Holiday Permission Slip

In this episode, we chat about all things Christmas, (including Santa if you have littles that may be listening.) We share what traditions we each do with our families, how we grew up celebrating, and things we find important to focus on this time of year. We also really hone in on how to set boundaries and do what is best for YOUR own nuclear family during the holidays. If you are newly postpartum, have small children or even if you are past that point in your parenting journey, this episode is for you. We give you full permission to do what is best for you during this season, and we want to encourage other family members to understand where new parents are coming from.
