Speaker 1:

Welcome to the Go Big With Gibb podcast, where we talk to professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs about their big wins. Welcome to Go Big With Gibb. I'm your host, gibb Irons. I'm a practicing attorney with 20 years of experience and a capital raiser who's raised over $5 million from retail investors for private placement real estate syndications. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to be a general partner in passive investment opportunities, from value-add multifamily to build-to-rent townhouse communities and now with Health Wealth Capital. Now more than ever, it is absolutely critical that you build a strong personal brand. This has been my primary focus over the past two years and the results have been tremendous. Today, I'm sharing with you five practical steps to build your personal brand and take your business to the next level. Let's dive in.

Speaker 1:

Step number one build a strong website that converts. Your website is your digital storefront. It needs to be professional, easy to navigate and showcase your expertise, including clear calls to action like a booking link or joining your email list. My website has been a game changer, driving new clients to my law firm and new investors to my real estate deals without me having to chase them down. Number two leverage social media. Platforms like LinkedIn, instagram and X are where your audience hangs out. Share valuable content, tips, insights or behind-the-scenes looks at your work. Consistency is key. My posts about real estate and legal strategy have built trust and attracted investors to Health Wealth Capital.

Speaker 1:

Number three encourage online reviews. They validate your credibility. I've seen firsthand how glowing reviews from clients and investors draw in new business. Ask satisfied clients to leave a review. It's a small step with a big impact. Number four stay in touch with the email campaign. Regular emails keep your audience engaged. Share updates, success stories or exclusive opportunities. My email list has been crucial for raising $5 million in private capital, keeping investors informed and ready to act when new deals arise.

Speaker 1:

Number five be authentic and consistent. Your brand is. You Share your stories, your wins, even your challenges. People connect with realness. A strong personal brand creates trust and amplifies your message to a gigantic audience. It's how I've raised millions of dollars for real estate syndications and grown my law firm without constant hustling. Start with these five steps and you'll be amazed at the doors that will open.
