There's so many ways to make money on either even if you're a seller or creator, it's insane. Um, in fact, one of our creators, one of our biggest creators named Align with K made 400k, 430k in profit in a single month. Like take home, you know? All she does is just make content, but there's two ways to make money. One of the one of the main ways is being a seller, selling products, you know. One of the top products that are working right now is skincare and supplements. So you could you can make money from being a seller or a creator. And I'm talking about like making a lot. For some people, there's some moms that, you know, stay-home moms that want to make an extra$3K a month,$5k a month. That's life-changing, you know. So it all depends what side you want to go to into being a seller or just a creator. But that's how you make money on the stop shop.

So the this particular uh person that's doing what you said, she got$400,000 a month.

SPEAKER_01:

She did$400,$430K in profit in a single month. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

And and where did she, I think she went from like$20,000 a month to$400,000? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, yeah. So before we started to spend more money, because we do the media buying for our clients, uh, she was she was doing around$20 or 30k profit. We came in and we put more spend behind her content because it's really good. And we took her to 400 430k in profit a month.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. So you mentioned uh Tots, I guess you call them like verticals or categories, right? You mentioned skincare. Yeah. You mentioned stay-at-home moms. I mean, I think that makes a lot of sense, right? What what let's say someone wants to get brand new. Let's say, let's say someone's an affiliate. Like, how the hell do they get involved in this?

SPEAKER_01:

I mean, it's really simple. Um, you would number one need a TikTok uh TikTok account. You do need over 5K followers. Obviously, you can create a bar of videos at first, or you can 5k followers on TikTok, or you can buy an account that already has 5k followers, and that's how you pretty much uh activate TikTok shop. That's how you enable it. All right. Um, then you would uh pretty much get you know request samples from the sellers. Now they send you the product and then you start making content. But my best advice is to join communities, you know. Um and we we actually have one. Yeah, it's called a creator circle. You can join it. Um, and we'd kind of teach you how to basically be a good creator, right? We have systems and processes that we've that we teach our creators on how to be a really good one.

SPEAKER_00:

So Darry Vanderchalk talks about this right. He talks about live shopping. Yeah. And he's always been Garavy. He's always been ahead of the curve for like that's he's almost got like a fucking crystal ball, it seems like, right? And he's been talking about this for like the last maybe years, at least six and nine months, right? So how big is this space, would you say? Do you know how big it is exactly?

SPEAKER_01:

I think we're still in the early stages. I think it's gonna definitely get big over time. Um, I mean, just just just to put it into perspective, right? Uh, Shopify did six billion dollars on Black Friday. Wow. And then TikTok shop did 500 million dollars on Black Friday, right? But there's a lot of opportunity there. That means we're early on. We can still, when you're early, you make the most money. Exactly. So, I mean, one of our biggest clients, we did 22 million in November. And then just last minute with another client of ours, we did 15.5 million, right? With just one brand. The main reason why it's work is because lives is important too, but it's mainly about the people now, right? Anyone can make money now because you can be an affiliate, you can make twenty between 15% to 25% of uh commission per product that you sell just by making videos at home. That's insane. And it's never it's never been like that in uh be like that before. Meta doesn't do that, um, but TikTok shop does. So I think that's what's gonna really help them grow because it's helping everyone make money.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I love how you that was a great uh comparison. Uh you used to Shopify did six shop six billion on Black Friday, and TikTok Shop did uh 500 million. Yeah, okay. And I love that because that shows, like you said, the opportunity. Listen, I went to college doing the dot-com bubble, right? Yeah. And the the all the money was going after the the companies that were like here, but they thought they can bring it up to here, right? Yeah, I you want to get in early, right? So I love that because you know, I'm at the show right now, and you know what I noticed? Telemet. Everyone's talking about telemet, telemed. And don't get me wrong, I think that's still I just don't like when everyone's talking about the same shit. Yeah. Because that means it's kind of late now. Don't get me, I'm not saying you can't make money in telemetry. I think it's gonna be great, but I I feel like you can actually look into stuff like this that other people aren't talking about as much, right? I think in the LFG show, you're the first person we've had to talk about TikTok shops. Yeah, right. I know a guy in um, he's not doing TikTok shops, he's doing TikTok automation. He's freaking killing 19-year-old kids. So there's a lot of money being made here. But if you this is why we bring guys like you on this channel to explore these new opportunities.

