0068: The AI Revolution Continues

• BobbyD, D'Hustle and Raymond...don't call him RayRay

The AI landscape is shifting rapidly with OpenAI's dual release of GPT-5 and two open-source models, and this episode dives deep into what these developments mean for everyone from casual users to developers. Bobby D breaks down the significance of fine-tuning - a process that allows anyone to take these base models and customize them for specific purposes like image recognition or specialized knowledge domains.

"We mostly talk about open source for software engineering," Bobby explains, "but the cool thing our industry is finding, especially with LLMs and AI, is that you have to be on the side of publishing some open source content or models." This democratization of AI technology is creating new opportunities for innovation, with platforms like Hugging Face emerging as the "GitHub for AI."

The conversation takes an intriguing turn when D-Hustle shares breaking tech news, including AOL finally shutting down its dial-up service after 30 years and a concerning incident where a humanoid robot "lashed out" during testing. Raymond follows with practical utility sites, including one that tests password security by calculating how long it would take a computer to crack it, revealing some passwords would take "billions of years" to break.

Sports fans will appreciate D-Hustle's comprehensive updates spanning from the WNBA to NFL preseason, with heated debates about Shakur Sanders' future prospects. Whether you're tech-savvy, sports-obsessed, or simply curious about how AI is reshaping our world, this episode delivers valuable insights while reminding us that the AI we're experiencing today "is the worst it will ever be" - it only gets better from here.

Speaker 1:

We mostly talk about open source for when it comes to software engineering and developing and or building skills around. You know being a software engineer, but the cool thing that our industry is finding, especially with LLMs and AI, is that you have to be in the side of publishing some open source content or open source models. Openai recently released two new open source models. They're not as hefty and big as the chat or the GPT-5 or GPT-4, but they're really slimmed down versions of what they've created, and what I'm finding a lot of people are doing is taking those slimmed down versions and basically doing something called fine tuning so that they can actually get their own version of an AI. Welcome, welcome, welcome, yeah, what up?

Speaker 2:

D-Hustle what's going?

Speaker 1:

on. What's going on, raymond, don't call him Ray, ray, what's?

Speaker 3:

up guys. Everything's good yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah. Well, first of all, I want to say thank you all so much for tuning in. We are at episode number 68 here at the Tech Hustle 78. One more for my favorite episode. Yeah, one more. My guy's already calling it out, his favorite number. Yeah, you know. Well, I want to say my name is Bobby D and I'm your host. I got my co-host D Hustle, yep, yep, and I got my cousin Raymond Don't call him Ray Ray, holding it down. Sure, and we got, if this is the first time tuning in first of all, we're going to have a really good time talking about tech, talking about culture. Raymond's saying it sounds like he got some utility sites and stuff he's going to drop. Dee's going to jump into sports.

Speaker 2:

But let me give you a. What did you say? I said I can't wait.

Speaker 1:

Oh right, I know Dee Hustle is going to love one of these Already getting them lined up. But for this episode today I'm going to actually talk about some tech talk, talking about AI. Like always, some big announcements has happened in our industry as of late and D Hustle is going to come around with some tech current events. Raymond's got some utility sites that he says, and we'll see how D feels about it. We always definitely holding Raymond's hand to the fire. D Hustle is going to come back with some sports. We'll have some sponsors and then we'll close the whole thing out. What do y'all think about that?

Speaker 2:

sounds good, we love you.

Speaker 1:

I'm appreciating you as much as you're appreciating me. Tell everybody about us, send them forward and let them know that we're in these streets, but go ahead and kick off that beat man. Let's get the tech talk going and a big shout out to everybody that's featuring in backstage with bobby d. Every time I hear this beat um, it reminds me of our our trips around the country, eventually around the world. Uh, talking to people about technology engineering. If you haven't called our episode, go to our channel, the tech hustle network, did y'all see? I changed the name I did.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, it's the tech hustle network, because we got a few podcasts on there, obviously the one you're watching right now, but we also got backstage with Bobby D. Whenever you hear this beat right here, it's definitely Bobby D's about to get it going. All right, fellas DJD. So I don't know if y'all know, but there was a big announcement that happened earlier this week, and actually one that happened a week prior, from OpenAI. They recently released their latest model, which is GPT-5. Big shout-out to them for getting that out, pushed out. But they also, a week prior, released two open-source models. So give them a round of applause for that too. And the reason why I'm really excited about this is number one any time we get an upgrade of the existing model. So we was on for a good minute I would say almost. I would say close to a year, I think from when they first released uh, gpt4 and now we have gpt5. Um, you know, I'm just excited that we're making these fast iterations so that we can see how this technology is evolving, and I do want to encourage you all to follow along now. If you are, um, not a user of chat, gpt or a user of any ai, do want to encourage you all to follow along Now, if you are not a user of ChatGPT or a user of NEAI, I want to you know. Public service announcement fire alarm. Put on the fire alarm. Like. I want y'all to hear this. Y'all need to be practicing and utilizing these services as much as possible because they are free right now, and OpenAI released the newest model that gives you access to do it for free. You're only going to level up Now. What's new in this version of ChatGPT? So there is no big great leaps and bounds, right. They're really focusing on creating this foundational LLM. That number one writes code really well. Right, can execute functions and tasks, but the main thing is also communication. So they've softened it a little bit in terms around how it responds back and forth, but it is a newer version and you always want to be messing with the latest version, because the newest version or the latest version that we're experiencing now is the worst that it will ever be.

Speaker 1:

Now, switching subjects a little bit on to open source. Now. Open source is something we talk about here on our show all the time. We mostly talk about open source for when it comes to software engineering and developing and or building skills around. You know, being a software engineer, but the cool thing that our industry is finding, especially with LLMs and AI, is that you have to be in the side of publishing some open source content or open source models, and OpenAI recently released two new open source models. They're not as hefty and big as the ChatGP or the GPT-5 or GPT-4, but they're really slimmed down versions of what they've created.

Speaker 1:

And what I'm finding a lot of people are doing is taking those slimmed down versions and basically doing something called fine tuning so that they can actually get their own version of an AI. An example of fine tuning is let's say that I want the AI to recognize birds. What I would do is I would take the, the basic version that open ai just released, and then I would do some more training and basically make it recognize birds even more better by giving it more images of birds, excuse me and then you're eventually fine tuning it. So then, after it's done with fine tuning it guess what? It's an expert at recognizing birds. You get, I'm saying so. That's the cool thing that they're giving us in terms of a starting point with the open source models, and my encouragement again, and you do have to be a little bit more techie than you know.

Speaker 1:

Your regular chat GPT to use the open source version of them, but I will encourage you to use a service like Hugging Faces. You ever heard of Hugging Faces? No? So Hugging Faces is more or less a platform where all the models and all the machine learning engineers kind of congregate. It's almost become like the AI's GitHub, right, and as you're releasing new models, or companies or labs are releasing new models, they usually post it out on Hugging Face and then from Hugging Face you can actually download it. You can kind of follow along like you do in GitHub, but also contribute to it by creating more fine-tuned models.

