know if y'all had a chance to meet her yet. Big shout outs to her because I need you on the show for sure.

Speaker 1:

Angie Jones. Big shout outs to Angie Jones Can't wait until we get you on the podcast with Backstage with Bobby D, and she's somebody that I've worked with working at Twitter, but she's, you know, obviously take it to the next level, because she's just been climbing the ladder and right now I believe the last time I looked at her title she's like the vice president of developer advocate for Box. You ever heard of Box before? I know the company named Box, but you heard of Square, right? Yeah, the other company that Jack Dorsey created with Square for the payment system and stuff like that. So a few years back they kind of rebranded, renamed herself to box but they do more than just payment systems.

Speaker 1:

Um, they are actually stepping into the lane of developing. You know some products around ai, and one of the cool products that they've released is this product called goose g-o-o-s-e. It is open source, so big shout out to them for open source. Uh, this product, um, but just think of it as a way for your laptop to basically get an ai that runs on it. So a lot of the things that we've been utilizing uh ai for is to chat right back and forth with chat, gpt or deep seek or even, you know, generating images is the last, one of the last episodes I heard us talking about where you're using, like mid journey or even open AI is now image generator just to talk to it and say, hey, create me an image of someone sitting in front of a podcast on, and so forth.

Speaker 1:

But all of that is being run on somebody else's computer, right? You're logged into the internet, it's through the web browser or on your app on your phone, but none of that is running locally. So let's say that I had, or want, to, ask my AI, which is named Jules. I say, hey, jules, can you open up this app on my computer? Jules, gonna be like I don't have access to your computer, right, because it's all out on the internet. But the cool thing about goose is this new binary or program that runs on your computer. So when you actually talk to the AI, the AI actually has access to your computers. So I could say and I'll just use Goose as a name I'll say hey, goose, can you open up my Chrome browser and go to wwwthetechcouncilcom. And what will happen is Goose, as the agent itself, will go onto my computer, run the commands, open up the browser, move my mouse around, click that area and then type it in for me and execute whatever it asks it to do Duck, duck Goose.

Speaker 1:

Yeah right, I'll tell you exactly how that is for people who don't understand.

Speaker 2:

First duck is the application on your laptop. Duck is the application on your laptop. Second duck is basically communicating to your AI and then goose exploring.

Speaker 1:

Is the actual execution. Wow look at D Hustle here.

Speaker 3:

Now he knows exactly where they came up with this name from right.

Speaker 1:

And technically that's exactly the way that I like to describe it, because you're giving it a task to do and it's just basically going and going and going and boom, hey, I found it Right. So duck, duck, goose, and you know, we got to patent this a little bit. That's a nice explanation, right? But the other thing that I really like about this tool because I'm testing it out myself is it really just gives me this feeling like, um, low-key. My next thing is is I'm actually going to set up a computer next to me and just have goose installed on it and then just let my jewels utilize goose to do things that I need to do, right? Um, because that's where the agentic ai is eventually getting to it, meaning that it's just going to do things on its own. You have any opinions about this or concerns? Yet raymond or?

Speaker 3:

it sounds pretty interesting. I definitely want to try that out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and the cool thing is it's open source, meaning that it's free to use. I will say that the basic desktop usage is only supported on Mac right now, so they do have it available.

Speaker 2:

Shout out to Mac.

Speaker 1:

They're like yo, if you got a Mac, plug us in type stuff, um, but they are, is because it's open source of the community is eventually going to develop it for other platforms, um, but there is a command line version of it too, so for windows users and other users you can still use it, but it's going to be doing command line type execution. Um, you know, I wish I had this thing when I was at the keyboard, bro, like yeah, I just don't know how much more I would have been able to get work done, especially with a tool like this that would be able to execute certain tasks for me, um, but let me just also say y'all got to keep an eye on it, so don't just let it go crazy, because you never even know what it's going to do.

Speaker 1:

I wouldn't do account numbers. I wouldn't do you know credit card numbers. I wouldn't do any type of banking or finance things with it. Yet we're going to get there, but definitely as a first time, just testing it out to see what it could do from. Hey, go and buy me. Me and my wife are going out this Friday. Can you go find me tickets at the improv comedy show. It'll go through the process and get to the last end and waiting for a credit card.

Speaker 1:

Let's say that I'm working on an Excel spreadsheet and I don't remember formula, right, it's like, hey, can you look at this Excel spreadsheet and tell me what formula is to add this column and this row together to give me a sum, and we'll actually go and do it right. Another use case that I've seen people use it for is like reviewing content. Like, hey, can you go to this blog post, read this post for me and then give me like a synopsis of it, like it actually goes through the steps of executing it, and the cool thing about this is, is that what it, what it's going to do for us in terms of this agentic error that we're in I'm an agentic means basically agents or computers doing it themselves is companies won't have to change the way that they're doing things. They just because now the AI can act like a human right. For instance, we reported something called MCP. It's like the model control protocol or what was it called?

Speaker 2:

again, you're done with OPP.

Speaker 1:

But anyway, mcp is created so that AIs don't have to do these things that humans do. But this right here makes it so that it doesn't matter anymore, because the computer can act like a human and do it, or the AI can do it on the computer like it's a human. So I do want to encourage you all to check it out. Block is the company Big shout-outs for them. Number one for open sourcing it. Number two they have a really good developer advocate group that's going out there and talking about it even more. They like developer advocate group that's going out there and talking about it even more. They all look like us. So you know Angie, she's like, oh, you make sure that they look like. You know black and brown people. So she's definitely ensuring that our community is getting exposed to it. But I do want to encourage you all to check it out. Is goose G O O S E and it's by block B, l O C K and, yeah, it's open source. So check it out, okay, yeah, all right.

Speaker 2:

And also this message is for Angie If you, if you're listening in, uh, please show your face. I like to see you in person, cause I'm thinking you AI right now. He said you got to pull up to the show.

Speaker 1:

pull up to the show. For sure, we're definitely going to get Angie on backstage. She she in our industry, a thought leader and, yeah, I definitely respect her voice. She travels the world speaking on stage talking about her journey, but also giving away a lot of knowledge. She has a few patents. You obviously can see. I've been following along and if you're not following her, definitely check her out. Angie Jones We'll put a link inside there.

Speaker 2:

Free publicity for her, but that means you got to pull up to the show angie, like yeah, no, ai's out here.

Speaker 1:

All right, d so we're gonna jump into the next section here where we got some uh, tech news, tech gadgets, current events and stuff that's going on in the industry. So what's good kid?

Speaker 2:

all right. Well, first thing, uh, happy tuesday. Hope everybody's having a phenomenal tuesday. Thank you for joining the show first time listeners. Welcome recurring listeners. We're back at it with another adventure NVIDIA.

Speaker 3:

They're not.

Speaker 2:

They're not Human, but you know they make mistakes.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

NVIDIA is issuing another GPU hotfix driver to address all crashes and bugs. Ooh, this has been a lot of fix for the rtx 50 series issues. Uh, just so I'm giving out just this. Target basically is lingering, uh, display related for bugs. Uh, it basically was going on with them. It does a lot of attempts to fix black screens, issues affecting various lg monitors using display port 1, 2.1, as well as gray screen crashes. Of course you know a lot of people are getting the flickering, also at a high refresh rate and a multicolor setup. Yeah, so NVIDIA is having some little issues going on there. I thought they weren't having any issues, but now they are not perfect.

Speaker 1:

And this seems like it's definitely on the gaming side of the house. We don't usually hear nvidia talk much about gaming anymore because they've been ai heavily correct, but it also for me means that a lot of development has been more on the ai side and now the gaming side is kind of tilting a little bit. Um. But yeah, it looks like it's a hot fix to fix some drivers. Yeah, get those gpus. It's a hot fix to fix some drivers. Yeah, get those GPUs. It also said they're overheating too, which is crazy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I guess they're having a lot of hot fixes going on over there and glitches and stuff.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

You gamers know exactly what's going on on your 576.26,. You know versions that you guys have on the RX 50 series. But you know Upgrade your have on the rx uh 50 series.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, you know, upgrade your drivers, yeah that's basically what it comes down to.