Yeah, it's it's it's easy to get in. You know, um, you know, it depends on what kind of risk you want to take. All it depends on what kind of person you are. There's people that want to be entrepreneurs and own a business. There's people that just want to make a commission. And I think TikTok just provides that opportunity for people where they're like, oh, hey, I'm a stay-home mom. I want to make an additional 3k, 5k a month. I don't know. You can go, you can go far. Like like Kayla, she went through 430k in profit. It all depends what you really want. But or you can take it serious as an actual real, you know, job and and go above and beyond and make really good fucking money.

That's amazing. Yeah, listen, guys, success lose clues. You and I've kind of learned the game. You study someone like that that's gone from you know zero to four hundred thousand a month, you know. So I'm I'm gonna do that. And a lot of the stuff we've done on our podcast, we watch what other people have done. And we we add our little flair, our little style, right? And I think that's what it comes down to when it comes to this. It sounds like I feel like I want to fucking try this. And we don't know, we don't, we're not that big on TikTok. Maybe we'll just buy a fucking account, whatever.

SPEAKER_01:

Dude, I mean, like, there's a lot of people talk about AI. You can even try AI on TikTok shop. You can be an AI creator for these grants. You produce contents, and if it's good, obviously it's gonna work over time. Now you now you're now you have uh you know uh pretty much uh an account that's making commission from AI, right? It all depends how you want to go about it. You want to be the face, you can be the face. So really it's just so much opportunity. But I think the sellers too, another thing that I can talk or talk about is that for as a seller, right, as a brand, or the people that are coming from Amazon, Twitter Shop, people that are coming from Shopify to shop, one of the main benefits too that I see so far is that it's a content printing machine. Think about it. Our one of our biggest brands we manage, they produce we we we're part of that too, because we have uh 12,000 uh creators and we produce between 3,000, you know, it depends, right? 1,000 up to up until 10,000 unique pieces of content per month. And these brands that are doing over 10 million million dollars a month, they're they at least have around 30 to 100 million, 30 to 100,000 unique pieces of pieces of content per month, you know, content that being produced per month. Yeah. So now you have a content generator they can bring into Meta and use that and then scale it that way too. So just this is a lot you can do with it.

SPEAKER_00:

I I love this, man. This has got me excited. I like listen, I'm I'm I think entrepreneurs, people that are always looking for the next thing. It's fun. I know guys that fucking have hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank, right? But it's it's the fucking hunt, it's that thirst to find the next thing to kind of be like the fucking first person that goes to the moon, right? Is what it comes down to. So I this this gets me excited, yeah. You know, that's because it's I'm gonna fucking give it a shot.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm like that too, because like, you know, even when we started, we started, I've been doing marketing for about 11 years, 10, 11, 11, 12, 12 years, and I started with meta. And I've always been the like a math scientist. I love testing, love getting new shit, I've getting on new stuff. So for example, like we were doing uh Snapchat, we were doing Pinterest, we tried these different things to bring more revenue to our clients. Then I saw a TikTok shop and I said, holy shit, like I saw someone do 40k in a month. I'm like, I need to hop on this. So it first started as an experiment. We got really successful with the first client. We went from, I think we got them to a million dollars within 30 within 30 days, and it was just it was domino effect. We got the next line, the next line, the next line, and now we have the biggest clients. And now we're the biggest agency, number one agency in the US because we put in that motherfucker work.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Well, there's I was gonna say that too, because I think 90% of success they say is showing up, but it's also showing up every fucking day. Yeah. Where things are good, bad, or whatever the hell it is.

SPEAKER_01:

You know, it it comes to discipline, it comes to how bad do you want it and just not not being a bitch and not having not putting your feelings in front of you. You know what I mean? Like there's there's times that you don't want to show up, but you gotta show up. You gotta be that leader. You know, I'm really big on leadership, I'm really big on just being the best version of yourself. Um, and you just obviously don't take it to the don't take it too far where your health can take a toll. Yeah. I my health took a toll last year. I was at the hospital four times, you know, fucking overstressed, anxiety, high high cortisol, nervous system fucked up and everything. So obviously I learned my lesson. Like, okay, you can work hard, but I don't know, don't fucking overdo it. So this year for me, I'm working more like obviously on my health. But, you know, to me, I look as okay. That's how bad I wanted it, right? I don't recommend that. I don't recommend that. But it it definitely did pay off. I don't recommend it did pay off to for us to be number one.