Speaker 1:

So definitely want to encourage you all to check out Hugging Faces. I know it sounds weird Hugging Faces, but yeah, it's huggingfacesai and they're definitely a platform that allows you to download but also follow along as new models are coming up or the ones that are being fine-tuned. But also another thing that I found out yesterday by doing some research is actually Hugging Faces also hosts a lot of data set. So if you think about what AI needs is a lot of data, hugging Faces says we got all the data you need and then you can do fine-tuning and stuff like that. I know I'm talking a little bit more advanced.

Speaker 1:

If you are looking and interested in chatting some more, we have a very vibrant community on our page that you can go to, wwwtechhustlecom, join our community and if you have follow-up questions, I would definitely encourage you all to jump on there and ask me some more follow-up questions. And then also our newsletter. So we have a newsletter that goes out talking about LLMs and AIs. Feel free to add any comments, or even here in this YouTube video, add some comments and let us know. Like, hey, if you have any questions about some of the things that we're talking about, from fine tuning to the latest, you know GPT model, but also, just, you know, if you're looking to level up on skills, any questions from what I've been talking about for GPT and open AI.

Speaker 2:

So people who have the basic model, they're not getting the five, are they?

Speaker 1:

Actually, they will eventually be releasing it. You might not get it right out the gate, but they will be releasing it eventually. But there's also a cap. I don't know if y'all noticed it. Like there's limited how much you can do. My wife had the free version for a minute and she was doing a lot of posts for Instagram and stuff and then she reached a cap and she was like I need more. And I was like that's what they're doing is basically getting you started with the freer version. But, uh, at the minimum you can pay a twenty dollars a month and then you have, uh, I guess, the entry level version of chat gpt. That's the one I got. I'm not spending two, two hundred dollars yet. I haven't found a use case for it, um, but definitely want to encourage y'all to get the twenty dollars, one at least yeah, so there's no cap on the twenty dollar.

Speaker 1:

One of course there there is a cap too, but it's a broader cap cap. Right, let's say, uh it on the free one. It lets you create specifically with imagery, maybe five images a day. Um, with the twenty dollar ones you might be able to do 20 images a day. If you got the two hundred dollar one, then it's unlimited you get what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

So that's the kind of differences of what they offer um, but also they they do kind of limit how um responsive the ai is from the free version versus the paid one, because you gotta, you know, make it more incentive for people to pay for it, correct, you know? I'm saying um which one do you have rame you? You got the free one yeah, I have the free.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, how about you d free?

Speaker 1:

one. Yeah, I mean, you still can do a lot with it, right?

Speaker 1:

you can get a lot done with it, from not just uh, uh, helping you draft emails and doing different type of things with it, but you can actually communicate with it with the um speaking feature that it has, right. So, uh, definitely big ups to you all that are doing um, uh and using chat gpt. Um, big shout outs to to Jess. We were in New York the other day and our family up in New York definitely heeds what we're talking about utilizing chat GPT and stuff like that because she was asking chat GPT all kinds of questions and stuff, right, and I was like, yes, like that's exactly how you have to use it is, use it daily, use it as a conversation, but also to answer questions about different type of things so I like some of the fun stuff people are doing with it.

Speaker 3:

Did you guys see where cameron did a rap battle with chachi bt?

Speaker 1:

yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah so yeah, that was definitely like um showing you that it's skills, and cameron said it was. It was dropping bars too.

Speaker 3:

Yeah so he said did chachi bt beat him?

Speaker 1:

he said that's what he says, uh, I mean, at the end of the day, uh, you definitely have to queue it up because you know he threw a bar at chat gpt, um, and then chat gpt came back with a little bit of heat. Some good stuff, though, uh, but definitely want to encourage you all to check it out. I'm dropping a link inside of our discord right now um, check out chat gpt, uh, or not chat gpt, but gpt5 uh, which is also low-key, called chat gpt. I think a lot of people um call it that in terms of just being comfortable calling it chat um. But also, uh, check out the open source link, too that I'm going to be dropping here. So I definitely encourage you all to check it out.

Speaker 1:

Uh, just know that this, this thing, is moving fast, and if you all can keep up with it, you'll have a better chance of uh, you know, having job opportunities, remember, because I think it's definitely going to be like hey, how much experience do you have with the latest version of gpt or chat gpt, um? But also, if you are interested in the real deep, you know, diy type scene, I do want to encourage you to check out the open source version of GPT. All right.

Speaker 3:

All right cool.

Speaker 1:

All right, that's all that I got, fellas. I think what we got next up is D-Hustle with some tech current events, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, go ahead, Take it away player.

Speaker 2:

All right. Ladies and gentlemen, good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are, welcome to the tech hustle podcast. We here, after 30 years. Aol said it's done, aol is shutting down and it will shut down the internet service after 30 years, wow so he is crushed yes, I am, you crushed yeah aol.

Speaker 1:

that was like one of my first uh ways of getting connected to the internet was through AOL. I don't know if y'all remember back in the days they used to send CDs to the house. Remember that, yeah, with a free CD, and then you get, you know, you install the application and then it'll help you connect to the modem or use it as a way to connect to the modem. Aol was the way that I got online. But wow got online um, but wow, maybe enlighten me so you're telling me you're still using it?

Speaker 2:

no, no, no, no, no no, no, no, no.

Speaker 1:

I haven't used aol in a long time, but I will say that's how I first got on the internet um, as of september 30th is the end.

Speaker 2:

So if you have that, beautiful yeah. Get yourself into all big humongous Wi-Fi. Slash Comcast Con Edison, wherever you are. Yeah, Get yourself something nice.

Speaker 1:

I didn't know it was still around. So they will stop offering dial up Internet services.

Speaker 2:

Dial up Internet After 30 years, after 30 years? Wow, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I need to go get one of those CDs and put it on the wall as a throwback type shit. That's funny, because those CDs, that was my life, right there.

Speaker 3:

What if you have an AOL account? Is that still going to be active?

Speaker 2:

You're going to have to move. That? I don't know. That's a good question. I don't know. People still use 60,000 people connect to the internet through the land wow telephone service data data from 2023 that is crazy 160,000 people still, it is expensive, man you've mail.

Speaker 1:

That's exactly it, right there.

Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1:

Wow, 30 years. That was a good run, though.

Speaker 3:

It's a good run.

Speaker 2:

It is what it is, you guys ever use AIM, the instant messenger.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, man, all the time. Yeah, that was it, bro, all the time. That was good old days, good old days. That was the DMs, yeah yeah, come on, aol.

Speaker 3:

How did you folly that you shouldn't like? You know facts.

Speaker 2:

Actually it says here AIM was shut down in 2017. Wow, and just left AOL itself.

Speaker 3:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

Going through the many parents' companies.

