about"},{"startTime":456.5,"endTime":461.791,"body":"providing your voluntary extra effort towards something."},{"startTime":462.666,"endTime":467.625,"body":"And this cast member was putting her voluntary extra effort"},{"startTime":467.625,"endTime":471.666,"body":"of providing pixie dust, the ultimate final touch"},{"startTime":471.666,"endTime":475.75,"body":"on the guest experience,"},{"startTime":475.75,"endTime":478.583,"body":"even on an out-of-order pirate ship."},{"startTime":479.416,"endTime":483.541,"body":"I was just amazed, and that helped illustrate, members."},{"startTime":499.625,"endTime":503.958,"body":"I was just recently out in Orlando with my family,"},{"startTime":503.958,"endTime":507.625,"body":"and as you park in the parking entrance,"},{"startTime":510.75,"endTime":513.708,"body":"they'll put you in a tram to take you to the front."},{"startTime":514.333,"endTime":515.583,"body":"And one day in particular,"},{"startTime":515.583,"endTime":519.25,"body":"I think we were at the Animal Kingdom Park,"},{"startTime":519.25,"endTime":521.875,"body":"that there's a driver of the tram"},{"startTime":521.875,"endTime":524.541,"body":"and then there's somebody in the back car"},{"startTime":524.541,"endTime":528.416,"body":"with a microphone whose really main function"},{"startTime":528.416,"endTime":531.708,"body":"is to one, for safety, help ensure"},{"startTime":531.708,"endTime":535.541,"body":"that nobody is getting on or off the tram"},{"startTime":535.541,"endTime":537.125,"body":"so that they don't get run over."},{"startTime":537.125,"endTime":538.208,"body":"You know, that would be these."},{"startTime":585.458,"endTime":588.375,"body":"I mean, we kept looking at each other saying,"},{"startTime":588.375,"endTime":589.625,"body":"\"What did this guy eat for breakfast?”"},{"startTime":589.75,"endTime":591.458,"body":"'Cause this is early in the morning."},{"startTime":591.541,"endTime":591.833,"body":"- Right."},{"startTime":592.041,"endTime":594.708,"body":"- But everybody around was in laughter."},{"startTime":596.041,"endTime":598.666,"body":"We haven't even gotten to the gates of the park confidence,"},{"startTime":693.166,"endTime":697.625,"body":"utilizing his strengths in fully leveraging his job"},{"startTime":697.625,"endTime":700.5,"body":"and more so, you were drawn to it."},{"startTime":701.208,"endTime":704.333,"body":"And as we take that and apply it to a variety"},{"startTime":704.333,"endTime":707.25,"body":"of other organizational settings,"},{"startTime":707.25,"endTime":712.625,"body":"it's always going for that ability to influence others"},{"startTime":712.625,"endTime":716.875,"body":"in positive ways, to be able to help get people's attention"},{"startTime":716.875,"endTime":719.0,"body":"so that when you come into a room,"},{"startTime":719.0,"endTime":721.5,"body":"or when you come onto a tram,"},{"startTime":721.5,"endTime":724.333,"body":"or when you come onto a ride of some sort,"},{"startTime":724.333,"endTime":726.958,"body":"you pay attention to that inspire."},{"startTime":795.791,"endTime":799.25,"body":"It's recognizing that it's how you are presenting"},{"startTime":799.25,"endTime":801.875,"body":"the information, how you're able to clearly I need?"},{"startTime":1877.208,"endTime":1879.541,"body":"Do I need this massive, heavy, big one,"},{"startTime":1879.541,"endTime":1880.916,"body":"or do I need a small one?\""},{"startTime":1881.083,"endTime":1885.416,"body":"As I then cut this or shave this off or cut,"},{"startTime":1885.416,"endTime":1889.916,"body":"and then he was applying it to meetings"},{"startTime":1889.916,"endTime":1893.833,"body":"and preparing for projects and how to influence others."},{"startTime":1893.833,"endTime":1897.041,"body":"And he's like, \"Look, how often do we need"},{"startTime":1897.041,"endTime":1900.916,"body":"simple paring knife versus a big old Rambo knife."},{"startTime":1901.625,"endTime":1905.166,"body":"And so often it is the simple paring knife"},{"startTime":1905.166,"endTime":1909.416,"body":"that we need to bring and that's going to be a sufficient tool"},{"startTime":1909.416,"endTime":1913.208,"body":"to be able to help make progress versus going in with a big old Rambo knife and"},{"startTime":1913.208,"endTime":1916.041,"body":"showing off all of the benefits and isn't this awesome and