SPEAKER_00:

Well, at least you learn, man. You recognize that listen, uh, you said cortisol, uh, delivered over two or three years ago. I think it was three years ago. Went to a biohacking doctor, the guy's amazing. Yeah, they checked out my blood. My fucking cortisol levels are through the roof. Yeah. And bro, I thought it was normal. I'm like, no, I mean, that's how you operate. Like you like fight or flight. Let's go. I mean, they call this LG show for that's the reason, right? Here we go. But bro, it wasn't, it wasn't healthy. And uh, I looked at my body back then, man, and like I had like a little gut, man. So fucking um, I fixed that. My cortisol levels went back. Yeah, I took to DHEA, I started getting fucking healthy. I settled and then bam. Now my cortisol levels are normal. I get my blood work tested every three months. But I'm glad you mentioned it because I think a lot of, especially when you're grinding and you're building your business, yeah, you're gonna sacrifice some shit. And you're probably gonna sacrifice your blood, but realize it and then take action, especially now with all the fucking peptides. Dude, that's things like that. I'm on peptides.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Yeah. I'm on, I'm on now. After that, I I went with Merrick Health, they did a blood test on me, did a stool test on me, and I got all the results back of where I'm deficient on. Yeah. So they put me on a supplement plan and peptides and you know.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm I'm glad to hear that, man. Yeah. So listen, man, what what do you think is the future all this? Like how much I would say innings. Baseball's got nine innings, right? What what inning do you think we are with the TikTok shots and just live shopping right now?

SPEAKER_01:

I mean, as far as the future, we're in the future now, 100% on TikTok. So if you're not, if you're not on now, you you're missing out 100%. Uh I think it's gonna be a transition over time. Uh right now, lives are working really well in China. I think if I'm not mistaken, someone made a million dollars. I forgot how much it was exactly, right? Don't quote me that on this number, but they made probably one million in one hour with lives, right? And I know TikTok is is you know wanting to push livestream to US, but it's gonna take probably another year, two years until lives really become a main like a major thing. It's working, but it's not the main uh revenue-driving thing for them. It's mainly gonna be UGC, short UGC content as well, is what is what's working right now. Um, but I would say get in. It's early, you know. Um as a creator, get in. You can make money here. As a seller, get in as well. Make this your another platform for you to make revenue and generate content. You know, I always say it's about the people now. It's about being authentic, it's about it's about being real. So the bars being sold there is real shit. It's it's not bullshit because you can't drop ship there, right? You gotta send product to the US or you gotta have stock and it ship what we ship in Chicago within like a certain period of time. You can't sell bullshit. Um, but I would say it's about it's about the people. You know, if you put the people first, you're gonna make money. When I say people, I'm talking about the creators, I'm talking about your customers. You know, so as long as you take care of that first, you will fucking boom, you will fucking make it. You will make 10 mil plus on more palm on the battlefield.

SPEAKER_00:

It's amazing. You you blew my mind away, by the way. You said uh someone in China did a million dollars in one hour. In one hour with lives. So what what would let's break this deck talk? Yeah, what the fuck? What did they do exactly to make a million dollars in one hour?

SPEAKER_01:

They just promoted their product. I think they're the product was uh I'm not too quite sure. I think it was Beauty. Uh they had a launch on within an hour, and M. Yeah, you know, so but lives are is really big over there. They're more advanced and more ahead of us when it comes to commerce as far as like lives goes. Yeah. And this is where the US eventually will catch up. That's why Gary V talks about it. Yeah. Right? So he's Gary V saying start now, because you'll catch it later on. You'll at least just start now, right? So later on, you'll you'll be in the motion, you'll be, you know, raking all that profit because you started before everyone else is.

SPEAKER_00:

Well, it's kind of true. Like we started this podcast two years ago, right? And I mean, probably people might have thought we were fucking crazy because the time to have done this probably would have been like several years earlier, but we're still looking. I think it's just comes out that we we keep we're just so consistent. We don't stop, we don't give up. Yeah, right. So that's why that's why we're coming out ahead at the end of the day, and we're gonna keep doing that. And we'll and we'll there'll be new forms of this and we'll we'll be a part of that. But the at the end of the day, it's like you there's these waves, right? And again, I went to college during the dot-com bubble, man. Yeah, people made life-changing money during that period of time. Yeah, we talk about a million in an hour. There's people that made like fucking a billion in like a minute. Yeah, or you know, 10 billion in a minute. And uh, it's all relative at the end of the day. So when you hear a million in a minute in a minute or hour, like people are like, wow, but there's other guys like that and shit. Like it's all relative at the end of the day. Yeah, it's it's there's always more.

