I have made a lot of friends through church connections over the years. Often when people visit our church they are looking to see if there are people they can become friends with. Serving Jesus with others is a great adventure and we are usually more fruitful when we aren’t ministering all alone. The Old and New Testament is full of stories of friends. In Philippians 2 Paul shows us some characteristics of good friends. Listen and be encouraged be a friend that Jesus can use to encourage others in this great adventure of the Christian life.