Speaker 2:

Uh, next playstation 5 a good special going on right now. So all you playstation 5 gamers are having a beautiful, enormous free download and, guess what? You do not need the PlayStation Plus for it. Oh, congratulations. So all you guys who are basically playing PlayStation 5, including my son and nephews just let you know that they are having a big, humongous, big humongous free content update for you guys today, across all platforms.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

No subscription is required for you guys today, across all platforms. Yeah, no subscription is required for you guys. Update includes a new area called the sea of stars. Co-op challenge, social features, new outfits, shops and events. Players logging in before may 6th will receive a free in-game as a compensation, uh, for recent downtime oh, oh, the compensation for a recent downtime yeah, because they're saying right now um, this goes live and expected to be a quite large size of a download oh, okay, okay, the update itself yes, yeah, I will say that this is actually a question that I have for you both, uh, and I don't know if y'all notice your kids playing more free games.

Speaker 2:

Infinity Nikki is called. What's that? That's the name of the download.

Speaker 1:

Oh, the download I got you. But how do y'all feel about them giving away all these free games? Because I feel like it's like Fortnite was the first one, now they have this new Marvel one that my son keeps playing, and now it sounds like playstation is trying to, you know, still position themselves. But what do y'all feel about them giving away games for free?

Speaker 3:

yeah, I mean they're it's, it's free, but then they tie you in with the little add-ons.

Speaker 1:

That's how they make their money oh, oh, with the skins and the upgrades and stuff like that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, I agree, so they're making their money back oh yeah, like I am, like, I don't even give my son allowance electronically, no more I give him cash because all he does is waste it on playstation and buy skins and the stuff. I'm sick of it. I'm like dude, buy some tangible items like a shirt or something or shoes, and he's like that's your job. He spends all his money on playstation and it's like to the point where I'm just giving him cash now.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's ridiculous. What are you going to do with $5, bro, you can't even buy nothing, no more for $5.

Speaker 1:

You're going to take it on $5 and below or something?

Speaker 3:

His allowance is actually $10,. All right, it's $10 every two weeks.

Speaker 2:

That's two shirts. Oh, that's funny.

Speaker 3:

Whatever the point is, I'm and buy something else besides wasting it on playstation that's true, that's true, he's a kid.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, oh my gosh okay I get that, but how's he gonna learn how to save?

Speaker 2:

yes, and soon he'll learn.

Speaker 1:

It's crazy, but I will say I will say in in term of, like these gaming companies, like I think this is their new hustle, right is they do give away something for free, but under the sheets they know that it's going to create like a wave of purchasing, uh, down the line. Um, I mean, I, I couldn't imagine this when I was a kid. Right, because you had to go, you know, spend 59.99, yeah, um, or and or, you know. Now they don't even go buy dvds and cds for no more for games, it's just all downloading yeah, it's all electronic.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, um well yeah, I mean, can you still go get the heart?

Speaker 3:

you still can. Well, that's if you get the disc version of your playstation, I guess would you call it? The disc version or whatever the blu-ray, whatever.

Speaker 1:

Oh, I was gonna think say that was like a blu-ray or something like that, so yeah, but hey, anyways, big shout out to uh. Who is it? Uh, playstation five, uh, giving away some free stuff and to Nicky. And yeah, don't be spending all your money on these damn electronic games and stuff like that. Save some games.

Speaker 2:

It is what it is. Next bulletin we have here Microsoft confirms that they have a $1.50 Windows security update hot patch free starting July 1st. What, yeah? So basically Windows trying to step up all you guys who need some security updates, just like our famous Apple. Basically, what they're doing is allowing updates to install without requiring a system reboot. Initially, this was more specific for Windows 11 and the prior devices, but it will also be fulfilled implementing within Windows Server 2025, starting this year, july 1st. These updates are applied in memory to running process, enabling faster deployment, smaller update packages and fewer reboots. This improves the system availability and reduces the windows and vulnerability. Between discovering a security flaw and patching, it's basically administrating otherwise delayed updates.

Speaker 2:

So, in case you guys wanted to get some good updates at a cheap, cheap, cheap $1.50.

Speaker 1:

This is crazy. So Microsoft is basically going to charge $1.50. This is crazy. So Microsoft is basically going to charge $1.50 per core for Windows updates.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's nuts Windows they're supposed to be free. Well, they are free.

Speaker 1:

Not no more.

Speaker 1:

That's nuts A dollar and I guess just to get our listeners on the same page of why this is kind of taking me back is like windows server. So when you install windows server, you're usually installing it on a computer that has a lot of cpus, right, a lot of cores. The last systems that I used to work on they were like almost like 80 to 100 cores. Now if we do 80 cores times a dollar, 50, let's see 80 times $1.50, that's 120. And now if I had at my last time I had, let's say, 10 000 computers, uh, that's 120, no, that's 1.2 million dollars it's interesting.

Speaker 3:

I wonder where they're doing this.

Speaker 1:

I mean, that's they're gonna be making a lot of money, yeah, and, and like that's crazy, wow, microsoft. I mean that, I don't know, I wonder if?

Speaker 3:

what if they start doing this in the future for like apple and stuff like that?

Speaker 1:

yeah, like this is like kind of like leading to that. It's like well, as you can see, apple's always on the bandwagon of everything. Yeah I'm sorry I wouldn't put it past them. I was waiting for d to jump in. I know he was. You know they're gonna copy.

Speaker 2:

Oh shit, they're doing that. Let's do it too let's charge them two dollars. An update um apple. Apple holler at me man you guys got no fucking creativity over there. You guys are biting. I call you guys copywriters biters. You guys are not a leader, you guys are fucking followers.

Speaker 1:

Wow bro.

Speaker 2:

That's harsh. I don't give a fuck.

Speaker 1:

But it's true, though, I ain't afraid.

Speaker 2:

Give me a call, let's work on this shit together and basically we can definitely definitely make something out of here. And then oh you know, if you don't want to pay us, let's get the podcast out there. Yeah, and I'll help you guys out. Yeah, for sure, because you guys got to stop freaking biting shit Facts. That's why Google went and took your shit With Android Bastards.

Speaker 1:

Back to a regular story, but yeah other than that man, yeah, I'm.

Speaker 2:

I don't I see apple doing copying it and just taking around.

Speaker 1:

I mean other other people's gonna do it too, so this is just somebody has to start, yeah, in order for it to follow all I know is I can't wait to see what microsoft's annual or not that quarterly report is once this happens in the first of july. Um, because they're definitely gonna be ranking in some money off of that. So it's wild, I'm gonna move a few shares over there what else we got?

Speaker 2:

that's all I got gentlemen.

Speaker 1:

Oh, thank you so much for that d hustle my guy all right. So we got next up raymond. Don't call him ray ray with some. Uh, you said that you're gonna rehash out a follow-up story that we had, so put us up on game man, what's good.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so before I. Yeah so D Hustle gave a story last week tech news that I was like very, very interested in, infatuated with. I was reading about it all week, talking to it, about it to all my coworkers and doing some research myself. Did you also tell him to watch the podcast too? I did so, but before I uh kind of like rehash his tech story, just a quick question for you guys like what do you guys use to back up your data, your personal files and stuff? Do you use a hard drive? Do you use online storage?

Speaker 1:

I'm just curious just for the audience and stuff like that so I I normally have um my backups locally at the house. So I have like a, a raspberry pi that has some hard drives attached to it, and then we can back it up same raspberry pi.

Speaker 2:

They say he's gonna get us and we're still freaking, waiting for the I was supposed to get one for everybody, still, waiting guys. As you can see, they're both related.

Speaker 1:

But the Raspberry Pi that I have set up at the house is my backup, is like my central backup, Okay so you have a physical device. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

So let's just say, if your house burned down, you would lose that.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

This guy when he said the house is going to fucking burn down. I'm just saying I don't know what he's trying to set up, bro, Just you know D?

Speaker 3:

do you use any?

