Rachel is the Vice President of Aspen Capital - with over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, financing, and asset management across multifamily, mixed-use, and net lease asset classes.    She is skilled in deal execution, underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling, and successfully launched a CRE equity REIT and individually sourced over $500 million in transactions. Rachel is adept at leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.  Prior to her career as Aspen Capital, Rachel worked for WME Sports and Jordan Brand, Inc. in their global sponsorship and marketing groups.   She is a former Division I basketball player and holds a BS is Business Finance from Kent State University.
