God has given us the real life stories of people in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible to teach us how to live with faith as we ride the roller-coaster of life. Just about everyone’s life is full of victories and disappointments, divine encouragement and evil discouragement, hope to keep us going or despair to cause us to quit. Sometimes we are disappointed by the result of our own choices and other times through no fault of our own.