Speaker 1:

But I have actually let me rephrase I got two types of backup. I have the physical backup, but then I also backup to out to the cloud.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so I do have two, okay, so you ever done this. All right, that's what I was getting at.

Speaker 2:

Okay, do you use any backups or anything? D come okay, all right, I'm good out here.

Speaker 1:

Okay, all right just so nobody comes looking right okay, but at least I cloud right, yeah, I cloud, but I even I'll purge every six months.

Speaker 3:

So it's like I don't need anything?

Speaker 2:

okay, all right. So yeah, what do you use? What do you?

Speaker 3:

uh, I use a microsoft one drive one drive.

Speaker 3:

Okay, I got you so uh, I to do a rare something I've never done here criticize Apple here. D Hustle gave a story last week about this guy that got his iPhone pickpocketed and he lost all of his data. He's suing Apple for $5 million, which is terrible. I feel horrible. Like I was reading comments on it. I was on Reddit. People were calling this guy a dumbass because he was some kind of tech consultant. They were like ass because he was some kind of tech consultant they're like why would you have all your files on your phone?

Speaker 3:

but obviously he had his stuff in the apple iCloud and they, you know, figured out his pin on his phone and they changed his apple id and they changed his recovery key. Hence they took all of his shit, which. I felt terrible. So my rare criticism here is you know, using online backup storage, do not use apple.

Speaker 3:

If you have all your shit on apple and the cloud like you get hacked and they encrypt your stuff, you're screwed so my public service announcement is use something else besides apple iCloud, because if you get your phone stolen, like this guy, and they figure out your password and they encrypt all your stuff, you're screwed yeah so that I felt so bad. So I don't use apple icloud, I use microsoft one drive, because it's a whole separate authentication to get in there. If you were to steal my phone, good luck. But um, but yeah, that's just don't keep all your eggs in one basket. That's kind of what my nugget is yeah like with this guy.

Speaker 3:

I feel terrible like two terabytes of data they took from this guy and, yeah, if you get your stuff broken into, apple will not help you decrypt it no, I mean, they can't there's really no way to decrypt it I mean you, you, you, and that's why encryption is so strong, correct.

Speaker 1:

It's like once that, once that data is encrypted with a special key. If you don't have that key, it's a wrap.

Speaker 3:

Yeah and they change this guy's key and just like the mayor of new york, what's his name? Eric adams. Then you know, the fbi has this phone and they asked apple to break into it and apple said no yeah so like if you are all apple, which is great, but just try to use something else as well to keep your stuff.

Speaker 1:

That's just my public service announcement, because apple will not help you, yeah, if your stuff gets locked down so, yeah, yeah, is there any good and I know you spent some time researching some of this stuff Is there any good, like tutorials, how-to, that we can recommend to our audience, Like what is 1Password or not 1Pass, 1onedrive and how do I set it up that way? Have you seen anything?

Speaker 3:

I mean, you know just what I use personally is 1Drive. It backs up all my files automatically and I structure them with folders and stuff like that.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 3:

It's $10 a month and I think it's worth every penny. But you know, I'm just kind of like an anal, like that. I have everything.

Speaker 1:

Nicely structured folders and stuff like that.

Speaker 3:

Nicely structured pictures, folders, my taxes. I have stuff encrypted.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

But you know, if you don't care about backing up your data, then hey, whatever. But yeah, I personally use OneDrive.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3:

I used to use Amazon Drive, but they got rid of it, so they just do the commercial stuff now.

Speaker 2:

So now I use OneDrive, yeah.

Speaker 3:

But just back up your stuff, whether it's physically or online. Just don't put everything on Apple, your phone and iCloud, because if you get hacked or you take your phone, you're screwed 100%.

Speaker 2:

So this that you send here is for those are just different cloud platforms.

Speaker 3:

You know, do your research, pick what you want. But there's so many different ones out there. Like I said, I use OneDrive, there's Google, there's Dropbox. I just kind of dropped in a bunch of them in there.

Speaker 1:

Just do your research, whatever is the best price and you think is good just pick it, so yeah, all right just, yeah, yeah, I would, I would definitely.

Speaker 1:

So what I also have and this is kind of like even more details is like um, I use a lot of google drives to back up my photos. So I use, like, so I have icloud and then I have google drive and then I have obviously the hard copy that I have at the house. But the cool thing that I do do is that I use Google Drive as my archive. Like I put all my pictures going to Google Drive.

Speaker 1:

And then that's in iCloud is only like 90 days old and stuff like that. Because what happens is if you start to fill up iCloud, then they're going to ask you hey, you need to go buy another 100 gig or something like that. So I'm not playing that game.

Speaker 3:

So I basically make sure that that stays at a certain limit, but everything goes into my google drive because I got 100 gigs at google drive, because I have other subscriptions and stuff like that.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so you can just play around with these different providers. And and the sucky thing here is is something that's free said uh, it's not that it's free, but it's because I have um, uh, the cell phone service through Google, google Fi. They give me 100 gig for free. So then it's not. So I say it's not free, but it's included in the service.

Speaker 2:

Gotcha.

Speaker 1:

But the other thing that I was going to bring up is is dang, I forgot. My train of thought is is like backing up these, these, these, your data, or moving it off to another service. You got to be careful, because you said something, too, that you used to back up to Amazon, and they got rid of that service. Yeah, that part sucks.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but they gave you advance warning like, hey, get rid of your stuff, we're shutting this down. So that's why I moved to.

Speaker 2:

Microsoft.

Speaker 3:

And I failed to mention that I use two services. I use Amazon for my pictures.

Speaker 2:

So if you have Amazon Prime.

Speaker 3:

You can back up all your pictures for free. Yeah, you can't do videos. Videos they'll charge you, but I have Amazon. I have all my pictures on Amazon and all my files on Microsoft. So you take my phone, good luck.

Speaker 2:

You ain't got to get nothing on there.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, because I keep nothing on my phone.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So, amazon, if you have Prime, you can back up all your pictures for free yeah so that's just a little nugget there all right, raymond, thank you so much and definitely I hope y'all are aware of, like the, the value around this. This guy's uh lost two terabytes.

Speaker 3:

Look soon for five million all your stuff on your phone it's crazy even if you get arrested, they take your phone like I'm just telling you they can look at all your stuff like how is? That they can unlock it?

Speaker 2:

yeah, if they unlock. Yeah, how would they unlock it if they don't have your information?

Speaker 3:

Well, I mean, there's they, can they have ways of unlocking your phone? So why are you in jail? Well, not in jail, but I'm just saying, let's just say, if you get pulled over, or something like that or whatever, and you know they take your phone and you unlock it for them.

Speaker 3:

They don't need a warrant for your phone they do technically need a warrant for your phone yeah, so just you know people who don't lock their phones or whatever, just putting it out there don't keep stuff on your phone that you don't want people to see.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean that's tough because that's everybody's life. Now, yeah, I feel like this is like the new laptop right, like everything is on there for people, just yeah. But they put too much trust in this device for sure yeah, all right yeah. All right, raymond. What else you got player?

Speaker 3:

Another one here is not exciting, but this is a website called Bleeping Computer. It's basically Bleeping Computer. Bleeping Computer basically has, like you know, non-traditional stories that's not covered by like big news media. So if you want some tech news that's not really on CNN or MSN and and stuff like that and they have tutorials and all that, it's just a different avenue which is pretty cool. So it's called bleeping computer.

Speaker 1:

They've got tutorials and mainstream news is not covering some of the tech news stuff out there, check it out it's called bleeping computer yeah, I see some really cool stuff here, yeah, so over a hundred thousand two hundred sap net waiver servers vulnerabilities, so so it also has some vulnerability stuff.

Speaker 3:

Oh, they talk about Linux on here. Yeah, it's kind of techie geeky, but you know check it out. They've got some tutorials and stuff like that I'm already plugged in.

Speaker 1:

This does what now?

Speaker 3:

Tutorials and tech news tutorials.

