The 3s brought the info today! From learning what failure looks like to them to explaining how being a chameleon is an asset to their achievements not something for the rest of us to be suspicious of. Today these Enneagram 3s let me ask the deep, hard questions to get to know what it’s like for them to live in this world and the joy they find in a lot of their tasks. I have such an appreciation for the way 3s get the things done but also learned in this conversation how much they love to support other people in their to-dos.