SPEAKER_01:

There's always more. Yeah, but it's it's it's it's about what the fuck are you doing? You know what I mean? Like, who what are you doing to take to the next level at 30 other day, right? Um, that's how that's how I view it.

SPEAKER_00:

So, but that's that's amazing. Yeah, it is. And then another thing, and it probably was a beauty product. I wouldn't be surprised. Uh, you talk about China, right? There's a lot of, I mean, it was a poor country, it's becoming wealthier, there's a lot of billionaires being printed. India's another one. So I think that um I I spoke on stage uh two days ago. I did uh paper call for him. Yeah, Adam Young owns Rainbow, right? Sponsored the show. He's the fucking godfather of paper call. He knows his shit. So I I knew I was speaking to this crowd in a very sophisticated crowd. I said, Adam, give me some sauce. What it's like if I got to talk to Gary Vee. I'm like, Adam, yeah, let me what's some sauce I can drop on the on the audience right now. So you want the fucking sauce? Plastic surgery for paper call. Whoever figures that shit out is gonna kill it. And I started thinking about why he said that. He's like, listen, it's a very fragment, it's high ticket. People pay Ted, 15, 20 grand for plastic surgery. So if you get a call center, marry that paper call, you're gonna kill it. 1-800 dentists did that. The reason I'm saying that is because I'm in fucking Miami, you're in California, I go to Medellin, I go to New York. Girl, there's so much fuck fake ass out there, so much plastic boobs, plastic everywhere, bro. Right. Yeah. So the thing is that Instagram is a day. I'm listening I'm not saying it's bad. I'm not, I'm not saying that, but it is what it is, right? Yeah, it was. So everyone wants to look good. It's scared to scare the age, right? Yeah. So that's why just beauty, there's neutral, all this stuff. Like, where's it gonna go? Yeah. Right? Only could it continue to grow?

Not 100%. 100%. It's good to hop on these things and find trends, you know. Um, and then, you know, that's how you can make one of the that's one way you can make more money.

So let's add let's let me ask you for some sauce. I feel like you have like an insider view with this, right? Like, what's we talk about beauty, skincare, all that. Is there anything else you say like up and coming? Like if someone got involved in that, like they might be a little early, it might take some time, but when it pops, it's gonna pop.

SPEAKER_01:

As far as like category, yeah, category, yeah. I mean, it it really depends because you know, we know what a TikTok is prioritizing right now, and they're prioritizing these two things it's beauty and supplements, right? They there's other categories like you know, dental, right? Dental products. They're doing okay, but they're not doing that good, right? Why? Because the way the yaggrit works, they're not prioritizing it. So, really, the best the best two products is those. The best two categories is supplements and skincare. I always say home goods too. I mean, the QVC is on there, QVC is on TikTok shop as well. Really? Yeah, yeah, and they're also probably top three at the moment, top, top five, top five, top between three and five.

Guys, QVCs are old, man. I remember when I was a fucking kid. Yeah, I'm I'm 46. They'd be on TV and then they'd be sold and say, like, I forgot QVC even existed. I would not, I'm not, but that shows these guys are smart, they're a multi-billion dollar company. They got to get in with the trends. Yeah, you know, they have people that that's their job.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, they're on there, they're on there, and they have a different products too. So that's working too. Um, but yeah, I think get in if you're want to be a creator, get into talk shop, make some good cash, 5k a month, 10k a month. And if you want to go really hard, up to 100k plus a month, you know.

SPEAKER_00:

Let me ask you, right? Uh, because and I spoke, uh I spoke on stage about this as well. The Hispanic market, right? Yeah. Oh, uh, what's going on there? Uh what's the what's the opportunity is there? I mean, the Hispanics, listen, my mom's Venezuelan, my wife's calling me. I'm talking about people, every fucking body knows this. Yeah, very much into looks. Yeah, I know a guy that was crushing waste trainers years ago. Yeah. He was selling it in South America, destroying it with these fucking waste trainers. I don't even know these things work or not, man. But like people were buying them, right? Yeah. So um, yeah, I mean, what I know I said a lot there, like, what do you see? Like, what's trade? What's the opportunity there? Like in America, the Hispanic, US Hispanic market, and also the international, like South American, yeah, Central American market. Yeah, 100%.