Speaker 1:

But really techie, techie stuff. They're diving deeper than what is normally covered. All right, raymond. See, windows 11 Recall AI is now rolling out in co-pilot to PC. Man. Oh man, everybody's had some type of update, security features and stuff like that. All right, raymond. Thank you for those two nuggets there. Now on my list here it says that you got another show or documentary that you wanted to talk about. What's up, kid? I do.

Speaker 3:

So this is a very popular service. I want to preference this, that I was not on this site while I was married.

Speaker 3:

Maybe I checked it out, Come on bro, when I'm single now and stuff like that. It's a very popular service, which no judgment to people who've checked it out but they did a documentary about this site. They about this site. They had a big hack back in 2015 was covered all over the news. Uh, not to give too much away, but you know, like when you guys go on a website and it says hey we're fully secure. We've got ssl security and all that. Well, this site, it was all bogus.

Speaker 3:

It was a lie people were putting in all their information and was trusting it, and netflix did a documentary about it. It's three episodes. I thought it was great. The site was completely a lie. It was full of shit, they weren't saving your data. They got hacked and then the hackers threatened them. They said, hey, you need to shut this site down or we're going to release all these people's information, and it's really sad. A lot of people died based on the names being released and stuff.

Speaker 1:

I'm on the names being released and stuff. I'm on the edge, bro, I'm on the edge. It's crazy, I highly recommend it.

Speaker 3:

People lost their lives and stuff like that. So the documentary I highly recommend it. I just dropped it in there.

Speaker 2:

The service is still on to this day.

Speaker 3:

The documentary is called Ashley Madison Sex Lies and Scandal.

Speaker 2:

There it goes, there we go.

Speaker 3:

So I don't know if anyone has checked this site out. You know I don't recommend it if you're married, but if you're single like myself, I don't know if you guys know what this site is, but it's a. Everybody knows what site this is so I guess I'm not going to explain what it is, but yeah what's the? Site. Uh, ashley madison. So yeah, basically it's for people who are married that are trying to cheat on their spouses. So, anyways, they got hacked back in 2015.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and they released all these people's data. Famous people lost their marriages. Some of them not to give it away lost their lives. It's terrible man. It's three episodes. I highly recommend it. Yeah, check it out. Ashley Madison. The site is still on right now.

Speaker 1:

It's still there. It's still there.

Speaker 3:

It's still there even after getting hacked yeah, I guess they got a new CEO and everything like that. But that means what? Yeah maybe they do have security now, but yeah it's crazy man. Yeah, it's three episodes very good.

Speaker 1:

Highly recommend it so yeah, yeah, I mean the. The problem with this is is that number one. A lot of people put too much trust in these websites and these services that they're offering, especially when they're just misleading people saying that they have all the security in place. But then also the money on the other side of that, too is like think about how much money this business was making that they didn't feel that they should have created a more secure environment for their users.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, which really sucks. But then again we are all putting our trust environment for their users, which really sucks. But then again we are all putting our trust in sites. We don't really know, it's true. Look at all the data that gets hacked from the credit card companies and Experian and stuff like that. It's always a story about somebody getting hacked and you've got to pray that your data wasn't released. But this site was blatantly lying, but yeah.

Speaker 1:

I don don't know, but lying in terms of security that it had, or lying in terms of security that they had oh so yeah, so it wasn't as secure as they said, it wasn't as secure as they brought you know advertised advertised, so yeah but yeah, it's crazy man. Yeah, this was something that blew up big time, because I remember they even had government officials government email addresses in there.

Speaker 3:

They had like all kinds of stuff. A lot of people lost their lives, man it's sad, yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I mean this type of site is warranted, like for those type of results I don't remember this when it got hacked they released it yeah, they stuff they were.

Speaker 3:

They were holding hostage oh yeah, they were holding hostage.

Speaker 1:

The hackers were like, hey, shut it down hostage like a person, but they were holding out the data just like they didn't like what the site meant and what it was meaning.

Speaker 3:

They wanted them to shut it down. And the owner was like I'm making too much money.

Speaker 2:

I'm not shutting it down.

Speaker 3:

So they released all these and some people lost their lives. It's crazy man.

Speaker 2:

Sad Wow Did they kill themselves?

Speaker 1:

A word From the results of this site.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, like results of this tells you more about that, Okay so let's leave the show hanger. What is it called Cliffhanger?

Speaker 1:

Not a cliffhanger, the one where they tell you the show, like if you're about to watch a movie, and they be like, hey, this is going to be.

Speaker 2:

Trailer.

Speaker 1:

Not a trailer, but like hey, I'm about to tell you what's going to go on the show. What is that called Synopsis? No, like when you Like. Hey, I just went to go watch this movie and they'd be like all right, if you want to listen to this, you know that we're going to be telling a behind.

Speaker 3:

Oh okay, what is that called? Spoilers yeah, so, like I said, I checked it out after I got divorced. I wasn't on it when.

Speaker 1:

I was married.

Speaker 3:

So that's a public service Announcement. That's what he says. That's what he says Anonymous emails. This is true, I checked it out after the fact.

Speaker 1:

And for some reason, his data didn't come through. You re-hack the hackers. You hack the hackers that's crazy all right but yeah, it definitely sounds like a a show that uh would draw some interest. Um, just to know, like, what's really going on in these worlds of tech companies, um, and we're putting so much faith in them. Yeah, it's sad man. Yeah, all right, raymond. Anything else on your list? Player that's it. Oh, one thing I did want to give a big shout out to is the movie Sinners.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, What'd you think?

Speaker 1:

I thought it was actually a really good movie.

Speaker 3:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

I don't want to give any spoilers, let's start off with that, but I would definitely say it's better than what I thought it was going to be. It was going to be um, it drew it. It didn't happen as fast as I wanted to because it was actually really developing the story, and then afterwards you're thinking about everything that happened. It was like man, that was actually a really good movie that was a really good movie and I thought michael b jordan did an amazing job yeah, yeah, he did good yeah yeah, I didn't really get the the camera shot thingy where they said that, hey, they did on a larger frame yeah, that's some nerd stuff that I don't understand.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I didn't really catch that, but I would recommend it. Okay, I would definitely recommend it.

Speaker 2:

Is it true that they say that they are targeting white people on this?

Speaker 1:

That the movie is targeting white people. It takes place during a time where Jim Crow was in effect, so white people are definitely doing what white people do during that type of error. Um, and there is a scene where, um, there is some direct target for white people, but the whole movie isn't directly but it's mostly vampires and it's a horror film?

Speaker 1:

definitely yeah, it is a horror film, but the vampire part. This is where I told you like, hey, it happens later in the movie. It, that part happens later in the movie, but the first part lets you like helps build it up. Um, so it's kind of like two movies in one is actually what I really felt it was. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Two movies in one.

Speaker 1:

Yeah it was like, felt like two movies in one Um but it was good though.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, you know what I found actress in there, uh is what white chick the white chick that was in there that turned a vampire.

Speaker 1:

Yeah yeah, I got you.

Speaker 2:

Anyways, she is um josh allen's fiancee oh, josh allen the quarterback for the buffalo bills yes, yeah, shout out to josh, I know, yeah, I was like making yeah, making money.

Speaker 3:

I would say I would not want my wife or fiancee to be an actress. That's what I'm saying why, I mean, you guys see the movie to understand. Shout out to you uh, be strong, josh allen that's all I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

My wife could not be an actress, so I haven't seen the movie for all you listeners out there, so I know exactly when I guess she shows some private parts and stuff like that and you're not comfortable about.

Speaker 3:

I'm just saying, whoever this is acting though yeah, I said you got to be strong to be the wife or the husband, like.

Speaker 1:

I can't, I couldn't do it, I'm just saying you got to be a supporting partner. You got to yeah, no, yeah. But I understand it's acting, but I'll leave it alone for now. Yeah, that's crazy. Oh yeah, yeah and fucking.

Speaker 3:

Um, yeah, I think she was in the movie. She was a white passing. She's actually black. Anyway, shout out to josh. She's a very shout out, but be strong, stay strong, my brother but yeah, I would highly recommend it.

