You create this ripple effect of goodness, of lightness, of joy, of love, of appreciation, of gratitude, and it all starts with you. So if you want more people in your life to love on you, then love on yourself first.

I hope you are well. I hope life is treating you good. I hope you are feeling good. This episode is an episode close to my heart. When I first set up the business, one of my first programs I ever brought out was called The Building Blocks of Self-Aceptance. And I never knew that I needed that program before I created it for other people. This episode is all about self-acceptance, self-love, and owning all the parts of you.

So let's dive in. Self-acceptance first. So I remember when I brought out this program.

It was a four-week program. I sold it for £150. And we talked about beliefs. What do we really believe about ourselves? It was really like a insight into identity work. What do we really believe about ourselves? Do we believe that we are incredibly powerful, potent, and incredibly exceptional at what we do? Or do we believe that we are still learning? That we are not there yet. What do we actually believe about ourselves? And where can we accept the things that are really not just not our bag? Or the things that we really don't have a flair for? Can we accept that? Can we accept can we say I'm just not good at that? And can we say I'm absolutely brilliant at that?

Can we allow ourselves to say those things?

I'm absolutely shocking at drawing, like incredibly bad at it. I am incredibly bad at geography. I'm not really great at like handwriting. My handwriting's not that easy to read. And I own them. I accept those parts of me. I really do accept them. I don't have any other feeling other than acceptance. So it's a real neutrality. However, I had to build, and this is the invitation for anyone listening, had to build on the saying the things that I'm exceptional at. I'm exceptional at personal energy mastery. I can help anyone transform themselves, collapse time, close energy loops. I can do all of that. Absolutely anyone that comes in front of me, I 100% have a knowing that I can transform their lives if they are ready to play their part. 100% don't have any doubt. And that's a piece of this acceptance. As well as saying what you're not so good at, you've got to absolutely shout from the rooftops what you're bloody brilliant at and why that matters.

Self-Love Beyond Self-Care

So I want to talk about self-love.

I remember when I first heard this phrase, it was like, oh my goodness, no. This is not my bag. I kind of love myself, that's not anything that I need to do any work on. And I can remember very clearly feeling all these feelings inside, thinking, do you know what? I think I might need to address this. There's something here around the pattern of putting everybody above myself, but there's something here around this pattern around loving myself. Now, this isn't all the self-care pieces. This isn't all like let's chill out and watch Netflix. This isn't all like give yourself a break and be bounded with your hours. This is deep internal love for the human that you are. What you look like, your personality, your traits, your patterns, your energy, your loops, whatever it might be. But this real deep, profound love for yourself. In positive psychology, it is proven some people never get this. They will never achieve a state of complete self-love. They will always be thinking that they need to do more, be more, look different. They will always be searching. But I can honestly say, hand on heart, the power that came to me when I allowed myself, accepted myself, and unlocked my incredible self-love for myself that needed nobody else. Everything just blew up in a good way. I ended up getting stronger. I ended up being way more boundried. I ended up elevating the conversations that I had. I ended up finding it so much easier to say no. I ended up finding it so much easier to say yes. I ended up backing myself like never before. You can't wait to get into the future you. Life takes an element of groundedness, of safety, of space, because you have accessed what you may have always been seeking.

You've already accessed it, it's within you. It's within your heart.

And as a highly sensitive people person, and a lot of people that I have as clients are highly sensitive, they are massive empaths, they have humongous hearts. Allow yourself to have that humongous heart for you. For you. And just allow yourself to feel it radiating through you like this ripple effect of goodness. You're allowed to feel this good, you're allowed to accept that you love yourself unconditionally. You're allowed to know like you know, like you know all the pieces about yourself. You're allowed all of that. And when you really, truly love yourself, you create a life where the people around you love you too. You create this ripple effect of goodness, of lightness, of joy, of love, of appreciation, of gratitude.

And it all starts with you.

And this for some people will be linked to worthiness, for some people will be linked to deserving, for some people will be linked to outsourcing love to everybody else. For some people will be linked to space. There's no space, they fill their life with everything else, no space for themselves.

Finding Your Own Self-Love Practice

So I want to talk about what self-love looks like for me because it's incredibly individual. Incredibly individual. So for me, 100% it is working out. It always has been. I'm gonna honour my body. I love moving, I have a shed load of energy, it serves me. So when I know I'm working out a lot and feeling strong and healthy, that's me loving on myself. Like today, I went in the sauna and the ice bath and then meditated for about an hour and a half at the gym today. That's me loving on myself. 100%. I never used to be able to do that. I never used to be able to get in the sauna for less than a minute. Um, I never used to be able to sit still and meditate, but I've created the energy space and mastery, really, to be able to sit still and allow that as loving on myself. Because what happens is I get myself into a clean, clear energy, and then I'm fired up. That's loving on myself, and that's just me creating the space to serve me. When I do that, and when my clients learn how to do that for them, none of them is the same as mine, is what self-love is for them. Some of them it's like the whole having massages, some of them it's having their nails and hair done, some of them it's about what they're gonna wear, some of them it's about their having an a night uh or going out for dinner on their own. It's so individual. But when you can start to see the patterns of where you prioritize this time and time and time again, and your heart feels full, you feel fresh, you feel clean and clear, then it can only ever ripple out to everyone. So if you want more people in your life to love on you, then love on yourself first.
