Why Unprocessed Emotions Settle in the Heart


We try to understand our emotions — we analyse them, question them, and attempt to make sense of what has happened.

But often, we don’t know how to process emotional experiences.

When we cannot change the situation or release the pain, we carry it into our hearts.


Sometimes, emotional pain isn’t even our own.

We absorb it from others — from people who themselves cannot process their emotions and remain stuck, stagnant, and overwhelmed within their hearts.

This pain settles inside us, becoming part of our inner world until we learn how to see it, feel it, and gently release it.


In this episode, we explore how emotional pain becomes trapped in the heart, why this happens, and how awareness can transform suffering into compassion, clarity, and healing.

When we learn to process emotion, the heart becomes free again.
