For years, crypto has operated in a gray area. You've had innovation moving at lightning speed while regulators try to decide whether tokens are securities, commodities, or something entirely different. That uncertainty scared off a lot of serious capital. Pension funds, large family offices, traditional wealth managers, banks. Not because they hated crypto, but because uncertainty creates risk and markets hate uncertainty. The Clarity Act is important because it attempts to create a real framework for digital assets. If institutions finally know the rules of the game, you could see trillions of dollars slowly beginning to enter the space over the next decade. That's the big picture most people miss. The average retail investor is focused on the next meme coin pump, but sophisticated investors are watching infrastructure. They're watching regulation, custody, liquidity, tax treatment, institutional rails. That's where generational wealth is created. Now, does that mean crypto is risk-free? Absolutely not. Crypto is volatile, emotional, and speculative at times. But every major technology shift in history looked chaotic early on. The internet looked chaotic, Amazon looked risky, Tesla looked impossible. But the people who win long term are usually the people who can tolerate uncertainty while maintaining discipline.
