The Motivational Triad is a theory that sheds light on how our desires to maintain comfort, avoid pain, and be efficient with our energy influence our motivation to change (or not change!) It highlights why we humans like to stay in our comfort zone. What’s the key to getting us to move out of that space and into bigger and better things?

She has traveled the world to learn more about the intersection where mind, body, personal beliefs, and motivation meet.