Speaker 3:

Interesting, okay, yeah.

Speaker 2:

It is what it is 30,.

Speaker 3:

everything doesn't last long but it is what it is.

Speaker 2:

Oh wow, next subject here. Oh wow, next subject here, don't know if you guys seen this humongous issue that's going on with the humanoid robot lashes out while doing some safety rebooting.

Speaker 1:

What.

Speaker 2:

So I just put that there on Discord, not too sure if you guys see it or not. Yeah, basically what happened? They were doing some type of connectivity slash, upgrades on the humanoid robot, and it decided to do its own type of kickboxing slash.

Speaker 1:

It was dangerous from what they're saying.

Speaker 2:

There's a little video if you scroll down to the bottom there you can see here it goes right over. The lady in the background was aka shook. Wow, how this beautiful humanoid robot lost control. So something to take a look at into there.

Speaker 1:

So what do you all think about that? So, basically, they have a robot that they quote unquote. Plug AI into it, they're doing some testing, and then that thing flips out yeah, plug ai into it, um, they're doing some testing, and then that thing flips out yeah, um, I I am definitely worried about, uh, like, if you think about a software, as a software engineer, you always know there's going to be bugs, there's going to be issues, there's going to be, you know, times where things don't work as expected, um, but when it becomes like a humanoid, that karate chop you and, almost like you, you know, cut you in half. I don't know how do we stay safe? How do we stay safe?

Speaker 2:

Well, that's the thing everybody was worried about. Imagine having a humanoid. That's going crazy. You don't know how to turn it off, don't know how to do anything about that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's all AI for you guys. That's the downside. Fortunately, the good news is that he was in a testing environment, not in a real-life case.

Speaker 1:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

Because I don't know who the malfunction is going to report to.

Speaker 1:

I'm wondering how and this is probably a discussion that you might see online even more is, who is going to accept liability for that? Like, uh, do you have to put insurance on a humanoid? Uh, just in case if they karate chop somebody? And definitely yeah definitely.

Speaker 2:

Well, first thing I'm gonna sue is the manufacturer, that's not sugarcoat anything around here, because at the end of the day is gonna say, well, you don't have any proof.

Speaker 1:

Well, well, yeah, for sure, cameras come in exactly, and if you don't have any proof, well, well, yeah, for sure, cameras come in exactly and if you don't have cameras, I recommend you installing a camera yeah uh, but it is what it is wow, well, good, good, good.

Speaker 1:

One report, and we'll keep following along because, uh, robotics and ai, the two of them together are like um one in the same, so wow yeah, and last but not least, reddit will block internet archives from your browser what so it happens to be that the company says that AI company has scrapped data from the way back machines so it's going to be limited that what has been way back machines can access.

Speaker 2:

So if you have a lot of crazy stuff like Raymond here, His archives All research purposes Right. They're going to go ahead and block. But Raymond gets these beautiful phone calls saying hey, what are you doing tonight?

Speaker 3:

That's not fair. Come on right.

Speaker 1:

I need that research, you need that research. So Wayback.

Speaker 2:

Machines will no longer be able to Crawl post detail pages, comments. Come on right, I need that research, you need that research. So web editing machines will no longer be able to crawl post detailed pages, comments or profiles. Instead, it will only be able to index the Redditcom homepage, which effectively means Internet archives will only be archives inside which has news headlines to post more popular than a given day.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I'm definitely expecting more sites to do that. If you think about what it is is, Reddit is basically saying what was happening is that let's say that I'm starting an AI company, right, and we just talked about fine-tuning? Basically, you're going to be teaching it about what a bird looks like, right?

Speaker 1:

And then you keep showing it more birds, more birds, more birds. So what ai companies are going? All right, instead of it being we're going to fine-tune it on birds, we're actually going to fine-tune it on reddit's archive. So what it'll do is they'll go out and download all of reddit data and then they'll go start to create a new ai instance with that fine-tuning and reddit said, nah, fuck that you're not going to grab all our data anymore, because that's the most valuable thing for you to fine-tune or make these ai more accurate is the data.

Speaker 1:

So what reddit is saying is it's like all right, um, we're going to only offer data, but just for what we're showing right now, you can't go and look at the archive anymore, because that's their most valuable data, right? And then what I'm expecting reddit to do is start to sell that data and start to say hey, if you want to get this data into your ai, you need to give us a check rather than just getting it for free. Yeah, so training, um, yeah, exactly, using it for training data. So I think we're going to see more companies do this, um, but hey, um, somebody, they definitely see the value around data and they don't want it to go for free, which of which we've been giving away for free as customers.

Speaker 3:

But yeah, reddit said no, we're all training, chat, GBT and all that, when you use it Exactly, exactly, exactly For free, so we'll see how much money they come out of this with, but man, that's crazy.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, all right, that's all you got for today for Tech Current. Adverance as always. Thank you so much. My guy D Hustles coming back with sports very soon, but we got my guy Raymond. Don't call him Ray Ray. What's going on? Player?

Speaker 3:

How you guys doing.

Speaker 1:

Chilling man Chilling.

Speaker 3:

Morning. So topic here I've kind of beaded this topic to death. I've talked different variations of it. Multiple apps I've recommended Multiple websites, multiple apps. I've recommended multiple websites. You know it's an important topic, you know it's never going to go away, so we always got to talk about it and this is just a different variation of it. But before I drop it in there, question for you guys what's up? You know offhand how long is your passwords for like anything you use, like, let's just say, your website? How many characters?

Speaker 2:

is it? It should be at least 12. Yeah, more, or less.

Speaker 1:

That's very good. Dehussell More than 12, yeah.

Speaker 3:

Yours is more than 12?.

Speaker 1:

I mean, I do something different with my passwords, but it should be more than 12. More than 10 characters is what I always say Mine is 15.

Speaker 3:

15, yeah, 12 is very good, yeah, yeah, that's very impressive that you guys have a password that's 12 characters or more so but yeah, nobody's gonna do one, two, three, I mean you'll be surprised you'll be surprised.

Speaker 1:

You'll be surprised. One, two, three, all the way to 12. You'll be surprised so what's going on? What utility you got for us, right I?

Speaker 3:

just dropped the utility in the chat here. Let me just hit enter so it is called how secure is my password? Oh so if you drop in, drop in this utility here, like D-Hustle was saying, I'm going to go ahead and type in a password called 123456.

Speaker 3:

And if you launch this site it will tell you how quickly a computer can crack your password. I put in 123456, and it says your password would be cracked instantly, For example, if I put in my password that I use every day on multiple sites and stuff like that all right, just just don't say it out loud of course yeah yeah, just to see how secure it is, according to how secure my password is it says, a computer would take 15 billion years to crack my password?

Speaker 3:

yeah, so I'm just curious how long would it take to all?

Speaker 1:

right, let me see my longest password that I have that I used to use. Uh, it says 2.2 trillion years it would takea computer 2 trillion years to crack your password.

