so we grew up in California, didn't rain a lot, Northern California."},{"startTime":197.5,"endTime":201.75,"body":"So the only way to have green grass was to have a sprinkler and I remember being out there with"},{"startTime":220.25,"endTime":223.583,"body":"you know, little mini hacksaw cutting through the pipe,"},{"startTime":223.583,"endTime":227.083,"body":"handing him the the pipe glue of,"},{"startTime":227.083,"endTime":230.916,"body":"you know, holding the flashlight as it gets dark and scooping out"},{"startTime":230.916,"endTime":235.958,"body":"the water as the hole would fill as the water turned back on and so forth."},{"startTime":235.958,"endTime":239.5,"body":"But there's a... an element of one, it's a fond receiving feedback"},{"startTime":378.208,"endTime":381.125,"body":"and their engagement and motivation level."},{"startTime":381.125,"endTime":385.0,"body":"So let me, let me share two interesting insights around this."},{"startTime":385.333,"endTime":387.291,"body":"So first, first off,"},{"startTime":387.291,"endTime":390.583,"body":"80% of employees who"},{"startTime":390.583,"endTime":393.958,"body":"say they have received meaningful feedback in the last"},{"startTime":393.958,"endTime":397.25,"body":"week are fully appreciated the way you started off that presentation,”"},{"startTime":521.666,"endTime":525.208,"body":"or “how you then framed that was really, really good.”"},{"startTime":525.916,"endTime":529.208,"body":"It could also be met with “that part was helpful,”"},{"startTime":529.208,"endTime":531.916,"body":"“and this part let's reshape it in the feedback"},{"startTime":581.375,"endTime":584.25,"body":"and saying, “hey, I'm thinking of you, thank you for doing this.”"},{"startTime":584.25,"endTime":585.541,"body":"“Let me follow up
