Episode 3 - Nobody's Coming!
Assalam o alaikum Muslimahs!
In episode 3, I talked about making discipline on lazy days and how my body clock has always been opposite, preferring creative nights since childhood. I explained what a body clock is, like, it's a natural timing system in our bodies called circadian rhythm, controlling things like sleep, hormones, and metabolism. Now, I'm trying to be a morning person, even though people often just say to wake up early without realizing night owls can be more creative at night. But, working with your body clock is better; it's like giving your body rest when it needs it and doing important stuff when you're full of energy. It's about being healthy and not just trying quick fixes for procrastination.