Speaker 2:

That's impressive yeah and this one says 400 years to crack my password 400 years.

Speaker 3:

Okay, I kind of find that a lie.

Speaker 2:

I'm going to tell you why?

Speaker 1:

Why is that?

Speaker 2:

So I have a password that's pretty long enough and then all of a sudden I can get in the breach on saying that your password has been hacked into the password. Please change your password. My iPhone tells me that I was in the breach. So, they will consider. So how in the heck are you getting my, my?

Speaker 1:

password. That's what I'm trying to figure out. So, uh, they're definitely. They're talking about two different things one breach meaning that the the company that you put your password in somebody stole that data, right, not that they cracked a password. Cracking the password is is when you're like sitting in front of the computer or another computer trying random passwords and it's just going crazy and it's just trying them all. That's why when they have these security breaches they're so much bad. Right, because you've done your job, created a secure password that takes 400 years for it to crack it if it has to. But they left the front door open.

Speaker 2:

Now everybody got your password yeah, yeah, so it's still got my password.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's still got your password, so got your password. The other thing that I do with my passwords and this is something that I learned while I was working at Twitter is like they had us to required 20 characters, like every password had to be 20 characters. So what they said was you take two passwords, don't you know? We all have passwords that we use very frequently and they say take two passwords and you put them together. So basically, what I do is I type one of them that I know very much and then I type the next one, which is two different passwords, but then it gives me that 20 character link. So that's how I was able to get to 20 characters, but even more than that is technically, you shouldn't even really know what passwords are. Technically, you should only have one master password and then you use a service like you reported before, like last pass or one password or those services yes, that automatically generates those passwords.

Speaker 1:

Uh, so, so that you don't ever give away your main secret password you get I'm saying correct, and that's that password is the only one that's opens up the safe. Um, and then everything else is just random passwords right right, yeah, so I don't. I don't know any of my passwords other than just my one.

Speaker 2:

Everything is randomized so if you need to get into your, whatever it is that you need to get, so how are you going to know the password?

Speaker 1:

I have to go to my password safe if I don't, if I don't have my password safe, reset password yeah, his vote.

Speaker 2:

That keeps it yeah so let's say you don't have a password safe and you're trying to log in into somebody else's computer to look in some information. How are you going to get that?

Speaker 1:

I ain't going to get it. I ain't going to be able to access it. Yeah, like for me. I always consider my password. Safe is the most sacred thing that I hold everything in. I use two different passwords, say one that's on our iPhones, so that iPhones can automatically generate passwords for you, which is a really good one too. I actually get my parents to use that more often and then I have the offline one, which is on another platform, and then that one holds most of the passwords okay, but yeah be careful with your passwords out there.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, check out what's the site securityorg.

Speaker 3:

Yep, how secure is my password?

Speaker 1:

How secure is my password If?

Speaker 3:

you're interested if your 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 is secure enough, is it? Secure enough or not. It will tell you that it will be cracked instantly or 400 billion years. Yeah for sure.

Speaker 1:

Well, until quantum computers come out, and then it's a wrap.

Speaker 3:

Then it's a wrap.

Speaker 1:

Well, they are out out, but until they become accessible, all right, check that out. Secure your password, or how secure is your password? That's a good one, raymond's. What next you got on your nugget list there?

Speaker 3:

all right, the next one here, hopefully I. I think d hustle will like this one. You know I like watching shows. I like watching movies, um d hustle, I know he likes watching shows as well. In particular, I know I've overheard d hustle say that he's a fan of binging binging. Is that true? You're a fan of binge watching shows? Yeah I found recently that I don't like binge watching shows you don't no I think it takes the like, the pleasure out of it.

Speaker 3:

Pause for me, like I want to just, you know, take my time and watch it. I think, like binge watching is not for me, like it just yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

But I think d hustle likes binge watching shows, so I think like binge watching.

Speaker 3:

It's not for me like it just. Yeah, I don't know, but I think the hustle likes binge watching shows.

Speaker 1:

So I think the new generations love the new generation loves it like they just crank it out.

Speaker 3:

So I'm gonna drop a gem in here for the folks like the hustle in here. It's kind of a weird website. I can't even pronounce this on what the hell it is. How do you? Pronounce it tmecom kill me?

Speaker 1:

I have no idea, but so wwwtiime right, yeah, gotcha, yes, so bring this site up.

Speaker 3:

I think it's interesting. So, for example, bring this site up. There's a show that I'm also going to recommend on apple tv. Shout out to apple tv, they're just killing it. So, um, I just watched this show over several weeks. It's called Smoke. So if you bring up this website and they have a search bar and you type in a show so, for example, if I type in Smoke, which is an Apple TV show that just came out a month or two ago, and you do a search, it will tell you how long it will take you to binge watch the show. The show is only one season and it tells me that it will take me seven hours and 48 minutes to binge smoke, and this is a double whammy. If you are interested in watching a great show smoke on apple tv, I highly recommend it highly recommend so, so, yeah, any show or movie.

Speaker 3:

If you're interested to see how long it's going to take you de-hustle to binge, watch it, check out this site how come yours is 740, mine is 720, so I want, do I skip the wrong? One. You got to pick the one on the top. That's some Asian one or something like that.

Speaker 2:

Oh, Smoke and Eros news series. Yeah, that's not the one, Holy crap yeah go back to it.

Speaker 3:

You'll see a man and a woman Type in. Pick the first one.

Speaker 1:

Ah, okay, I got you so pick the first one and then First one.

Speaker 3:

Let the search finish. Yeah, it's still, for somehow it's showing in your hit the close there with the image there.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and close the image. And actually the thing is, is that if, because I actually had more shows, it started to add all the shows? Yeah, you got to let it build up.

Speaker 3:

Let the algorithm kind of build up.

Speaker 1:

Oh OK.

Speaker 3:

So hit, smoke the hustle, and then Nope, you're picking the bottom one and then nope, you're picking the bottom one, pick the top one. That's what I did. Nope, I just. It's one right here, right, yeah, that one. Close the image there that you have open there. You should be able to like hover over it and somehow close it in the top right the most intuitive of sites but it's.

Speaker 1:

It's a good gauge to tell you how much uh binging you're gonna have to do like uh. Another thing that I think would be good is how? How do you like help people, not binge?

Speaker 3:

yeah, so it should look like this the hustle, so yeah yeah so I can't spell smoke.

Speaker 2:

You want all the smoke, bro you know, you can spell smoke no, you're picking about.

Speaker 3:

Yep that one, pick that one, and then hit the arrow to the right, there you go. So this show right here on apple tv I highly recommend it. So for the folks like D Hustle who are interested in binge watching, and this is how long it'll take you to watch a show- to binge watch it.

Speaker 1:

To binge watch it, yeah yeah, oh well, big round of applause. Is that technically, maybe that is spelling time T-I-M-E.