Speaker 1:

Definitely go support, um, the movie. Uh, I heard it's going to do really good in the box, or has been doing really good in the box, um, but definitely big shout outs. Thank you for that recommendation, though. Sure, up next we got D Hustle Sports. Oh shit, you got a new joint now. People thought you were playing, though. He's been asking for it, so we finally got him some music, some sounds. I hope y'all enjoy this segment here. Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

Speaker 3:

Speaker 2:

I want to start with a wonderful WNBA for the ladies. Wnba is going on. If you're not watching it not a lot of games on yet, but they have played 16 games. Minnesota Not watching it, not a lot of games on yet, but they have played 16 games. Yeah, minnesota Lynx are on top right now with 14 wins and two losses. You know Phoenix Mercury, right on the end, the champs, the Liberty, are 11-5. Other than that, as far as WNBA, they're doing a phenomenal thing. Nothing happened for NHL, as everybody heard.

Speaker 2:

Yeah yeah, nhl happened.

Speaker 1:

Oh my God, you already turned it up. He's like well, bring it back.

Speaker 2:

That's where the champs came in. The champs is the Florida Panthers. Florida Panthers won their second. Is it the second?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, consecutive second in a row.

Speaker 2:

Congratulations to those guys over there in Fort Lauderdale doing their thing.

Speaker 1:

How in the world is Florida running the tables on?

Speaker 2:

I don't know, but from what Raymond said, it's a Vancouver sport. Yeah, yeah, yeah the.

Speaker 1:

Canadians should be running it right, they should be running it, but the Oilers came out short.

Speaker 2:

So, congratulations to those guys over there. Going on as far as professional wrestling, I don't know if you guys have heard my man, john cena, took care of business uh, who defeated cm punk. Uh, so he is the champion, which I thought he was gonna retire.

Speaker 3:

So yeah, he's not retired. That's what he said.

Speaker 1:

He said this was his last year.

Speaker 2:

Okay, he wants to go out with wins, only wants to go out with a win, so I guess he is the champ. Um is he gonna, you know, do like a AKA Creed and you know, retire, or like a, you know, floyd Mayweather.

Speaker 1:

Mayweather yeah, yeah, you got to retire on top player.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you know Good for him, good for him. As far as soccer, soccer is on, there's a lot of cups Going on right now. In case you haven't seen Soccer from what I've seen Last time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Messi did not take it, so you might have to take that shirt off.

Speaker 3:

I don't know, ray, he's the.

Speaker 1:

GOAT, he's the GOAT.

Speaker 3:

Well, here we go again.

Speaker 1:

The new debate, the new discussion.

Speaker 2:

For me it's Ronaldo, but I'll give it to you just for today.

Speaker 1:

For Messi, argentina's in the house.

Speaker 2:

Argentina. Other than that, that's all I got for soccer.

Speaker 1:

Well, World Cup is kicking off soon, right?

Speaker 2:

World Cup yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's going to be happening soon, right? That's next year, right I?

Speaker 3:

think it's this year, or do they have like a? Is it next year?

Speaker 1:

Well, they got something going on at the Hard Rock.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's Qualifiers maybe.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh, okay, okay, my bad, I think it. He heads on on. Exactly what's that right there? We didn't appreciate that, but it is what it is.

Speaker 3:

He's already won a World Cup for his country, so Look at him.

Speaker 2:

Yes, he did. Yes, he did. Other news, ladies and gentlemen tennis, If you like, your tennis. Tennis is on for your favorite tennis guy. Don't know who you like, I don't know who I like.

Speaker 1:

So I'm, just in case you guys, who's your favorite person? You know Coco Jones. That's what I like. Who Coco isn't? Isn't that what her name is a female tennis?

Speaker 2:

yeah, I guess, I don't know. I mean P Sanford, zayn, dey Andre Aguilar yeah, that's old school. You're taking it way back bro people I know right now, uh, serena Williams shout out to them big shout outs to other than that. That's all I got as far as uh tennis boxing as tennis.

Speaker 1:

Boxing. What's going on in boxing?

Speaker 2:

Shout out to that horrible fight that I seen last night as far. Well, saturday night Jake Paul defeated Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Speaker 1:

Exhibition fight though right?

Speaker 2:

No, it was a real fight.

Speaker 1:

It was a real fight.

Speaker 2:

It was a real fight. I mean, well, Jake Paul ain't no fucking boxer.

Speaker 1:

That's what I'm trying to say.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but it is. He's 12-1 now. Wow, For some odd reason he is knocking out professional boxers. What Unanimous decision. So let me get that. He didn't knock Chaz's out, julio Cesar Chaz's out. Oh Well, well known. I think his dad disowned him after this fight. So I am very, very disappointed in that garbage fight, but there will be a good fight coming up. I know Canelo and Crawford is coming up. I'm ready for that.

Speaker 3:

A couple of comments still about the Jake Paul. I was surprised it wasn't advertised or nothing.

Speaker 2:

It was advertised, it's just nobody cares about it.

Speaker 3:

Raymond didn't get the advertising I didn't hear about it till like after the fact that he won.

Speaker 2:

I was like yeah, so the zone uh has uh a follow a lot of the zone, so platform gotcha gotcha people who watch a lot of usc fighting slash boxing. They were promoting it. Um, okay, it is what it is. I'm not a big fan of jake paul, but, uh, I'm gonna have to be a fan because I mean he's getting a ticket.

Speaker 3:

Can we give him his props on his hustle?

Speaker 2:

the hustle. Yeah, I can give him his props from like YouTube, I'm just saying from.

Speaker 3:

YouTube to boxing. I gotta give this guy he's like collecting the checks he knows him and his brother.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they know what they're doing. They know what they're doing. Yeah, they know what they're doing. I'm just very disappointed In the Mike Tyson fight. So that's yeah.

Speaker 1:

It's just yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Mike Tyson is not.

Speaker 1:

I mean he should have Fought him in his prime, though you can't. You can't catch the guy when he's in his 60s, almost on a wheelchair.

Speaker 3:

Type shit, Tyson couldn't knock him out and all that stuff like that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah his tongue was out. He had a condition. That's why they stopped the previous fight. Before who? Jake Paul had a condition. No, no, mike.

Speaker 1:

Tyson had a condition.

Speaker 2:

That's why they stopped the fight I mean what do you expect?

Speaker 1:

Look how old my guy is.

Speaker 2:

But he didn't come out like my man Bulldog, brooklyn Beater, you know, but it is what it is Other than that. And then Wilder Cruises won seven-round knockout on the ring, so congratulations to him, congratulations.

Speaker 1:

Other than that.

Speaker 2:

That is God. Formula O is on. Ladies and gentlemen, if you guys not watching Formula 1, it is going on. Mclaren is taking care of business. I am not too sure what's going on, but Lewis Hamilton and crew is right behind. They're not playing around. It is what it is.

Speaker 3:

Anybody going to watch the Formula movie?

Speaker 2:

I'm going to watch it.

Speaker 1:

I heard it's good there's that one black guy, so I'm definitely watching it. He's European too, right?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I definitely support him. Europeans doing the whole, changing their voice and pretending yeah well, they're skill sets that they're developing over there.

Speaker 1:

They're really learning, uh, how to to be in our industry, for sure him, idris erba, like learning after the fact.

Speaker 3:

These people the get out. Guy, too, is on that list too. I'm like they're killing it, like we can't find no black americans that can act black. We got to go get these Europeans.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so Raymond's coming out of show now. I'm just saying though.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he's British, well, whatever, yeah, no, they're killing it. I really wanted him to be the next James Bond.

Speaker 1:

Facts, facts, you know guy for 007.

Speaker 2:

those movies I never, ever stopped watching yeah, but do you know who's gonna be the new?

Speaker 3:

number seven, who I've heard rumblings, I don't even remember. I was like reading the article.

Speaker 1:

I don't remember no name, I don't remember. Okay, what's up? D?

Speaker 3:

Superman, superman, the Superman guy Superman guy, the guy that's in the new Superman, coming out.

Speaker 2:

No, the old Superman. What's his name again?

