LeadHerShift: Women Leading in 5D with Lynn Everhart. Where Conscious Leadership meets Your Higher Self.

WORKFLOWS: How to navigate this crucial Basic Bitch of Business.

Season 1 Episode 6

If you find yourself REACTING to your business rather than being intentional with your actions within it, sitting down reviewing your workflows will help you rise above the fray and witness the reality of your daily actions and processes from full drone mode. We can all wear many hats in a business and often the lines of who is doing what and when and most importantly  WHY get blurred. Workflows are a great way to honor your growth, plan for the future, and also getting REALLY honest with where your pinch and gaps are in our business. I consider this one of the most important of arrows in your quiver. Its like the basic bitch of business! Getting real on my workflows really helped me figure out who was spending time doing what task, what made the most sense for my time, and allowed me to be able to think strategically at a high level and reflect on what is working and what needs to be reframed.

In this episode we are going to go through a simple 3 step framework for developing and refining your business workflow. We will cover:

  1. What is a workflow?
  2. Why work flows are important to your business.
  3. The multidimensional benefits to having workflows.
  4. How to identify and define key processes
  5. How to Map out a workflow
  6. The importance of implementing and testing workflows.
  7. We have included a workbook here for this episode so you can print and do these exercises in RealTIME.

You are going to LOVE LOVE LOVE how you feel once you get started.

xoxo