Speaker 3:

I guess so Is it. Oh, okay, look, I guess so Is it. Oh okay, look at you, is it?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay. Yeah, I wonder how they pronounce it.

Speaker 3:

I have no idea.

Speaker 1:

It's a cool little site here, yeah, so yeah, throw in your show, and then you can get the amount of time and commitment you need to watch it. It looks like you can add more shows, so you can kind of stack it up. Maybe you want to watch to season number two and tell you how much and we'll keep adding it up too, like you'll put another show in and then they'll say hey, it'll take you 15 or 20 hours so yeah, yeah, I thought that was.

Speaker 3:

But I will say that binge watching shows I'm not a fan anymore I used to be, but yeah, are you still a fan of binge watching shows?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's, it's, it's, it's.

Speaker 3:

You get hooked right, because you get the next episode. Yeah, that's exactly. I want to enjoy it like I want to take my time like I want to wait but it's because you're an 80s baby, raymond I have. I have my time, like I didn't finish watching shogun well, you gave up on show just like abandon it like so.

Speaker 1:

But the thing that I miss about shows is this is I always tell my kids this is that back in the days now we're showing our age here we used to have to wait until the next week when the show would play Right, and if you missed a show, you missed that episode. But what it did is it kind of gave you that soap opera effect where it made you want to tune in the next week and follow along, rather than you know, committing three, three nights, uh, straight through, uh, to one show, and then you forget all about it afterwards. But uh, yeah, I guess you all check it out. The site is called t? I, with three i's t, I, I, I dot me. It's almost like time with three extra i's um, and there's a dot in between there. So, uh, definitely check it out. Inside of our discord channel, raymond, drop the link if you are looking to get uh, your show stacked up and see how much time you're going to commit. Well, raymond, uh, is that all you got for nuggets this time around?

Speaker 2:

yeah, that's all I got well as always.

Speaker 1:

we really appreciate you. Go check out how secure your passwords are, but also check out what these shows are talking about. We got my guy d hustle coming up next in the sports. Yeah, my guy, he's enjoying his new anthem song right there. So it's good, my guy. There he goes, there he goes All right, all right.

Speaker 2:

ladies and gentlemen, let's get down to business here. As far as sports, wnba is on right now for the ladies dropping doing the crisscross applesauce all over the place.

Speaker 1:

Killing it, killing it.

Speaker 2:

Killing it there, besides the dildos actions going on. Stop doing that shit over there. I don't know if you guys seen that there was a game going on. A fan threw a dildo out. What.

Speaker 1:

Bam, bam bam.

Speaker 2:

Crazy. A lot of disrespect going on.

Speaker 3:

That's crazy. Hopefully they caught them. They did arrest them. They did arrest them yeah yeah, I am glad.

Speaker 2:

But other than that, the Minnesota Lynx are on top right now, knocking away, stealing the lead 27-5., and New York Liberty right behind it saying yo, we're not leaving it. But as far as the conference, liberty's number one, atlanta number two and then Indiana Fevers was a championship cup. Congratulations to them. And then the Westerns, the Minnesota Linux, phoenix Mercury and Las Vegas Aces. So who's your favorite team? Let me know. I can go ahead and give them a shout out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

If you're not ready for college football. College football is almost coming up, or is already up, I'm not too sure, because they sometimes are confusing me, but people want to know what bill belichick is going to do around there, and so let's see what he does see what belichick's trying to get in college. He's in here. He's a coach for uh north carolina, if I'm not mistaken. Oh, my bad, I'm not.

Speaker 1:

I have to keep up with it.

Speaker 2:

No, I didn't know that okay well, yeah, he is in north in North Carolina handling business with his young, beautiful, hot girlfriend.

Speaker 1:

Big shout-outs to him, shout-out to my man, shout-out to Belichick. Guy Belichick, he's a go.

Speaker 2:

He's hanging out with Robert Kraft.

Speaker 1:

But it is what it is. Yeah, he is the coach over there. That's crazy. Who's?

Speaker 2:

your favorite team, let me know Manny doing his thing, as we was in New York, we were listening to the stuff, so congratulations. Over there, boxing, boxing is going on right now, a lot of stuff going on. Canelo is the man to beat, from what I am hearing, but there are other people out there right now as we see Canelo getting ready for his fight for against. Is it Crawford, if I'm mistaken, coming up in September? Not too sure. If you guys know, muhammad Ali's younger brother, raham, dies. So my condolences to Muhammad Ali's brother. His younger brother dies a couple days ago, so condolences to him.

Speaker 1:

Rest in peace.

Speaker 2:

Next subject here formula is going on here. My man, Hamilton, says I am useless. He has did a bad bad run in one of his races and he's very, very disappointed in his outcome as far as his trial for his beautiful, beautiful run his beautiful beautiful run. I guess he did a bad. Bad what's the word? Oh my God Anyway he was doing a track. I guess he didn't do the right.

Speaker 2:

Correct time that he wanted to do and he's hitting himself really, really hard because he really likes to be in Ferrari and he's saying he's useless.

Speaker 1:

Okay, now I get you.

Speaker 2:

So you know, hopefully he gets better, he knocks out that situation there. But other than that, mclaren is number one. They're going to go ahead and knock in our business, and then, of course, you have the lovely Ferrari number two, and then you have Mercedes number three. Wwe is our next situation here, ferrari number two, and then you have Mercedes number three. Wwe is our next situation here. My man, wwe, as you can see, john Cena, he lost his championship.

Speaker 2:

He lost the belt he lost it to my man, cody Rose, so I guess his retirement is going to be done at the end of this year. I don't know if you know, but my man, brock Lesnar, came back, so he is handling business over there. Came, show up a little. You know, I saw that that was cool Nostalgia.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, let's see what happens on that Tennis. Tennis is on. Let me know who is your. Ah, ah, pause. Going on over there People knocking balls left and right. I don't know who's your favorite team Not team, but who's your favorite person. I don't follow tennis, but I gave it out here because a lot of people watch tennis.

Speaker 1:

Yeah for sure. Good luck for that.

Speaker 2:

NHL getting ready to come back for preseason.

Speaker 1:

They're still not in Cancun. No man, they're still not in Cancun. No man, they're back practicing right now. They're already ready to go, ready to go right now.

Speaker 2:

So they are handling business and their beautiful pre-season is going on there. Don't know too much about hockey, except for the Panthers are trying to, you know, prepare for this new season coming up.

Speaker 3:

So congratulations to them.

Speaker 2:

Other than that. Next subject here soccer. Soccer is on. There's a lot of soccer games going on right now. Who is your favorite team? Let me know what scores, and what's your highlight of your soccer game, other than that I got nothing there for soccer. Now let's get down to the other major sports here. Uh n NBA. Nba is getting ready. Congratulations, ladies and gentlemen. Nba is getting ready to start playing basketball.

Speaker 1:

Again already.

Speaker 2:

October will start the new season.