Speaker 3:

Oh, the boat man, henry Cavill. Henry Cavill, okay, it's going to be the new 007.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't know about that.

Speaker 2:

But my understanding he has to be British. I don't think so.

Speaker 1:

Well, maybe he's gonna go Do the same thing.

Speaker 3:

Double check that out, see if he's British. For me, right there he's good.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he's a good actor. I mean For me he should've Been Superman.

Speaker 3:

Did you watch Superman? Yeah, I agree, the new one Comes out next week.

Speaker 2:

Oh, okay, I will be. I thought you got it In some illegal sense.

Speaker 3:

I wanna watch that In the theaters.

Speaker 2:

Like you know, yeah, I thought Henry Cavill man. I think he's a phenomenal. For me he is Superman. For me, he's Superman.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, no, he's good.

Speaker 2:

Just like Tony Starks is you know Robert Downey Jr? Yeah, just for me. I don't know.

Speaker 3:

I don't know.

Speaker 2:

But if he's not British, it is what it is. It looks like they're changing it. I thought Penny was going to be the new 007. That African-American that, that, that figure, an American young lady.

Speaker 1:

Who which one that was in 007?.

Speaker 2:

That was in 007, that I thought they was going to pass the throne to her.

Speaker 1:

Pass the throne to her, yeah.

Speaker 2:

But I guess not. I guess not. They want a, a white British man.

Speaker 1:

He is a British actor, Is he? Yes, he is Wow yeah.

Speaker 2:

Good for him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so he's also coming across the pond to play Superman, to play the most iconic American character. We got a British person to do it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Well, it's supposed to be. From what I was advised, it's supposed to be a British person. It has to be British. It can't be nothing else. I mean, I love Daniel Craig. I love the way he handled his business over there.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

You know Sean Connery can come back. I hope you show him.

Speaker 1:

That's a classic right there. That's a good-looking young man, yeah, an older guy man, he does his thing.

Speaker 2:

But other than that, ladies and gentlemen, let's get back to our original subject, and today is Happy Bobby Bonilla Day. If you guys don't know who, bobby Bonilla is old-school Mets player Today, which the Mets will pay him a gladly $1.19 million every July 1st. Wow, Due to his beautiful contract since 1999,. Bobby Bonilla has played for the Mets since 1999, but Tuesday he will receive an annual hefty check from the team. Shout out to these that's not even funny 1.19 million.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, annually, annually, that's crazy. Big shout out to them for pulling that deal off.

Speaker 2:

Whoever is their freaking agent, come holler at me. You know, let's talk business here, because I'm ready. I'm ready, but other than that, for baseball. Baseball is going on. Ladies and gentlemen, if you guys are not watching baseball, who is your favorite team? Of course the Yankees are there. They're Right now 48-36 under Tampa, toronto, boston, all the way down to the bottom, and Baltimore. I'm not too sure what's going on.

Speaker 1:

What's going on there, detroit?

Speaker 2:

holding it down. Right now they're in first place, tied first place with the Dodgers, but the Detroit Tigers there are handling business and right under Cleveland Guardians. I think it was going to call them Cleveland Indians but, it is what it is, houston.

Speaker 2:

They're cheating over there. I don going to call it the Indians, but it is what it is, houston, they're cheating over there. I don't know what's going on, but shout out to my man, ken Smith, over there. Oh, I'm sorry, ken Smith, shout out to him because I know your dad, I mean your dad in the car scene. So shout out to your man over there. Oh, that's what's up man but I don't like Houston but hopefully that hopefully he got traded to a good other.

Speaker 1:

But Houston's not still doing what they used to do. Are you going to always hold it to them? I'm always holding it to them.

Speaker 2:

It is what it is In the east side, over here, fucking Philadelphia Phillies, the Mets are not doing phenomenal Phillies number one, mets number two.

Speaker 2:

We have two games left. We cannot again. I can repeat it here, ladies and gentlemen and we cannot. The Mets, please understand, I'm a big Mets fan. We cannot let Philly take advantage of that, because if we let Philly take advantage, they are going to destroy it. Their pitching is fucking phenomenal. The Mets had a good seven-game losing streak. Right now they are 13-16 in the past couple games. We can't even beat the fucking Pittsburgh Pirates. They had three games losing streak with them and then we lose. So it looks like we might typical Mets going back to the wild card, you know it is what it is, other than that.

Speaker 2:

And then another over there in the west side Dodgers handling business, san Diego, shout out to that. Other than that, let's get down to business here. Nfl a lot of trades going on, a lot of shit. How do you feel about your dolphins though?

Speaker 3:

uh, not a good season, terrible off season we haven't even started yet. Yeah, I lost ramsay uh ramsay, we lost jonu smith, yep, and we didn't pick up anybody. I'm not drinking the kool-aid this year, like my uh cousins are uh well.

Speaker 1:

Well, you're still a uhua fan.

Speaker 3:

I'm a Dolphins fan but, I'm not have expectations this year.

Speaker 2:

Let me show you exactly what happened over there. So Monday Steelers Dolphins blockbuster deal happened Jalen Ramsey, mr Smith and a 2027-7 round pick. Dolphins gets a Fitzpatrick safety and a 2027 fifth round pick. I don't know about you, but it seems like the Steelers Are being stacked up over there With Aaron Rodgers being signed in the deal. Can I make a comment?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, this is open mic, I think the Steelers Are going to be the best team next year.

Speaker 1:

You think Steelers? Yeah, with Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 3:

They have a great coach, they have a great organization. They got a quarterback now well, they have a number one wide receiver, they have a tight end, they have um a cornerback, they just they always in the playoffs. Their coach never misses the playoffs. I just I think they're going to be the best team. I like what they're doing. I like the dolphins who suck.

Speaker 1:

I like what the steelers got going on I mean the dolphins are still, you know, just just relax. The season hasn't started. But I definitely give props to the Steelers man. I mean one of the coaches, I mean the coach itself. I mean been holding it down for day one for our community. Aaron Rodgers is over there. You think he's going to retire this year. Oh, yeah, this is last season. Yeah, this is last season.

Speaker 2:

He said it was last season on the Caffrey show. Yeah, he said it's his last one. Let's see what happens.

Speaker 1:

You're going to go out with a hurrah.

Speaker 2:

Hopefully. I mean, look, they're stacking up. Yeah, I'm not too sure what's going on over there, but other news right there, TJ Watt is up for grabs. I guess a lot of people are trying to figure out what's going on with him. Harrison is, you know, my man Hitman. Harrison's to the Hall of Fame. Yeah, my man, tj Tucker, gets 10 weeks suspension from what's his name, again From the Ravens.

Speaker 1:

What would he do?

Speaker 2:

A lot of suspension for illegal shit. That's a show that's going on over there. Browns cut a rusher O'Connor after two years. I don't know if you guys know who that is still doing his thing there.

Speaker 1:

Ayesha Dorr is out there killing it killing what? I mean his second round or second pick, killing the car payment.

Speaker 2:

That's what he's doing he's over here picking up cars and everything he hasn't even finished his deal. You know, see where he got. He's over here picking up cars and everything.

Speaker 3:

He hasn't even finished his deal. You know. See where he got pulled over for speeding a few weeks ago.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, I've seen that.

Speaker 3:

Well, you're the new city, kid.

Speaker 2:

Well, Giants organization wasn't having none of that shit Speaking of the Giants.

Speaker 3:

I have a question for you.

Speaker 2:

Oh shit, what is?

Speaker 3:

your take on the Dolphins picking up your old tight end.

Speaker 2:

That quit on you to go rap tight end that quit on you to go rap Warner. Yes, well, he retired.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, he retired. He came out of retirement. Dolphins is signing him today.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I've seen that. I've seen that I don't care. We got like five more other tight ends. I know I'm not too sure he's trying to do like a Gronkowski or Tom.

Speaker 3:

Brady here. He's trying to Quit to go rap and the nofans pick him up Like you can't make this up.