SPEAKER_01:

I think in at least in the US, the Spanish market is underlooked at right now. Uh, we have clients that their main revenue comes just from Spanish creators, just because that product kind of aligns better with the Spanish community rather than you know the you know English community. Um, so I've seen that's it's huge, 100%. You can make a lot of money if you do speak Spanish, you can crush it. And if you only speak Spanish, you don't let's say you don't know English, you can still crush it, get on there.

SPEAKER_00:

Bro, I should do that. People, you know what I'm gonna tell you a funny story. So my Spanish is a little fucked up. I mean, I'm uh uh I speak gringo Spanish. Well, people people understand me. They fucking, I don't know, man. I'm gonna talk, I'm gonna get deep here. So I was at a student local consolidation company running the call center, right? And bro, um, whenever there's someone who spoke Spanish on the phone, they wanted me to take that fucking call. Oh yeah. They got guys from Guatemala, guys from Colombia in that call center. I was fucking like 95% close rate. These guys were like 60, 70%. You put me on the fucking phone with them, I'm like, I would get on. I had a whole thing I would say. I I kind of like apologize for my Spanish. Like, me and you don't have that span muy bien, but in here, my venezolana, I have this whole shit I would say.

Yeah, and then it was like they're on my side. It's it's a trust, bro. They trust you, man. They're like, oh, it's my homie. This this is my people, right?

SPEAKER_00:

Yo, man. Yeah, yeah. Bro, I should do that. I should be like the fucking uh, I'll create a whole fucking thing or whatever. I guarantee you I would smash that. Yeah. What I recommend you probably do is go to a TikTok shop event.

Yeah. Which are where are they at? Uh they have them every quarter at least. It's been too TikTok shop events, man. We're going. Yeah. So sometimes they have them in Miami, LA, New York. You can't go more Miami events.

It all depends. I'll I'll let you know. I think you should come out and kind of experience and see where people are heading because there's a lot of sellers. You'll understand the seller side and the creator side. So you should definitely go. And just kind of see like what's going on. Okay. That's the best way. Get yourself involved. Yeah. You know?

So there was a guy here, right? He follows the LFG show. It gave me mad love. He put me on the story uh the other day. He does uh coaching, like he helps people coach and whatever. So he's having a hard time at the show, find the synergy. I'm like, bro, this really isn't the show to find those kind of things. There's other shows. I gave him a couple of shows at like one called Creator Con, uh, Creator Hub, Creator Conference, and whatnot. But I like though that he's coming here because he see even if he doesn't get any business, he's gonna he might meet somebody. Or he met me, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And he follows me online and I I told him I could connect you in the future. I gave him those ideas. And sometimes you just look for information, you look for ideas, right? Yeah, yeah. So the point I'm trying to say is that sometimes we get in this fucking box. Like we're starting we all live in a box. Doesn't matter how big your box more box is. Yeah, I think it's also about understanding how to how to sell, but also finding that product that you know that you can sell, that because because you use the product. Yeah. Right. So I feel like that's something that a lot of creators hop on, they start, and they're just trying to find what part what's what's the hot product, right? But it's more about understanding how to sell. One, number two, understanding what what is what part works for you. You know, like actually get what you're doing. What you resonate, what you resonate with, yeah, right? Yeah. But there's a formula too on TikTok and how things are working. Like what is the best content that's working right now? It's like visuals, right? You show up, you should you basically more like before and after splits visuals along the way, along you're making content. So if you go to Caladata, which is a platform that shows you the uh top sellers, the top uh creators, and you can see what content is working, it's you'll and then just copy the formula. It's pretty simple, you know.

But when I'm on top of my shit, I meditate at nighttime at least 20, 30 minutes before I go to bed, boom, you know, program my subconscious, yes, wake up, meditate again. Yeah, I think about you know, for what I'm grateful for. And actually the night before, I think about three things. If I get three things, what are three things tomorrow that would make my day a good day? Yeah, I think about those three things, and in the morning, I think about them again, and I go on the beach, I breathe them, and it's amazing when I do that stuff, bro. How do you feel? It fuck if you feel great, feel fine. You handle stress better, yes, shit don't bother. It's like you have a shield. Yes, yes, right? The shield over your body. So gratitude is a big one. The more gratitude you feel, the more you're going to attract positivity, right? So frequency. Um, and then the language of the mind is vision. You know, where is your vision? Where you want to look at, right? So I combine those two things, and that's kind of how I just I just go with the flow. I love it.