Speaker 1:

October.

Speaker 2:

October starts getting ready for basketball. I'm not too sure. Celtics signed Manzula to a multi-year extension. Piston closed the year with Green. Free agent Beasley in gambling inquiry evicted Manzula to a multi-year extension. Pissed and closed deal with green. Uh, free agent Beasley in gambling inquiry evicted uh him and uh jail, oh my God. Uh, Gilbert arenas also has some issues going on there with gambling against the game. I don't know if you guys seen that or not. Any comments? Questions?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it seems kind of crazy, though. I mean he was just doing like a poker game at his house.

Speaker 1:

Uh-huh.

Speaker 3:

So and and what happened? The feds arrested him.

Speaker 1:

The feds arrested him. Yeah, for having a poker game. Yes, I mean, there had to be something more going on than that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, well, they said they had like women and stuff like that.

Speaker 1:

But still Okay, but there still has to be more going on streaming it or something like that. Like you know, uncle sam's not getting his cut but cut to the women or what. I don't get it because it was poker, bro. They were playing poker at their house unless they were doing like an illegal type poker type thing you do realize like any poker thing you do at your house is technically illegal if you're doing it for money so if I have a thing at the house and I say everybody, I pull up with a hundred dollars, y'all get chips, and then at the end of who has the most gets all the money.

Speaker 3:

That's illegal Technically. Yes, Bomp, bomp, bomp. That that's fucking crazy. That's essentially what he did.

Speaker 2:

Well, first of all, who snitched? That's what it is Somebody set him up. Let's figure out who snitched. I'm not appreciating this shit. I'm gonna come to my house. I'm trusting all you guys to Y'all gotta make sure.

Speaker 1:

You bring money right. I wanna see cash. Yeah, right.

Speaker 2:

Number two I'm trying to figure out which one of you guys Fucking snitched on me.

Speaker 3:

Facts yeah, that is crazy. Yeah, that's essentially what he did.

Speaker 1:

Wow, yeah, so you can't Somebody set him up? Somebody set something, yeah, I mean. And what's the results of that?

Speaker 2:

He's getting suspended, or fine, or he's retired, but okay he's got to go to the process now yeah, so I don't know all I know is opening night starting off, so october 21st, houston rockets in oklahoma city and then going to state against your uh los angeles bummers, so hopefully, uh, first game out of the gate first game out of the gate. Seems like going to state might win that, but I'm happy to see what luca got's going on with him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, luka's ready to go. He said I'm in shape. And then LeFron might be in shape for you. I don't know. He might start off the season on the bench. I don't know.

Speaker 3:

He's all over the country, like with his wife, vacationing.

Speaker 1:

So let him enjoy it.

Speaker 2:

I just want. The guy was hurt, then he was hurt. He's out for the rest of the season.

Speaker 3:

Hey, this is off-season, Come on Interesting Vacation he's like poor George.

Speaker 2:

all of a sudden we see him in the nightclub with his ankle brace, going on on the side Wow. But this guy ended his career. I don't know how this shit works. You guys got to figure this shit out. Ladies and gentlemen, christmas Day Cavaliers versus my Nick, san Antonio against OKC. Houston Rockets Against the Lakers. Mavs Against Golden State. Minnesota Timberwolves Against the Nuggets.

Speaker 1:

That's Christmas weekend Christmas day. Christmas day. Ooh yeah, I'm ready.

Speaker 2:

Other than that, I can't wait to see what my Cooper flag has going on over there with the Mavericks. It doesn't seem like Kyrie's going to be there until January, so nothing until January, so nothing. Hopefully everything goes well for them other than that.

Speaker 3:

Nfl ladies and gentlemen NFL's preseason is on.

Speaker 2:

If you have not done your ESPN fantasy, get your shit going on right now finally thank you somebody for inviting me to the fantasy oh, you finally got invited finally got invited. God damn, it took a fucking who put you on the roster.

Speaker 1:

Uh, main took care of. Main. Got you big shout outs to main main dixon.

Speaker 2:

What's going on, my guy, you need an extra person in fantasy uh, no, we're pretty booked up yeah, yeah, same thing on my brother's side of the house.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm on the sideline again, so uh, fantasy is on.

Speaker 2:

Ladies and gentlemen, if you have not done, pick out your teams. A lot of people haven't started because due to the cut, but it is what it is. Some people already started, some people haven't what do you mean by the cut? So at fantasy they have several um practices and different cuts to see who makes the team who doesn't okay, okay.

Speaker 1:

So you kind of want pre-season to get through, and then you want it.

Speaker 2:

But then it takes mad long to see who makes the team, who doesn't make the team. You know who makes the fucking team. Let's be realistic here, but it is what it is. Long story short my man Parkins trying to have a figure out with Jerry Jones. I guess they're fighting. He needs that money, not too sure.

Speaker 1:

I've seen some AI stuff out there, them talking some shit with Jimmy Jones.

Speaker 2:

Michael Parsons, where's my money?

Speaker 1:

I don't know, where it's at.

Speaker 2:

He wants to get paid. He says Jerry Jones don't want to let go of the bag because he paid too much for that press stock. That's going to be in the side and the rest of the feed can see it. I'm not too sure what's going on over there.

Speaker 3:

Pick up, jerry, pick up.

Speaker 2:

Jerry Terrell Owens. Finally, with Mickey Minaj and some situations going on over there. Yeah, it's a lot of fucking shit going on. That's crazy, rock Nation throwing under the bus because technically Jay-Z is not a freaking agent. So I don't even know if that's even a good contract. Going on over there there's a lot of shit going on. Packers love, packers, quarterback love. Finally gets his procedure done on his thumb.

Speaker 1:

I don't know why you guys are waiting until right before season season starts, to start doing your freaking thing.

Speaker 2:

Steely harryway hits a sting out of the season. Uh, cook, took the bills. Practice admin shout out to the giants there took out the bills in preseason yeah, you was, you was not gonna miss to say that brown's garrett cited for going 100 miles an hour in a 60 mile zone. Wow, uh. I don't know if he went to jail or not, because I know there's a new law, but maybe that's just in florida yeah, it is uh 49 ish.

Speaker 2:

Uh shanahan. I six week return for uh yuko yuko, whatever his name is. Um other than that? Um, oh, and your favorite Taylor Swift Is going with Travis Kelsey For the new album, so hopefully he be back in time To practice Wow.

Speaker 3:

So we gotta continue To deal with this In football season. Oh yeah, for sure.

Speaker 2:

Tyreek Hill. We don't know if he's a hit or a bust this year and my man's Jackson Smith Jibba in fantasy Looks like he's going to light it up this year. Hopefully that will make Stafford be ready to go. The Bengals we're trying to figure out if Joey Joe is going to handle business over there. Other than that, did I miss anything besides? How about my guy Shador.

Speaker 1:

Who Sanders?