Speaker 2:

It don't matter to me Because at the end of the day For me he wasn't doing much. We wasn't passing the ball To him much when we needed him. He stepped up once in a while. But you guys need all the help you can get, so you guys can have it, yeah, it's a joke, because you guys still hoping that Tua is your Legacy going on over there. I mean so.

Speaker 1:

You believe or not, one of the two, we all cannot have you know.

Speaker 3:

You know number one Like the KC quarterback, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it is what it is. Other than that, the next one here. Getting back to subject, ladies and gentlemen, a lot of movement. If you guys don't know, congratulations and shout out To OKC For winning the championship.

Speaker 1:

Big shout out.

Speaker 2:

To my man, shy Doing, that Did sign a major deal 285 million Supermax deal Wow, congratulations to him again.

Speaker 3:

Is he having the best year in sports? He is having the best year MVP, mvp Championship.

Speaker 2:

All in the same year.

Speaker 3:

Offensive player of the year Best record in the NBA. Did he have the best record or the best record in the West Best?

Speaker 2:

record in the NBA In the West.

Speaker 3:

Yep.

Speaker 2:

Yep, yep, not much we can say about LeBron, about that.

Speaker 1:

I was waiting for you. I was waiting for you To mention it, bro, somehow, lebron inserts Into this conversation. Always.

Speaker 3:

This is a complete let's praise OKC okay. Let's not give LeBron let's not, you know, take any shine from them. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

OKC, yeah, handling the business and shout out to Alex Caruso getting his second chip over there. All shout out to Mr Williams over there handling the business over there. I feel real good about the kid. Caruso is happy. Two chips, he said he finally got a real one. That bubble shit. Raymond says.

Speaker 1:

The commentators when I was watching the news. When they have the players come out and ask them questions, that was the first question they asked.

Speaker 3:

Everything on 2020 was not real. I mean, come on on, guys.

Speaker 1:

I don't think it was real. Can we stop this? How did they celebrate it? He said there was only three people in the stadium.

Speaker 3:

The whole country was shut down. So I mean that's not their fault.

Speaker 2:

I mean that's hilarious, but if Alice.

Speaker 1:

Caruso says it you should not, I would understand.

Speaker 2:

Ladies and gentlemen, don't listen to None of the fuck. We say Okay, but if he's the guy who plays in the team, why not listen to him?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so nothing counts On the pandemic here, then no, that's what you guys are saying.

Speaker 2:

The only thing that counted Was God forbid. You know, sorry for everybody who lost somebody.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, on.

Speaker 2:

The 2020 Of, you know, pandemic of people losing. That's the only thing. I'm counting how many lives we lost not how many chips they got during that that's what I want to count it was a lot of people shout outs uh yeah shout outs, but michael dolan's just the people who lost their family, um, that was part of that. Uh, there, but again, that's the only thing that was big news there. So basketball I don't even know if that was even in the game.

Speaker 1:

I think for me that was all practice yeah, it's like a summer camp, like the lakers, didn't they like sleep on campus, like it?

Speaker 2:

was like it was a hotel. It was a hotel.

Speaker 3:

Country was shut down I mean okay your kids were like remote doing school.

Speaker 2:

You know what I like, that I'm shut up shut out to that Cause. I think that's from the time my son Brought all straight A's At the house Cause nobody's there. He did his work.

Speaker 3:

Exactly right, everything in.

Speaker 2:

Now I see B's and C's now, because he's in there Talking to other Fucking people.

Speaker 1:

At school.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but it is what it is Looking back at. It Doesn't feel real. 2020 Almost feels Looking back at it.

Speaker 1:

it doesn't feel real 2020.

Speaker 3:

It almost feels, yeah, no it's like it came and went, Well just that whole. The era during that time. Yeah, just everything shut down and not going outside.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but to me, I feel, personally I feel that shit was a cover-up for something in the United States. That's just me, I know there was some shit going on between kidnapping, drugs and Epstein A distraction you're trying to say it was basically a distraction.

Speaker 3:

It was a major distraction for Epstein, a major distraction for everything that is wild.

Speaker 2:

We didn't even talk about Tiger Woods, how he was handling his business with others. It was a big, humongous distraction. It was a mess. So back to our NBA stuff. A lot of moves going on here. Mpj, which Michael Porter Jr went to the Jets, traded for Cam Johnson. The Mavs agreed with a $13 million deal for my man, d Russell, d'lo Russell. Just on, brook Lopez left Milwaukee to get his two-year $18 million contract.

Speaker 3:

Since you're on sports, I wanted to make a comment, too, that the Whites are having a hell of a year. The Whites, they had the number one pick in the NBA draft this year, the.

Speaker 1:

Whites, no, no, melanated people. White people, yeah, white people, they had the number one pick in the nba draft this year cooper flag.

Speaker 3:

A white guy got a pick six in the nfl, they have the best player in a wmba and and they have two of the top five players in nba and luca and joe kicks so whites are killing it yeah I just wanted to throw that out there very interest.

Speaker 1:

Interesting observation. Yes, um, I think the momentum is there.

Speaker 3:

We have not had a white number one draft pick in nba since like 1975 or something, wow. So yeah, a white american player was the number one yeah, to play this year, so wow yeah, and they got to pick six in the nfl caitlin clark yeah and then the two of the top five in the nba. So I just wanted to shout them out so so we're out of it now.

Speaker 1:

I mean, we're not out of it.

Speaker 3:

They're having a hell of a year. They are having a hell of a year. They are definitely Give them a round of applause. Yeah, darwin, any thoughts on that? Darwin's just taking that.

Speaker 2:

Because he couldn't understand where he was going with it, but you and me, I know I mean you had an issue with Mac McCollum. Oh yeah, thank you for reminding me about that. Yeah, see, adding to that, they're killing it.

Speaker 3:

What do you want? Three years in a row?

Speaker 1:

it's crazy they're killing it. Are you going to stop watching sports now?

Speaker 3:

I'm not so one year they're having a hell of a year. That is right Ever heard of a white DB Doing a pick six in NFL. It's usually a black person.

Speaker 1:

Or a.

Speaker 3:

Spanish or whatever.

Speaker 1:

I mean, I have other comments, but we'll leave that. For another show.

Speaker 2:

Talking about black people Bucks wave littered. I don't know if you guys Seen that or not. That's crazy.

Speaker 3:

He found out Just like we did. Yeah, that's disrespectful.

Speaker 2:

There's no loyalty In the sports. I just want to give that Shout out to All these people out there.

Speaker 3:

Imagine being fired, darwin, and, like your friends, telling you Not your boss, or something like that. Or you see it on the news.

Speaker 2:

Yep, and Turner gets a big payday going on $113 million. He went from going from Indiana all the way to the Bucs right there. So on to Hawks added Alexandra Walker and Kennard from over there to play for the Hawks. The Knicks picked up Jordan Clarkson. I'm not too sure because he was in the bench for my fucking fantasy. I don't even know where we're picking up whole watch pal plays him.

Speaker 3:

But Comment on your Knicks. I can't believe you guys fired your coach.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, he's like yeah, yeah, I was in that meeting.

Speaker 2:

I was in that meeting.

Speaker 1:

They said raise your hand if he should go. Didn't agree to that.

Speaker 3:

Okay, I'm glad the sensible Knicks fan.

Speaker 2:

Oh, you didn't agree to it, okay, okay didn't agree to it, but the Knicks did get from the Phoenix not Phoenix, I'm sorry from Philadelphia. The center Yupsville agreed for a two year to a million, handling some business there. Jj Barrera will be the next Denver Nuggets assistant coach. If you guys not familiar with that, sacramento traded my man, jonas the big man, to the Nuggets. Other than that man there is a lot of. I could keep going, going and going and going, but other than that I don't have any comments questions. And then your boyBum Opt out for his, his fucking contract there, so he opted in.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, for 52. So he's able, but it seems like Nobody wants to pick that Bum out. And if you go, listen to me very carefully, if you go to the Knicks, I'm gonna fuck everybody Yo.

Speaker 1:

That would be such a blessing, because if the Knicks End, up.

