Hospital-at-home takes the inpatient acute care experience to the patient home, showing promising initial results.  Dr Kvedar talks with Charlotte Yeh, Chief Medical Officer of AARP Services about what it might really be like for older adults in these programs.  What is the impact to patients and their caregivers and what considerations should be taken?  They discuss the lived experience of this population and how clinical systems can reduce the intensity of care burden to allow these programs to truly succeed.