Speaker 2:

Oh, shador Sanders, they're phenomenal, from what I'm hearing, Two touchdowns 147-point yards.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I guess he did good, I guess.

Speaker 1:

Come on, man. This is the whole country is going to be rooting for him this year.

Speaker 2:

But at the end of the day he's going to be benched.

Speaker 1:

Joe.

Speaker 2:

Flacco's handling that business here.

Speaker 1:

You're going to have Joe Flacco come in. He's definitely going to go out there and do his thing.

Speaker 2:

for sure, joe Flacco had his business and Anthony Richardson had his finger injured in the preseason game.

Speaker 3:

So hopefully he gets better.

Speaker 1:

He's a bust.

Speaker 2:

You think he's a bust yeah.

Speaker 1:

They need to get rid of him, yeah.

Speaker 3:

Why he's always getting hurt.

Speaker 2:

I'll tell you the offensive line. I mean I understand how that I feel, richardson, because as a Giants fan, unfortunately the line was there and couldn't handle Daniel Jones, so I don't know what else to tell you there. But worry about your Dolphins. Is Waddle going to have a good year or he's going to be on the bench? Nobody wants him.

Speaker 3:

You mean Waddle? Or Tyreek, Both I mean they're starters, so it all depends on our quarterback Shit.

Speaker 2:

Last year he was a starter and he didn't get the ball hardly nothing. I had to drop Waddle.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, waddle definitely was a disappointment last year. So yeah, we'll see. I mean, I had him as well. So yeah, I'm not expecting much from the Dolphins season, to be honest with you Dang bro already had a trash offseason, bro yeah, I'm not expecting much.

Speaker 1:

I'm expecting always the greatness, bro, keeping it real.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so as far as preseason, New England handling business.

Speaker 1:

Oh, did you see the statue for my guy Tom.

Speaker 2:

Brady Shout out to Tom Brady the GOAT, yeah, the GOAT, real GOAT, raymond.

Speaker 1:

Real GOAT of time, buddy the goat, the goat, real goat reigning real goat yo. He said a line we've seen it on the news where he said something like uh, he's so excited about his statue for when the jets fan come into town and they throw beers at him like he says that's what I want.

Speaker 1:

I want them to leave upset and throw beers at my statue. So my guys out there uh and big shout outs to him. I think they did a great job on his statue compared to everybody else's, I think they're phenomenal job, even my, even freaking.

Speaker 2:

Uh, is it the who was the bench player for the heat?

Speaker 1:

oh, I don't know. I don't know, I'm not a fan, so I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Uh, I thought was a Heat fan. No, I'm a Lakers fan. Oh Wow, are you a Brown fan? Which?

Speaker 3:

one is it. Wow, I'm a Lakers fan, wow.

Speaker 1:

Here we go again.

Speaker 3:

But what did he say Off the bench?

Speaker 1:

though what you said. He said Something off the bench.

Speaker 2:

No, no, no. They made Miami Heat, made a bench how you call it Made a statue For a bench player Wow. Statue for a bench player Wow. That's crazy. Yeah, yeah, he's been in the heat for long, I think.

Speaker 3:

Oh, you're talking about Haslam Haslam. There you go. Oh, okay, yeah, yeah, haslam yeah.

Speaker 2:

Better looking than Dane Wade's Wow.

Speaker 3:

Picture, but hey.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, miami Dolphins tied against the Bears. For some odd reason they could have knocked that out there. Pittsburgh handling business there. Can't wait to see Aaron Rodgers take care of Baltimore winning over there, cleveland Browns also winning, cincinnati taking that L. Other than that, giants took that number one there. Cowboys lost. What a coincidence. But I'm going to let you know that right now, shout out to the Cowboys, because they always got the Giants numbers. So it seems like the Giants will not win that game.

Speaker 2:

I'm going to predict my Giants right now. I'm going to say the Giants will be Uh-oh, 3-10, maybe you think 3-10?

Speaker 1:

3-10. 3 wins, 10 losses.

Speaker 3:

Wow, is it 13 games? Yes, no, it's 17.

Speaker 1:

17 games yeah, so so when you say 17 games total, what would it be? 3 and 14? Wow, dang D. 3 and 14.

Speaker 2:

How about?

Speaker 1:

you, raymond, for the Dolphins 17 games 5 and 12 5 and 12?. That's not even 50%, bro. I don't, we haven't done so no playoff appearance. No For either of your teams. Yeah, no.

Speaker 2:

Well, I'm going to show you right here. First game up. You got the.

Speaker 1:

He's already done the full analysis. No, I'm doing. I'm looking at it right now, so I just looked it up, the schedule.

Speaker 2:

First game of the season Commanders. Second game Cowboys. Third game Chiefs Chargers there he goes like that. Saints, I'm going to give that to them.

Speaker 1:

Oh, eagles, let me give you that the Eagles are coming?

Speaker 2:

Broncos. I'll take that.

Speaker 1:

Eagles yeah, yeah, play them. Yeah, let's see the conference right here 49ers, oh yeah that's rough Bears.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I could beat the Bears.

Speaker 2:

The Bears. You know what I'll give that there? Packers, lions, whoa.

Speaker 3:

Yo, they gave you a murderous row schedule, wow yeah.

Speaker 2:

Patriots, that's a flip up.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's a flip up, that's a coin toss Washington Commanders. Yeah, they came to ball.

Speaker 2:

Vikings.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, Raiders. Okay, I agree with you.

Speaker 2:

Cowboys. Like I said, as far as a Giants fan, somebody please prove me wrong. Other than that, if you haven't fixed the O-line, we're not going to have it seems like the draft. They picked up a defensive player again and then we got Winston, and then what's his name? Again? Russell. Hopefully neighbors can get some shit going on. Other than that. I ain't got nothing else for.

Speaker 1:

I mean, the preseason game didn't give you hope bro.

Speaker 2:

No.

Speaker 1:

Wow, at least the first quarter of the preseason.

Speaker 2:

I mean I'll take the win.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I know you'll take the win.

Speaker 2:

That's the only win we're probably going to get. That's the only win we're probably going to get that's decent.

Speaker 1:

Well, I will say y'all need to tune in to the rest of the season. This is by far one of the most active times during the podcast, especially during sports, when football kicks off and you can already see how D-Hus is coaching from the sidelines.

Speaker 2:

Other than that I've got nothing for football. Anybody got comments, questions or concerns?

Speaker 3:

I do have a comment. What?

Speaker 1:

concerns. Uh, I do have a comment. What up the?

Speaker 3:

internet needs to slow down with shador like come on bro, the hall of fame, for god's sakes.

Speaker 1:

No, I mean, I think I think the, the media, I mean I think the nfl uh kind of uh unintentionally caused this to happen with the way that, uh, I mean nfl is in terms of all the teams, not just nfl as an organization, and this is going to be the results is, if you put the guy on blast, you know, have him come all the way at the end of the, the draft, uh, he's going to be in the spotlight until he retires. I think everybody's going to be, you know, comparing him from when he got selected.