Speaker 2:

No, the Knicks end up Always getting W washed up players. Has been, never been, want to be something.

Speaker 3:

All right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

He's not going to. You know how much money the Lakers are going to make once he retires.

Speaker 1:

What do you mean? How much money they're going to make their retirement? Who's retiring? I'm trying to figure it out when he goes on his parade. I'm trying to figure it out when he goes on his parade they're going to make ridiculous money, so he's not going nowhere. How are the Lakers making money and not him making money I'm talking about?

Speaker 3:

when Kobe retired, he was getting cars and stuff. Lebron's is going to be 10 times that, but how is the Lakers getting that money? What do you mean?

Speaker 1:

They're going to make a whole show out of it.

Speaker 3:

Oh, okay, okay.

Speaker 1:

So they're going. I'm just saying he ain't going nowhere. I mean he got his podcast, the Shop.

Speaker 2:

That's obviously Going to do more and stuff like that I have a question about that, about the Shop. Why is it that your coach, his coach, is not on the podcast?

Speaker 3:

Could be like Conflict of interest. Yes, could be a conflict of interest.

Speaker 2:

Interesting, so you have to use Steve Nash I mean you can't have a coach on Nash.

Speaker 3:

I mean Come on, man you can't have a coach on a podcast.

Speaker 1:

I mean who told him to go be a coach? You podcasting where it's at.

Speaker 2:

But why he's on the podcast. For who LeBron?

Speaker 3:

Well, that's his podcast, him and his you know best friend, his agent who's his best friend? Rich Paul. That's his childhood friend. He runs his sports company, which is LeBron's company. Is that his?

Speaker 2:

best friend recently.

Speaker 3:

No, like, they're childhood friends, like everyone who works for LeBron are his childhood friends. I didn't know that.

Speaker 2:

So you're telling me, since LeBron from high school, they've been friends. It's not what you know, know, it's who you know wouldn't you do it like that?

Speaker 1:

I mean, if I'm LeBron, I would keep the circle tight and it would have to be people from day one, type shit. I mean, that's what I've been doing, look at y'all you can't hate on that.

Speaker 3:

D. Come on, I know you're trying to find something to hate on he's looking very deep into the universe.

Speaker 1:

how can you hate on that D? Come on, I know you're trying to find something to hate on this guy. He's looking very deep into the universe.

Speaker 3:

How can you hate on making your childhood friend? Like you know, working for your company and running it? He's trying to find the hate in that.

Speaker 1:

No, he's not. He's looking at the angels I just never seen something I don't believe, lebron. All right.

Speaker 2:

First of all, let's get whatever he fucking says is to me is a bunch of lies and bullshit, Cause one minute you tell me you ain't chasing rings and now he's telling me he doesn't know why people having that old bullshit shit about having rings uh culture. And then he says one bullshit lie about I don't want to wear number 23, because you know the greatest is the. You know number 23 and next, thing, you know he says one to a six, and then now he's back to number fucking 23. So what am I believing?

Speaker 3:

There's a lot of questions there. Yeah, he's a flip-flopper, I will give you that. I can't argue none of that. There's another thing.

Speaker 2:

I don't know how to flop, and now he knows how to flop.

Speaker 1:

So maybe he's not really retiring. I don't know. He's not retiring, come on, maybe he's not calling it qu At the end of the day.

Speaker 2:

I want him to play because you know who's going to real put him in his spot.

Speaker 3:

Who.

Speaker 2:

Michael Jordan. Because, Michael Jordan is going to be the announcer.

Speaker 3:

Oh yes.

Speaker 2:

I forgot about that. He's coming to the league to be an announcer. He's going to be like a commentator, yeah.

Speaker 1:

At the games or like on the studio.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that's what's up. No well, studio games, I don't know, I Studio games, I don't know. I can't wait, but I can't wait to see it.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, on NBC.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that's what's up. I'm happy.

Speaker 3:

Do I? What Do we think Jordan's going to be interesting on TV? Hold on now.

Speaker 1:

Give the guy a chance. Bro, Tom Brady was going to be Facts. That's exactly what I was going to say.

Speaker 3:

People still complain about Tom Brady. He like Tom Brady. I mean, I don't like him as a commentator you have to give him a chance.

Speaker 1:

That's what you told me at the beginning of the season. He was like give them a chance.

Speaker 3:

Just because someone's a goat doesn't mean they're gonna be good on tv you gotta give Ronnie a chance.

Speaker 1:

Yes, you gotta give him a chance and the thing is is you haven't heard him talk in that type of scene. Talk about basketball, watching basketball. The reason why I like players being comment is because they can call out things that we don't see. They'll see a play or they'll see something going on and give you that insight. Is he going to not flow the first episode? Maybe not. Maybe he might come out and kill it, like when Snoop Dogg was commentating. You ever hear Snoop Dogg commentate?

Speaker 2:

Snoop Dogg's hilarious.

Speaker 3:

Exactly right.

Speaker 1:

You.

Speaker 2:

Exactly right.

Speaker 1:

You never know how, how great he could be In other things. Dolby's just great at everything.

Speaker 2:

And Martha Stewart Is his best friend. You didn't know that right.

Speaker 1:

Actually, actually, I want y'all To tell Michael he's not good, because then he's gonna Freaking, go crazy and then he's gonna be the Let me, let me, let me, let me explain Real quick.

Speaker 2:

So in your, in your mind, in your Illucinating mind.

Speaker 1:

Uh, huh Okay.

Speaker 2:

You still think LeBron is a goat.

Speaker 3:

You're saying he's not a goat. Wow, I don't think he's a goat.

Speaker 2:

I didn't say he's the goat.

Speaker 3:

I said he is a goat.

Speaker 2:

A goat of what. Wow, like I still Y'all have.

Speaker 1:

Y'all have changed Y'all directions. I don't think he's a goat, okay.

Speaker 2:

I don't think he's a great phenomenal all-around player. For me he's just chasing stats.

Speaker 1:

This late in his career? Yes, for sure, Okay.

Speaker 3:

And Tom Brady did the same thing too.

Speaker 2:

You sure about that?

Speaker 3:

Oh, he didn't chase stats. He played until like he was 40-something years old. He went to like what Tampa Bay he went. Come on, okay.

Speaker 2:

There's this in between, tom Brady Okay, I put whoever you want to put Against this debate Alright. At the end of the day, I don't go on national TV Saying I'm a goat.

Speaker 3:

Okay, true.

Speaker 2:

I don't think Tom Brady Says he was a goat. Yeah, michael Jordan Definitely never said he's a goat.

Speaker 3:

I mean, but you're not gonna say you suck, I mean.

Speaker 2:

You know, it's just like the best rapper debate.

Speaker 3:

You're going to say you're the best rapper, you're the best fighter. It's that mentality, that's what I look at it. So you're not going to.

Speaker 1:

See, the era of y'all are different though.

Speaker 2:

It's very different. It's very different. We all know Jay-Z's the best rapper.

Speaker 3:

but Drake and Nas is going to say I'm the best, eminem, I'm the best.

Speaker 1:

I mean, come, it's just but goat status is given, I don't think you can take it I agree with you right so it's like if you don't meet the bar, meet that standard, you can't automatically claim that you are the goat type stuff right. And when you are the goat, you don't even mention it, right no like you avoid the conversation, right?

Speaker 3:

how would he say it like once or twice in a?

Speaker 1:

how many times did he say it?

Speaker 2:

when he was in that podcast and saying well when out against the Cavaliers and against Golden State. When we came back, when we was down 1-3 and we came back that right there considered me as the GOAT.

Speaker 3:

It's one of the greatest comebacks in sports.

Speaker 2:

Greatest comeback in sports.

Speaker 3:

You said it that doesn't mean you're a GOAT because you did that, the unstoppable 72, whatever that team was, I mean, come on man 72-10.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's a record that LeBron never did.

Speaker 1:

Why can't we chase that one? Yeah, oh boy, but yeah other than that man.

Speaker 2:

That's all I got for sports man.

Speaker 1:

Awesome, awesome, all right.

Speaker 2:

Hold on.
