Women started working back in 1970s in India, with the growth of double income households India economy also flourished well. Society now realises the worth and power of working women. But not all is hunky dorky - after struggle of 40 years also women are contributing only 20-30% in the workforce in India, (most of the them not even registered). On top of that comes the gender biasness and stereotyping. Name calling and other many unfair practices including gender pay gaps in corporate world.