Speaker 1:

So I think they set themselves up for that okay but the internet is not going to slow down my guy. He loves the spotlight.

Speaker 3:

I think they're making it worse for the kid. He's not going to get the job. Like DeHussell said, Flacco's going to start. They have four quarterbacks. Somebody's?

Speaker 2:

going to have to go Shakur.

Speaker 1:

He might not even make the team. You think he might not make the team?

Speaker 3:

They have Flacco, they have Watson, they have some kid. They drafted like in the third, fourth round, yeah, so I mean just slow down yeah I mean I get the support. Lebron's on there rooting for him and everybody no, you just made it worse you're putting a spotlight on this kid. I'm like it's his free season.

Speaker 1:

He's playing against the scrubs.

Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh well, that's all I had to say, is it? I feel?

Speaker 2:

like is this.

Speaker 3:

You don't think they're making it worse? Lebron and all the celebrities oh yeah, look at that. I'm like, come on, man, he's playing it's preseason. He's playing against the scrubs, like, come on, of course he's gonna do good, that's why all the quarterbacks go to die and you can see he's gonna die um, that's all I gotta say, maybe lebron wants to play for Cajun Cavaliers.

Speaker 1:

I mean I mean that is his hometown, so Anything Ohio he's representing. It's Ohio but.

Speaker 2:

But one minute. He's a Cowboy fan which.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, that's right, well, yeah yeah, yeah, I forgot about that. Are you a LeBron fan, or what LeBron's?

Speaker 2:

a huge fan.

Speaker 1:

But everybody's a Cowboy fan Cowboys, fans, who's everybody?

Speaker 3:

Well, I'm not. I hate the Cowboys, but you know.

Speaker 1:

You either love them or hate them. It's America's team.

Speaker 2:

I feel like Raymond's talking as a father perspective not as far as football perspective.

Speaker 1:

That's what it could be.

Speaker 2:

I don't know why you're worrying about Shakur. Are you going to pick him in the draft?

Speaker 3:

I'm not. He's not even going to make the team Darwin.

Speaker 2:

So why are you worrying about Shakur?

Speaker 3:

I'm just saying the internet is making it worse.

Speaker 2:

You're worried about LeBron's son?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, Well, lebron's son is on the team, like he has a guaranteed spot.

Speaker 1:

Why does he have a guaranteed spot?

Speaker 3:

Because he was picked in the second round. Shakur was picked in like the sixth round.

Speaker 1:

I was just going to say something else, but regardless, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 3:

I mean Tom Brady yeah, what I mean, tom Brady. Yeah, what team do you know has four quarterbacks going? You cannot have.

Speaker 1:

Four quarterbacks on the team. I mean they're gonna cut, they're gonna cut him.

Speaker 3:

He's gonna lose his job, yeah.

Speaker 1:

You think so, after he had a performance like that?

Speaker 3:

He was playing against scrubs Bobby.

Speaker 1:

Okay, but, raymond, think of the business aspect of this. This is the part that I think A lot of people aren't realizing Is like how much business?

Speaker 2:

but I thought you said he's gonna be bringing. I thought you said he got the most sales in in jerseys he does, but the team has no quarterbacks, guys that's, that's what should core is going to draw. How do you know they're?

Speaker 3:

not gonna get rid of the other guy okay, so you think they're gonna get rid of flacco?

Speaker 1:

no, no, I mean he's a quarterback and watson.

Speaker 3:

They pay them 200 million dollars guaranteed. And then they drafted a kid in the third round. They gave a pick to take him, so you can't cut him. Yeah, shador was picked in the fifth or sixth round, all right.

Speaker 2:

So this is, let me look at that right here. So you got joe flack as the main guy. The number two, kenny pickens. Yes, number three, dylan gabriel. All right. Number four shakur sandur.

Speaker 3:

Sanders.

Speaker 2:

You gonna tell me Shakur might not Take Dylan out.

Speaker 1:

No, you don't think so. No, because that kid For business, not because of performance.

Speaker 3:

They drafted the kid higher and they gave a pick To take him.

Speaker 1:

But they could still trade him.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but there was a reason why they skipped Shakur.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

You know the reason. Well, I mean, you know, we all know the reason.

Speaker 1:

Well, I think it was politics behind it. Yes, but if you think about how much money this young man is going to bring into an organization, he's going to bring more money than Flacco.

Speaker 3:

I agree with you. I'm rooting for him.

Speaker 1:

But that's the part that I think most people don't realize what business is really in the NFL? It's not about winning games.

Speaker 2:

It's about how much merchant how many tickets you can sell and how much tv time you can get. Okay, and my guy is going to be out there giving. You gotta understand. I understand what you're saying. Raymond's playing this phone because it's the same shit for brawny. Okay, how many shirts and?

Speaker 1:

jerseys did he sell right.

Speaker 2:

Exactly, you see how he set the same shit for brawny but when it comes to shit, he's not giving him the same light. Yep, why is?

Speaker 3:

that. That's different guys.

Speaker 2:

It's not different. Ah, come on. Do you know who his dad is?

Speaker 3:

I know what you're saying, but who's his dad. He was picked in the second round. Shador was picked in like the fifth or sixth round.

Speaker 1:

But hold on hold on pick in the second round uh, brony yeah, I thought it was the last pick. It was last pick last pick in the second round but the last pick, okay, all right, yes, okay, the last it wasn't like the second day, or whatever. Well, nfl, you can't compare the the rounds of picking based on. But I'm just saying like all I want is is to keep the same energy that you had for a young kid that came into the lakers, blew up the business in terms of sales of jersey.

Speaker 3:

You guys, all of that, like I'm rooting against the kid, I'm rooting for him no, but you're telling the internet to slow down.

Speaker 1:

The internet may be turned up even more for him yes, but uh-huh, okay, he's playing against scrubs. It's pre-season, guys, it's like slow down, like yeah, so next time brownie goes and do a crossover and dunk on somebody, uh, I want, I'm gonna tell you. Hey, you need to slow down a little bit this is this is just the d league or g league, or?

Speaker 3:

whatever, that's fine, of course, yeah it'll be interesting.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, well, as always, I hope y'all tune in throughout the rest of the season. Obviously, you can see how we already start in the conversation. Uh d, go ahead and cue that music up, player I ain't done.

Speaker 2:

I don't know what you're trying to do?

Speaker 1:

D's trying to jump in.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so do you think he's going to make the team D?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I think he's going to make the team and if not, he'll probably get traded.

Speaker 3:

At the end of the day, somebody's going to need Shakur. Of course somebody will pick him up, but you just said it. He's going to get traded or cut.

Speaker 2:

But at the end of the day preseason, I didn't see Gabriel do anything and I did see Shakur get two touchdowns and winning the game.

Speaker 3:

He did his thing. I'm not saying he did that. So I mean okay.

Speaker 2:
